Abstract

This study aims to find out the human resource development that has been carried out in an effort to improve the quality of service at JNE Agent Villa Dago Pamulang, what efforts have been made so far to increase employee work motivation at JNE Agent Villa Dago Pamulang, Obstacles in developing human resources and work motivation in improving the quality of service at JNE Agent Villa Dago Pamulang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of this research is that the development of human resources at JNE Agent Villa Dago Pamulang has been carried out well, namely through training at the agent and at the center, providing briefings through training and during briefings and helping employees who experience difficulties while working. The efforts made at JNE Villa Dago Pamulang Agent are by providing services in the form of appropriate wages or salaries, by trying to create comfortable and harmonious working conditions for employees, providing adequate facilities. The obstacle in developing human resources and work motivation at JNE Agent Villa Dago Pamulang is the number of similar competitors with their respective advantages and employee personalities that need to be improved again in order to serve consumers well.

Abstract

ABSTRAK      Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR),  Debt  to  Equity  Ratio (DER), Total  Assest  Turnover (TATO) dan pengaruhnya terhadap Gross Profit serta dampaknya pada Nilai Perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Dan setelah dilakukan seleksi ( purposive sampling ), sampel yang dipakai adalah 5 perusahaan Sub Sektor  kimia di BEI untuk rentang waktu tahun 2011 - 2016. Metode penentuan sampel yang dipakai adalah metode purposive sampling dan uji statistik, yaitu uji regresi data panel model random effectyang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini..Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan dokumen dari sekunder laporan keuangan perusahaan. Model penelitian yang dipakai adalah regresi data panel dengan melakukan Uji Chow dan Haussman. Untuk uji asumsi klasik menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Multiklonieritas, Heteroskedastisitas dan Uji Autokorelasi.Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa: 1)CR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Gross Profit.(prob) t hitung (0.0000)< 0,05. 2) DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Gross Profit.(prob) t hitung (0.0000)< 0,05. 3) TATO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Gross Profit.(prob) t hitung (0.0000)< 0,05. 4) Gross Profit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PER perusahaan. (prob) t hitung (0.0000)< 0,05. 5) CR, DER, TATO secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Gross Profit perusahaan.(prob) f hitung (0.0000)< 0,05. HasilAdjusted R Squareadalah 0.9960. Hal ini menunjukan persentase pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 99.60%, sedangkan 00.40% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dengan demikian memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Kata kunci : Current Ratio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Gross Profit dan Price Earning Ratio(PER)

Abstract

The problem of crime in this era of development has always been a social problem that is difficult to eradicate or eliminate. The Indonesian National Police (Polri) recorded 276,507 crimes in Indonesia in 2022. This number has increased by 7.3%. The method of coercion used in the criminal act of extortion consists of the perpetrator verbally or in writing threatening, insulting while disclosing secrets. Extortion under the law is regulated in Article 368(1) and Article 369(2). The purpose of this study is to answer the formulation of the problem, namely what are the provisions for law enforcement for the criminal act of extortion with threats based on article 368 of the Criminal Code? And what are the judges' considerations in decision number 187/Pid.B/2021/PN. KWG is related to the principle of legal certainty. The results of the study, first, law enforcement of the criminal act of extortion by threatening under Article 368 paragraph (1) must fulfill the appropriate elements in Article 368. Second, legal certainty in imposing a sentence on the perpetrators of the crime of theft according to Article 368 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code has been fully implemented and can be proven with the completeness of facts, witnesses and information. This means that the judge's considerations are relevant to the application of article 368 of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

Penanganan sampah kota adalah biaya operasional yang tinggi dan sulitnya ruang pembuangan sampah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, merancang bangun prototype alat pengangkut sampah otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dan melakukan pengujiaan perancangan prototype alat pengangkut sampah otomatis dengan mengukur respon sensor dan waktu tempuh sampah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui studi laboratorium, analisa data mengenai daya yang diperlukan untuk menggerakkan konveyor, menghitung gaya beban dari sampah, menguji waktu tempuh sampah dan respon sensor ultrasonic terhadap jarak sampah. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berupa alat pengangkut sampah otomatis dengan menggunakan arduino uno dan sensor ultrasonic sebagai media pendeteksi sampah pada proses pengangkutan. Pengujian diperoleh pada jenis sampah styrofoam membutuhkan waktu selama 9 second, sampah kayu selama 10 detik, Botol air minum plastic dan kaleng almunium selama 8 detik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian alat pengangkut sampah yang dihasilkan yaitu sistem otomatis yang berbasis arduino dalam proses kerja yang mengefesienkan tenaga manusia dan daya motor. Dengan torsi 5,55 N, gaya dari sampah sebesar 0,37 Newton.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the charismatic leadership of TGH Burhanuddin and his strategy in shaping the Religious Culture at Darus Shiddiqien Islamic Boarding School, NW Mertak Paok. This study uses a qualitative research type using a phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study use primary data sources and secondary data. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data display, and concluding. Checking the validity of the data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed: first, TGH. Burhanuddin as a charismatic leader with high authority him highly admired and highly respected by all residents of Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community. The authority of TGH Burhanuddin emerged from the family tree which was the son of the founder of the Darus Shiddiqien Islamic Boarding School NW Mertak Paok and he was a pious, pious Tuan Guru Haji. Second; TGH Burhanudin's strategies in instilling a Religious Culture are: (1) Becoming a role model; such as discipline, and respect; (2) Habituation; greeting and greeting, respecting each other, praying together, praying in congregation, recitation every morning, hiziban and reading the Qur'an. (3) Creating a religious environment; students wear sarongs and caps every day, female students are required to wear a headscarf, and dress Islamically such as wearing skirts and robes. Third; Forms of religious culture at Darus Shiddiqien Islamic Boarding School Mertak Paok, including; (1) Religious culture in schools, such as; (a) praying together, (b) praying in the morning before entering class, (c) praying sunnah dua, (d) praying zuhur in congregation in the hall, (e) maintaining cleanliness. (2) Religious culture in the hostel, such as; (a) Smiles, greetings, and greetings, (b) obligatory fardu prayers in congregation, (c) studying the yellow book (mudzakarah), (d) weekly hiziban, (e) fasting Monday and Thursday. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of strategic planning in improving the quality of management in Islamic education organizations. Using a library research approach, this study examines various literatures relevant to strategic planning and Islamic education management. The results show that strategic planning plays an important role in directing the vision, mission, and long-term goals of the institution, so as to improve operational efficiency, resource management, and the quality of educational services. However, the implementation of strategic planning in Islamic education institutions still faces challenges, especially in terms of limited resources and resistance to change. To overcome these obstacles, support from various parties and increased managerial capacity are needed so that strategic planning can be implemented more effectively and sustainably
