Abstract

The transformation of e-commerce for fresh food is shaped by the convergence of customer-focused digital strategies, innovation, and the pursuit of sustainable competitive advantage, particularly in enhancing food accessibility in urban areas. This study explores how digital technology and customer-centered innovation contribute to operational efficiency, personalized service delivery, and environmental sustainability across the fresh food distribution network. This research uses a narrative qualitative approach, synthesizing insights from academic literature, industry reports, and case studies to examine the strategic alignment between technology adoption, innovation practices, and competitive positioning. The findings show that digital transformation, including blockchain, precision agriculture, and smart logistics, not only enhances transparency and traceability in the food supply chain but also fosters trust and responsiveness among urban consumers. Fresh food e-commerce platforms leverage this technology to minimize food waste, improve delivery accuracy, and quickly adapt to dynamic demand patterns. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of green innovation in strengthening business sustainability, with digital platforms serving as a key driver for environmental monitoring, consumer engagement, and ethical sourcing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine entrepreneurial leadership in fostering an organizational innovation culture for sustainable and circular agricultural strategies among farmer groups. This study employs a mixed-methods approach to explore the relationships between entrepreneurial leadership, organizational culture, and the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Quantitative data from structured surveys and qualitative insights from interviews and focus group discussions highlight how entrepreneurial leadership significantly correlates with the implementation of sustainable agricultural techniques such as composting, integrated pest management, and resource-saving practices. Research findings reveal that entrepreneurial-minded leaders not only inspire behavioral change but also create systems for continuous learning and exchange of ideas among farmers. These leaders empower farmers to adapt solutions to local conditions, strengthen collaboration among farmers, and connect with external networks to obtain knowledge and resources. The study emphasizes that fostering an innovation-oriented culture within agricultural communities is crucial for achieving climate resilience, food security, and ecological sustainability. This research highlights the strategic importance of leadership development, participatory approaches, and supportive ecosystems in enabling a farmer-led transition towards sustainable and circular agriculture

Abstract

Facing the wave of disruption caused by artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation, technology companies in Indonesia are required to develop organizational innovations that not only focus on technology but also encompass culture, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. This research aims to analyze how technology companies maintain their competitive advantage through the integration of innovations across various sectors. Using a mixed-method approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with industry practitioners and quantitative surveys of leading technology companies. The study results show that companies that are proactive in innovation, adopt AI, and foster a collaborative and experimental culture are able to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and strengthen market position. The main challenges include cultural resistance, resource limitations, and issues of data security and regulation. However, companies that prioritize visionary leadership and data-driven strategies are proven to be more adaptable to market dynamics. These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic innovation approach to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to policymakers and industry players in formulating innovation strategies in the digital era.

Amid the rapid expansion of the digital economy and the increasing demand for digital services, startups in Indonesia face opportunities and challenges in leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement. This research employs a qualitative research design with semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, investigating how these startups navigate a resource-constrained environment to adopt digital tools, drive innovation, and build sustainable customer relationships. Abstract

Pemimpin digital diduga memainkan peran penting dalam menyelaraskan teknologi dengan tujuan bisnis, mendorong inovasi, dan beradaptasi dengan lanskap digital yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini berupaya mengelaborasi lebih lanjut sejauh mana peran kepemimpinan digital dalam mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan transformasi digital. Peneklitian ini menggunakan literature review dari penelitian sebelumnya dan sejumlah buku yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin digital akan membantu organisasi mengidentifikasi peluang, mengelola perubahan, dan membangun budaya yang mendukung transformasi digital. Perubahan organisasi biasanya diprakarsai oleh pemimpin dan manajemen puncak. Oleh karena itu, pemimpin dan manajemen perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu menerima perlunya perubahan bagi diri mereka sendiri dan kemudian bagi seluruh organisasi serta meyakinkan organisasi untuk berubah. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan transformasi digital juga tergantung pada seberapa besar peran kepemimpinan digital dalam mengarahkannya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Industry 5.0 in driving the transformation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-based talent management in national energy companies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy, through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of company documents related to HR policies and sustainability reports. The results show that Industry 5.0 contributes to building a more personalized, adaptive, and human-centered talent management system supported by intelligent technologies such as AI and big data. The integration of ESG in talent management further strengthens company sustainability, increases competitiveness, and builds employee loyalty. Despite challenges such as employee resistance, initial investment costs, and gaps in ESG understanding, strategic opportunities in the form of developing smart HR systems and data analytics are potential solutions. This study emphasizes the novelty of the integration of Industry 5.0, ESG, and talent management as a strategic framework for HR development in the national energy sector.

Abstract

Organizational sustainability has increasingly become a central focus in human resource management (HRM), particularly through the implementation of innovation-based green compensation and reward mechanisms. This study aims to present a systematic review of the role of green compensation and rewards in promoting employees’ pro-environmental behavior and enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative strategies. The review includes 100 articles categorized into five key themes, such as the impact on employee behavior, integration of green HRM practices, green incentives, and the effectiveness of green rewards. The findings indicate that green compensation significantly influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior by enhancing green motivation and organizational commitment (K, 2024). Furthermore, the integration of green HRM practices including green recruitment and innovation-focused training reinforces the alignment between corporate sustainability strategies and employee behavior (K, 2024). Both financial and non-financial incentives designed with a sustainability focus and innovative approaches have also been shown to increase employee engagement in environmental initiatives (Beck-Krala, 2020).  Green reward mechanisms not only raise environmental awareness but also play a crucial role in driving eco-innovation in the workplace (Performance Analysis, 2020). In addition, effective and innovation-based reward systems help organizations achieve higher levels of sustainability by improving employee retention and environmental performance. This study concludes that green compensation and reward are key strategies in green HRM to support sustainability. Further research is needed to explore the implementation of these mechanisms across different cultural and industrial contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business ethics implementation on customer trust through product and service innovation in the Indonesian aviation industry, focusing on Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air. The research problem addressed is how business ethics influence customer trust, as well as the role of product and service innovation in strengthening this influence. The method employed is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), which enables testing of causal relationships among variables. The results indicate that business ethics have a significant positive effect on product and service innovation, as well as on customer trust. Furthermore, product and service innovation serves as a mediator that strengthens the influence of business ethics on customer trust. The implications of these findings suggest that airlines need to enhance the implementation of business ethics in their operations, as this not only improves corporate reputation but also strengthens relationships with customers through ethically grounded innovation. This study provides insights for airline business strategies in building stronger customer loyalty.

Abstract

Jaman sekarang bahan pangan seperti buah, sayur, daging banyak beredar baik ekspor maupun impor, sehingga penyimpanan barang-barang tersebut dibutuhkan dalam bidang industri karena bila tidak dijaga dalam temperatur tertentu barang-barang tersebut akan rusak nilai jualnya. Karena itu peranan cold room sangat dibutuhkan di jaman sekarang. Cold room adalah suatu sistem pendinginan dalam ruangan yang dirancang menggunakan mesin kompresor, evaporator, dan komponen elektronik sebagai sistem kendalinya. Karena produk di dalam cold room sangatlah penting maka banyak rancangan cold room memiliki 2 sistem refrigerasi yang salah satu sistemnya sebagai backup bila sistem utama terjadi masalah. Masalahnya sistem backup masih dikendalikan manual dan sering terjadi masalah karena tidak pernah beroperasi. Perakitan modul kontrol cold room ini menggunakan thermosatat XR75CH, XWEB500D-PRO, dan Cataco sebagai sistem kendalinya. Komponen tersebut dipilih sebagai sistem kendali otomatis untuk mengendalikan 2 sistem refrigerasi, memberikan jadwal untuk sistem utama dan backup untuk beroperasi dengan seimbang, sehingga berbeda dengan sistem kontrol konvensional. Dari hasil perancangan modul kontrol cold room ini sistem utama dan backup dapat beroperasi bergantian secara otomatis, fungsi alarm juga dapat memanggil sistem backup dengan baik, fungsi kendali, monitoring, dan pengumpulan data dalam setiap metode pengujian dapat diperoleh dalam bentuk grafik temperatur dengan satuan waktu yang diperoleh dari XWEB.

Abstract

Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD) is an inflammation of the skin that occurs when urine or faeces come into contact with the perineum, causing discomfort such as pain, burning, and itching in the patient. One IAD management uses skin barriers containing moisturizers such as aloe vera and olive oil. Some of the aloe vera and olive oil compositions benefit the body. Namely, it can accelerate wound healing, anti-inflammatory, moisturize the skin, and antimicrobials. This study aimed to identify the influence of the aloe vera skin barrier and olive oil on iad prevention in immobility patients in hospitals. The population is patients who experience physical immobility and patients who have just entered without IAD at the Haji Adam Malik Central General Hospital Medan. The sample was 11 people (11 people as a control group and 11 as an intervention group), using purposive sampling techniques—data analysis using the Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests. The results showed differences in IAD values between the three groups, namely the aloe vera, olive oil, and control groups (p= 0.003). The average value of the control is the highest. This means that immunomobility patients who do not get the skin barrier of aloe vera or olive oil experience IAD the most while undergoing treatment at the hospital
