Abstract

This study aims to explore the dynamic interaction between information technology, strategic innovation, and customer relationship management in Indonesian IT startups. Amid the rapid expansion of the digital economy and the increasing demand for digital services, startups in Indonesia face opportunities and challenges in leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement. This research employs a qualitative research design with semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, investigating how these startups navigate a resource-constrained environment to adopt digital tools, drive innovation, and build sustainable customer relationships. Abstract

Pemimpin digital diduga memainkan peran penting dalam menyelaraskan teknologi dengan tujuan bisnis, mendorong inovasi, dan beradaptasi dengan lanskap digital yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini berupaya mengelaborasi lebih lanjut sejauh mana peran kepemimpinan digital dalam mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan transformasi digital. Peneklitian ini menggunakan literature review dari penelitian sebelumnya dan sejumlah buku yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin digital akan membantu organisasi mengidentifikasi peluang, mengelola perubahan, dan membangun budaya yang mendukung transformasi digital. Perubahan organisasi biasanya diprakarsai oleh pemimpin dan manajemen puncak. Oleh karena itu, pemimpin dan manajemen perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu menerima perlunya perubahan bagi diri mereka sendiri dan kemudian bagi seluruh organisasi serta meyakinkan organisasi untuk berubah. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan transformasi digital juga tergantung pada seberapa besar peran kepemimpinan digital dalam mengarahkannya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Industry 5.0 in driving the transformation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-based talent management in national energy companies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy, through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of company documents related to HR policies and sustainability reports. The results show that Industry 5.0 contributes to building a more personalized, adaptive, and human-centered talent management system supported by intelligent technologies such as AI and big data. The integration of ESG in talent management further strengthens company sustainability, increases competitiveness, and builds employee loyalty. Despite challenges such as employee resistance, initial investment costs, and gaps in ESG understanding, strategic opportunities in the form of developing smart HR systems and data analytics are potential solutions. This study emphasizes the novelty of the integration of Industry 5.0, ESG, and talent management as a strategic framework for HR development in the national energy sector.

Abstract

Jaman sekarang bahan pangan seperti buah, sayur, daging banyak beredar baik ekspor maupun impor, sehingga penyimpanan barang-barang tersebut dibutuhkan dalam bidang industri karena bila tidak dijaga dalam temperatur tertentu barang-barang tersebut akan rusak nilai jualnya. Karena itu peranan cold room sangat dibutuhkan di jaman sekarang. Cold room adalah suatu sistem pendinginan dalam ruangan yang dirancang menggunakan mesin kompresor, evaporator, dan komponen elektronik sebagai sistem kendalinya. Karena produk di dalam cold room sangatlah penting maka banyak rancangan cold room memiliki 2 sistem refrigerasi yang salah satu sistemnya sebagai backup bila sistem utama terjadi masalah. Masalahnya sistem backup masih dikendalikan manual dan sering terjadi masalah karena tidak pernah beroperasi. Perakitan modul kontrol cold room ini menggunakan thermosatat XR75CH, XWEB500D-PRO, dan Cataco sebagai sistem kendalinya. Komponen tersebut dipilih sebagai sistem kendali otomatis untuk mengendalikan 2 sistem refrigerasi, memberikan jadwal untuk sistem utama dan backup untuk beroperasi dengan seimbang, sehingga berbeda dengan sistem kontrol konvensional. Dari hasil perancangan modul kontrol cold room ini sistem utama dan backup dapat beroperasi bergantian secara otomatis, fungsi alarm juga dapat memanggil sistem backup dengan baik, fungsi kendali, monitoring, dan pengumpulan data dalam setiap metode pengujian dapat diperoleh dalam bentuk grafik temperatur dengan satuan waktu yang diperoleh dari XWEB.

Abstract

Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD) is an inflammation of the skin that occurs when urine or faeces come into contact with the perineum, causing discomfort such as pain, burning, and itching in the patient. One IAD management uses skin barriers containing moisturizers such as aloe vera and olive oil. Some of the aloe vera and olive oil compositions benefit the body. Namely, it can accelerate wound healing, anti-inflammatory, moisturize the skin, and antimicrobials. This study aimed to identify the influence of the aloe vera skin barrier and olive oil on iad prevention in immobility patients in hospitals. The population is patients who experience physical immobility and patients who have just entered without IAD at the Haji Adam Malik Central General Hospital Medan. The sample was 11 people (11 people as a control group and 11 as an intervention group), using purposive sampling techniques—data analysis using the Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests. The results showed differences in IAD values between the three groups, namely the aloe vera, olive oil, and control groups (p= 0.003). The average value of the control is the highest. This means that immunomobility patients who do not get the skin barrier of aloe vera or olive oil experience IAD the most while undergoing treatment at the hospital

Abstract

This paper examines the optimization of an Indonesian stock portfolio using two models: the Markowitz Model (Mean-Variance Model) and the Single Index Model. The data comprises historical returns of LQ 45 stocks from January 2016 to December 2021. The focus is on selecting stocks for the portfolio and determining their weights based on the two models. The study compares the performance of both optimized portfolios with the LQ45 Index benchmark, IHSG market, and each other using Sharpe and Treynor measurements. The paper tests whether the stock composition of the optimized portfolio from both models successfully and consistently generates a better performance in the future (1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022) and (1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023) compared to both LQ45 and IHSG. The results reveal a notable contrast in portfolio performance between 2022 and 2023. In 2022, both the Markowitz and Single Index portfolios exhibited remarkable returns, surpassing LQ 45 and IHSG. However, in 2023, both portfolios experienced substantial underperformance, with negative returns and unfavorable risk-adjusted metrics. These findings underscore the dynamic nature of financial markets and the need for continuous portfolio monitoring and adaptation. Investors are encouraged to reevaluate their portfolio strategies in response to changing market conditions. The study contributes valuable insights into the temporal variability of optimized portfolios and their sensitivity to evolving market dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2007sampai dengan tahun 2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 Bank Umum di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan efek random. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan, sedangkan variabel total aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan. Model efek random layak digunakan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan.

Abstract

Human resource planning is an activity in human resource management that is used by organizations to ensure that they have the right amount and type of human resources. This research was conducted to determine the workload of goods inspection by aviation security officers in the security check point (SCP) 1 area, Terminal 3, Soekarno-Hatta Airport with a full- time equivalent method. The results showed that the amount of workload received by the executor is normal and excessive (Overload), for the workload of employees with supervisory positions is low (Underload). The addition of employees with executive positions is 1 person each gate, and the supervisor does not have an increase in the number of employees. The optimal number of aviation security employees at each gate security check point 1 to inspect goods is 1 supervisor and 5 executors.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang baik akan menciptakan sebuah sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan  membuat suatu negara menjadi maju. Selain itu, pemerataan  pendidikan juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting dan indikator terciptanya sebuah negara maju. Desa Tempur yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Keling Kabupaten Jepara tidak memiliki akses  pendidikan sekolah negeri karena akses yang jauh. Penerimaan siswa bersistem zonasi juga mengakibatkan semakin sedikit anak-anak yang dapat menempuh sekolah negeri. Perancangan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Desa Tempur ini  merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tidak terjangkaunya sekolah negeri di Desa Tempur. Sekolah ini nantinya akan mempertimbang-kan aspek sosial, alam, dan ekonomi  untuk menciptakan bangunan minim pembiayaan mahal. Pada “Perancangan Sekolah  Menengah Pertama Negeri di Desa Tempur Jepara Dengan Pendekatan Konsep Sustainable  Architecture” ini, konsep yang yang digunakan akan meminimalkan dampak negatif bangunan  terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Langgam Arsitektur Neo- Vernakular diterapkan dalam bangunan ini sebagai respon desain dengan sosial budaya daerah setempat sehingga dapat menyatu dengan bangunan daerah sekitar. Data didapatkan dari studi literatur, studi kasus, dan studi lapangan. Pengolahan data membahas mengenai berbagai analisis, yakni analisis tapak, fungsi bangunan, pengguna, ruang, bentuk, struktur, sampai utilitas yang berpedoman pada sustainable architecture. Dan dari analisis tersebut menghasilkan sintesis atau konsep meliputi konsep tema, konsep bentuk, konsep tapak, konsep fungsi, konsep ruang, sampai dengan konsep utilitas.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan peran bahan ajar dengan mengembangkan dalam bentuk e-modul pada Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Secara harfiah, e-modul dapat dimaknai sebagai modul elektronik, non cetak dan hanya berupa file yang dapat dibuka dengan bantuan media elektronik seperti Tablet, Smartphone, komputer PC dan media elektronik lain berbasis sistem operasi terutama Android. Salah satu perkuliahan yang mempunyai keterbatasan handout serta mempengaruhi kompetensi mahasiswa adalah mata kuliah Analisis Real. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan modul pembelajaran ini adalah model pengembangan yang dirumuskan oleh Thiagarajan dengan model 4-D yang langkah-langkahnya meliputi Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan persentase modul pembelajaran. sebesar 82,05% yang mengindikasikan bahwa e-modul berada dalam kualifikasi baik.The focus of this study is to optimize the role by developing teaching materials in the form of e-modules in Mathematics Education Kanjuruhan University of Malang. Literally, e-modules can be interpreted as an electronic module, non-print and only in the form of files that can be opened with the help of electronic media such as tablets, smartphones, PCs and other electronic media, especially Android-based operating system. One of the lectures that have limited handouts and influencing students' competencies are courses Real Analysis. Model development used in the development of this learning module is a development model formulated by Thiagarajan with 4-D model of the steps include Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Results of questionnaires show the percentage of learning modules. of 82.05%, which indicates that the e-modules are in a good qualification
