Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of student personality on moral formation at SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan with a quantitative descriptive approach. This study took a sample of SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Medan City. Of the 22 samples that the author distributed from SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan were analyzed using Moment Products to see the effect. The hypothesis is that there is a significant influence on Student Personality Formation on Moral Formation in Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Vocational Schools. Research locations at SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Medan City class IX. The results showed that there was a significant effect of student personality on the formation of student morals with the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.429, or 18.44%.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the drill pattern technique as an old historical technique that still exists and used by foreign language teachers to date. This technique is in fact used as the effective main technique of audio-lingual approach and its variants in learning a foreign language. This research is a qualitative research because it does not touch on the results of nouns or quantity values. As for the type, including library research whose primary data is in the form of qualitative data which sourced from books and literature references relating to the theme under study.The results of this study found that drill patterns techniques in its development lived in two periods, namely during the environmentalist period and the nativist period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar (BBM) terhadap kondisi sosial nelayan tangkap motor tempel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode survei. Lokasi penelitian terdiri atas 5 desa yaitu, Desa Aeng Batu-Batu, Desa Bontolebang, Desa Tamalate, Desa Tamasaju, dan Desa Bontosunggu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah Simple Random Sampling ialah teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak bebas karena populasi dianggap homogen. Sebanyak 50 responden yang menjadi subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari 8 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pancing Rinta’, 11 orang nelayan alat tangkap Rakkang-rakkang, 6 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pancing Rawai, 10 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pukat, 11 orang nelayan alat tangkap Jaring Hanyut dan 4 orang nelayan Pancing Cumi-cumi. Analisi data yang digunakan ialah analisis penerimaan, analisis pengeluaran, analisis pendapatan, analisis proporsi bahan bakar minyak terhadap total biaya, analisis pendapatan rumah tangga dan analisis pengeluaran rumah tangga. Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) tidak berdampak terhadap aktivitas usaha trip penangkapan dan jumlah tangkapan, tetapi berdampak pada harga jual ikan rata-rata naik 13%, biaya operasional rata-rata naik 27.51% dan proporsi BBM terhadap total biaya rata-rata naik 4.99%. Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) berdampak terhadap ekonomi rumah tangga yang mengalami peningkatan pengeluaran 12.37% sedangkan pendapatan rumah tangga juga mengalami penurunan 15.23%.

Abstract

Abstract Consumer protection is an important issue in commercial domain. Consumer goods and services should have been protected. The most known is consumer goods protection. This article deals with consumer securities protection. Consumer securities protection has been applied in United States due to financial crisis, including fraud. Indonesia has experienced one of tremendous financial fraud in Bank Century-Antaboga. The case shows that separated surveillence on financial industry has weakness, instead of the integration of financial industry. The role of authority is influential in governing banking-securities industry. In Bank Century-Antaboga case give us a factual absence of disclosure in offering and selling the securities instrument. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) should play its role to the application of disclosure principle, otherwise the Bank Century- Antaboga case will occur again. Abstract

Discussion method are increasingly popular in the learning, but in terms of its accuracy, mixed results are reported without clear reasons. This research aims to explore the impact of gender and teaching duration on discussion method accuracy in Islamic higher education. To evaluate the accuracy of the use of the discussion method, lecturer's teaching duration and gender, a quantitative study with a correlation approach was used. A research project, which deals with the use of discussion methods in lectures using questionnaires, was carried out in two faculties at two universities. Data were collected from 175 lecturers involved in this research. The analysis is differentiated based on the gender and level of teaching duration of lecturers in the competencies being assessed. The results show that the accuracy of the use of the discussion method is low and is related to the gender of the lecturer, that males perceive themselves to be higher in the use of the discussion method than females, and that even using method analysis with methods and implementation in the classroom. Lecturers who teach more than 30 years tend to have higher accuracy in using the discussion method than those with lesser tenure. The findings of this study have implications for the development of "the use of discussion methods in higher education" and it is necessary to examine the reasons behind this difference and to look for steps to improve the accuracy of the use of the discussion method.

Abstract

Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Manajemen neuroanestesi pada operasi tumor otak bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya cedera otak sekunder dan memberikan lapangan operasi yang baik. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui brain relaxation therapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektifitas Body Surface Area (BSA) dan Predicted Body Weigh (PBW) untuk menentukan volume semenit dalam mencapai target PaCO2 pada pasien yange menjalani operasi tumor otak.Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional melibatkan 31 pasien yang menjalani operasi tumor otak di RSUD Dr Soetomo Surabaya. Pasien yang memenuhi kriteria, dilakukan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, kemudian dibagi dalam 2 kelompok BSA dan PBW. Kelompok BSA mendapat volume semenit 4xBSA (laki-laki) dan 3.5xBSA (perempuan). Kelompok PBW mendapat volume semenit 100mL/kgBB. Tiga puluh menit setelah pengaturan ventilasi mekanik, dilakukan pemeriksaan analisa gas darah untuk menilai PaCO2.Hasil: Penentuan volume semenit menggunakan BSA menghasilkan volume yang lebih besar dibanding PBW pada pasien normal hingga obesitas.Penggunaan BSA dibanding PBW secara signifikan memiliki PaCO2 lebih rendah (33.55±3.43: 39.29±3.32 mmHg) dengan nilai p=0.0001. Simpulan: Penggunaan BSA dalam menentukan volume semenit efektif dalam mencapai target PaCO2 pada pasien yang menjalani operasi tumor otak. Effectiveness of Body Surface Area over Predicted Body Weightto determine Minute Volume to achieve PaCO2 Target in Brain Tumor SurgeryBackground and Objective: Neuroanesthesia management in brain tumor surgery aims to prevent secondary brain injury and provide a good operating field. This goal can be achieved by brain relaxation therapy .This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Body Surface Area (BSA ) and Predicted Body Weigh (PBW) in determining minute volume to achieve PaCO2 target in brain tumor surgery patient.Subject and Methods: This was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Thirty patient with brain tumor surgery were enrolled in this study. Patient who met the inclusions criteria was measured for height and weight then divided into two groups of BSA and PBW. The BSA group gets a minute volume 4xBSA for men and 3.5xBSA for women. The PBW group received minute volume 100mL / kg. Thirty minutes after adjusting mechanical ventilation, a blood gas analysis was examined to measure PaCO2 value.Results: Minute volume which is predicted by BSA had a greater volume than PBW in normal to obese patient. Body surface area is statistically significant compared to PBW in reducing PaCO2 average (33.55±3.43: 39.29±3.32 mmHg) with p value = 0.0001.Conclusion: Body surface areaas more effective to determine minute volume compare to PBW to achievePaCO2 target in brain tumor surgery patient.

Abstract

The enlightenment obtained by Muslims namely on scientific thinking that refers to the Qur'an and Hadith. The awareness of Muslim scientists to develop knowledge according to what is taught by the Qur'an and Hadith. As for this paper, it explains the nature of science according to the Qur'an by using interpretation, so that the greatest knowledge is achieved. Characteristics taught by The Koran that must have an open mind, and allow gaining knowledge. The purpose of this article is to build understanding of the Qur'an with analysis to mainly about knowledge. Abstract

ABSTRACT Spiritual and Social Guidance of Islamic Education Teachers is one of the important factors in shaping the character of students. Which is in line with the National Education System Law of 2003. The current practice of Islamic Education tends to emphasize cognitive aspects, while the psychomotor aspects are rarely touched, including the planting of faith (apective aspects). This situation has triggered the imbalance of PAI learning outcomes, which in turn has created humans who are cognitively smart but spiritually and socially dry. Therefore the presence of Spiritual and Social Guidance activities is an alternative step to reduce or even cover the lack of developing apective and psychomotor aspects outside of school hours in the national curriculum. The purpose of this study was to find out how the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers towards the Formation of Student Characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. But specifically this research aims to find out: Programs, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors as well as the success of the spiritual and social guidance program of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the formation of student characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. The research method used is descriptive analytic, which is to give an overview of what is happening. Data collected in the form of qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation, and study documentation. This research starts from a preliminary study of theories relating to the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers, then looks for the location of schools that have spiritual and social guidance activities for their students. Data collection techniques, the author begins with observation, categorization, synthesis and compile working hypotheses, which of course are always accompanied by literature study. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the Formation of Student Character in Depok's Yappa Middle School is done well and effectively through religious activities, learning in class and examples which are routinely carried out in Depok's Yappa Middle School. Through this activity embodied the cultivation of spiritual and social values ​​in students of Depok Yappa Middle School, which is one of the efforts to achieve the objectives of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of spiritual and social activities is in the context of establishing noble character among students, which includes material on faith, worship, morals, the Koran and history. Abstract

After the issuance of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, foreign and domestic investors were given equal treatment. Equal treatment of domestic and foreign capital is an important principle of investment policy. Article 6 paragraph (1) of Law Number 25 of 2007 states that the Government provides equal treatment to all investors originating from any country conducting investment activities in Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Furthermore, paragraph (2) states that such treatment does not apply to investors from a country that obtains special rights based on an agreement with Indonesia. Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is expected to be able to absorb the widest possible Indonesian workforce in the midst of increasingly competitive competition and the demands of economic globalization. With the ease and simplification of the entry of foreign investment and foreign workers in Indonesia, it is able to attract the interest and desire of foreign investors to invest in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan  bentuk umum turunan ke-n hasil kali fungsi  menggunakan pola segitiga pascal dan aplikasinya dalam persamaan energi relativistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Grounded Theory yang berupa pengembangan keilmuan dsn hasil kajiannya berupa pembentukan teori yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan ilmu Fisika Matematika dengan lebih cepat. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dengan cara dokumentaasi dari buku, jurnal, dokumentasi dan media internet. Cara penyelesaian masalah pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pada langkah-langkah penelitian teoritik.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  bentuk umum turunan ke-n hasil kali fungsi  menggunakan pola segitiga pascal yang diuraikan dengan  memanfaatkan rumus kombinatorik  sehingga diperoleh bentuk umum turunan ke-n  hasil kali fungsi  F(n)(x)      = . Aplikasi persamaan  dalam bidang fisika pada pokok bahasan energi kinetic relativistik yang dapat dinyatakan dengan .
