Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kauman 1 Kota Malang usia 10-12 tahun. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah survei dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 89 siswa, dengan rincian 44 siswa putra dan 45 siswa putri. Pengambilan data dilakukan selaras dengan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) tahun 2010 usia 10-12 tahun. Hasil analisis data sebagai berikut: siswa putra tidak ada yang menunjukkan hasil klasifikasi baik sekali, baik, dan sedang, yang menunjukkan klasifikasi kurang 16 siswa atau 36%, dan klasifikasi kurang sekali 28 siswa atau 64%. Untuk siswa putri tidak ada yang menunjukkan hasil klasifikasi baik sekali, baik, dan sedang, yang menunjukkan klasifikasi kurang 9 siswa atau 20%, dan klasifikasi kurang sekali 36 siswa atau 80%. Kesimpulannya adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kauman 1 Kota Malang usia 10-12 tahun dominan pada klasifikasi kurang sekali.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of data on the physical fitness of class X students at State Senior High School 2 Pasuruan City. Data collection techniques used measurement techniques in the form of tests, namely the 60 m running speed test, the 1200 m running endurance test for men and the 1000 m running test for women, the hanging arm muscle endurance test for lifting the body for men and hanging elbows for women, endurance tests abdominal muscles sit up 60 seconds, and vertical jump leg muscle explosive power test. Based on the results of the research that has been presented, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of students at SMA Negeri 2 Pasuruan City is mostly in the moderate category with a percentage of 71% for boys and the majority in the good category with a percentage of 80% for girls.

Abstract

Tingginya partisipasi pelari rekreasional di Kota Malang tidak diiringi dengan literasi yang memadai terkait pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga. Akibatnya, cedera ringan hingga sedang kerap terjadi karena minimnya pemahaman tentang teknik lari, pemanasan, dan pertolongan pertama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelari komunitas Me Against Me (MAM) melalui sosialisasi berbasis praktik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain Participatory Action Research (PAR). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi lapangan, dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik Braun & Clarke. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran preventif, pengalaman praktis penggunaan metode RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), serta munculnya kebutuhan terhadap edukasi lanjutan yang lebih mendalam. Respons positif peserta menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis komunitas efektif membangun kesadaran kolektif dan perilaku yang lebih reflektif. Kegiatan ini merepresentasikan kolaborasi strategis antara akademisi, komunitas, dan praktisi kesehatan dalam membentuk budaya olahraga yang aman dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

The process of learning basic boxing techniques at Sasana Lion Boxing Academy requires correct techniques, because observation results show that 87% of amateur athletes at Sasana Lion Boxing Academy Malang City still have not mastered basic boxing techniques. Based on the results of a questionnaire questionnaire for amateur athletes at Sasana Lion Boxing Academy, there are still many who have not mastered basic boxing techniques, such as stance, straight jab, hook, uppurcut and defense. The aim is to develop learning of correct basic boxing techniques for amateur athletes at Sasana Lion Boxing Academy, Malang City. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Lee & Owens development model. The subjects tested were 15 athletes. Based on the data obtained based on the results of expert data analysis, namely media experts obtained 80% results, learning experts obtained 89% results, media experts obtained 80% results and field testing results obtained 82%. The results of expert data analysis and field trials obtained "very valid" results. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and interviews. In conclusion, this learning development product can help amateur athletes at the Lion Boxing Academy Gym, Malang City

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media for volleyball material based on the articulate storyline 3 application for class VIII students at SMPN 2 Jatikalen. This learning media is designed in the form of an attractive android-based application, with menus such as an introduction to volleyball material, learning materials, videos, and questions. This research and development (R&D) aims to create new learning products or develop existing products. In this study using ADDIE which consists of (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research population consisted of 60 VIII grade students at SMPN 2 Jatikalen. The results of the research data show that the validation test from media experts scored 97%, the validation test from material experts 96%, the validation test from learning experts 96%, and the field test got 91%. Based on this data, it is concluded that interactive learning media for teaching material for volleyball based on the Articulate Storyline 3 application for grade VIII students is feasible to use without the need for revision and is very valid for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Learning is an interaction between teachers and students. In carrying out learning, the teacher must be able to present the enthusiasm of students when learning, and one of them is when learning physical education. Physical education is learning that is carried out through physical activity, one of which is when learning physical education football material. This study uses the research and development model, using several steps of model development. The purpose of this study was to develop soccer learning materials using an application for MGMP Physical education teachers in the Kediri district so that MGMP Physical Education teachers would find it easier when learning. Data obtained showed that 87% of learning experts, 68% of football experts, and 100% of media experts gave an assessment of this application in a very good category. This study involved 40 subject teacher respondents who were divided into ten teachers to be used as respondents for small group product trials and 30 teachers to conduct large group trials. Based on the sum of all data analysis, it can be concluded that this product is very valid to be used as a learning support tool to help Physical Education teachers in Kediri Regency in conducting learning.

Abstract

Articulate Storyline is an application with numerous features, designed to facilitate students' understanding of pencak silat material. The purpose of this study was to develop learning media for pencak silat material based on an articulate storyline for grade VI students of SDN Sukorejo 1. The Research and Development method with the ADDIE model was used in this study by: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The samples involved in this study consisted of 30 grade VI students from SDN Sukorejo I and the PJOK teacher of SDN Sukorejo I. Additionally, several experts contributed to this study. Additionally, several experts contributed to this research. Additionally, several experts were involved in product validation, including a media expert, a material expert, and a physical education learning expert. The instruments used in this research are interview guidelines, product assessment questionnaires, and documentation. This articulate storyline learning media obtained 97% from the Media Expert with very valid criteria, obtained 96% from the Material Expert with very valid criteria, obtained 98% from the Learning Expert with very valid criteria, the PJOK Teacher SDN Sukorejo I test obtained 99%, and the field test obtained 88% with very valid criteria. Based on these results, this approach is feasible for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Stretching is the basis of the exercise process, exercising without stretching can trigger several health problems in the body. In sports learning, statistical stretching can increase the feeling of dread before exercise, but it seems monotonous and boring compared to dynamic stretching. This study aims to apply a variety of statistical stretching movements and test their effectiveness. The method used in this research is experimental research using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques were carried out using several research instruments including observation sheets, pretest posttest questionnaires, and fitness test assessments. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were carried out using the T-test and the Komologrow-Smirnov test. The results of the study showed an increase after treatment of almost 2.275% compared to before treatment. Apart from that, if tested using the T-test, it is known that the significance results show a value of 0.0008 which is smaller than the normality rule of 0.05 so Ho can be rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that this research on the application of variations in statistical stretching movements is very effective in Sport Education Learning or known as PJOK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a gamification approach on the improvement of basic forehand groundstroke skills in students with high and low levels of manipulative ability. The research method used a quantitative approach with a two-way mixed experimental design (2WMD), involving one between-subject factor, namely manipulative ability (high and low), and one within-subject factor, namely measurement time (pre-test and posttest). The study sample was students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program at the State University of Malang who had taken tennis courses. Data were collected through a basic forehand skills test and an observation rubric based on the TGMD-3. The analysis results showed a significant increase in forehand skill scores between the pre-test and posttest (F(1,58) = 911.969; p < 0.05; η² = 0.940). There was also a significant difference between the high- and low-manipulative-ability groups (F(1,58) = 151.932; p < 0.05; η² = 0.724). In addition, a significant interaction was found between measurement time and manipulative ability (F(1,58) = 26.940; p < 0.05; η² = 0.317). These findings confirm that the gamification approach is effective in increasing students’ motivation and motor skills through structured practice, direct feedback, and active involvement in sports learning.

Abstract

Tujuan TPA ialah untuk menilai kualitas intelektual, bakat serta kemampuan seseorang dalam bidang akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hasil tryout TPA pada mahasiswa PPG program studi PJOK. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis butir soal secara kuantitatif. Tahapan dalam analisis data meliputi 1) analisis tingkat kesukaran butir soal tryout, 2) mengukur daya beda,  3) analisis validitas butir soal tryout, 4) menguji distraktor pilihan jawaban dan 5) analisis realiabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. dari 35 butir soal tryout yang telah diberikan pada 523 mahasiswa PPG program studi PJOK masih harus ditingkatkan dengan hasil tingkat kesukaran mudah sebanyak 20 butir soal (p > 0,70), sedangkan tingkat kesukaran sedang sebanyak 14 butir soal (0,30 ≤ p ≤ 0,70) dan 1 butir soal pada tingkat kesukaran sulit (p < 0,30). Hasil analisis daya beda terdapat 20 butir soal termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan 15 butir soal termasuk kategori jelek. Hasil analisis validitas butir soal terdapat 11 butir soal yang dianggap tidak valid dikarenakan r < 0,3. Namun terdapat data yang menunjukkan butir soal valid tapi beberapa butir soal memiliki korelasi yang rendah dikategorikan sebagai tidak valid dan perlu untuk digugurkan. Hasil analisis distraktor terdapat 7 butir soal yang tidak berfungsi sehingga butir soal tersebut perlu dibuang atau digugurkan. Hasil analisis reliabilitas dihasilkan sebesar 0,823 untuk keselurhan 35 butir soal atau pada tahap awal sebelum digugurkan atau revisi. Kemudian meningkat menjadi 0,831 untuk 28 butir soal yang tersisa atau setelah dilakukan pengguguran. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang tinggi.
