Abstract

Workshop Pengabdian yang diselenggarakan oleh FIK UM di Sekolah Indonesia Bangkok ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru PJOK dalam menyusun bahan ajar permainan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa sekolah dasar. Workshop ini menekankan pentingnya kreativitas, modifikasi permainan, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pendidikan jasmani. Berdasarkan permasalahan di lapangan, guru membutuhkan bantuan untuk merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik kasar. Alasan yang mendasari masalah ini adalah perlunya pengetahuan lebih pada guru tentang konsep motorik kasar pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, para guru perlu mendapatkan modal pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah melalui ceramah, penugasan, pengukuran hasil, dan tindak lanjut hasil. Hasilnya, pelatihan ini menghasilkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai kreativitas, kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam proses pembelajaran, dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Dampaknya terlihat pada kolaborasi, pertukaran ide, dan peningkatan metode pembelajaran modern di Sekolah Indonesia Bangkok. Keberhasilan ini memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan guru dalam merancang bahan ajar yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan motorik kasar siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan tic tac toe sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran atletik lari estafet. Motivasi belajar yang rendah sering kali mengakibatkan kurangnya keterlibatan siswa, terutama pada materi atletik yang dianggap monoton dan teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model ADDIE untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bagi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Malang, melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain media, uji validasi, dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, serta menganalisis data secara deskriptif menggunakan skala Likert yang dikonversikan ke persentase. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan mendapatkan penilaian yang sangat baik dari ahli materi, media, dan atletik, dengan persentase kelayakan masing-masing sebesar 91,07%, 95,45%, dan 90%. Selain itu, uji coba kelompok yang melibatkan 56 responden menunjukkan hasil persentase 84,31%, yang juga dikategorikan sebagai "Sangat Layak". Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan media tic tac toe dalam pembelajaran lari estafet terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan interaktif.

Abstract

Background: The development of digital technology has triggered a more interactive learning transformation through gamification, namely using game elements to increase students' motivation, engagement, and social skills, such as cooperation, communication, empathy, and problem solving. Objectives: This study aims to analyze global research trends on gamification in enhancing students' social skills, particularly in physical education, through a bibliometric analysis from 2015 to 2025. Methods: This study employed a bibliometric design. Data were retrived from the Scopus database on April 22, 2025, using specific keywords: (gamification OR gamified learning OR game-base-based learning) AND ("physical education" OR "PE class" OR "sport education") AND (social skills" OR "social competence" OR "social interaction") AND (elementary school" OR "primary school" OR "midle school" OR "junior high school" OR "high school" OR "secondary school" From an initial 120 documents, 47 met the inclusion criteria. VOSViewer was used to analyze keyword co-occurrence, visualize trends, and identify thematic clusters by completely counting on all keywords with at least two documents per author. Results: 47 relevant articles were identified, with publication peaking in 2020. Keyword analysis revealed five main thematic clusters: gamification in education, digital game-based learning, collaborative learning, emerging technologies, and motivation. The most frequent keywords were game-based learning (n=12), gamification (n=9), and students (n=8). The University of Patras emerged as the most productive institution, while the leading journal was the International Journal of Learning, Teaching and Educational Research. Conclusions: Although research on gamification has grown significantly, its application in physical education remains underexplored. This study reveals a gap in leveraging gamification to develop students' social skills in physical education. Future research should focus on integrating gamification in this context while considering sociocultural and technological factors to ensure inclusive and effective implementation.

Abstract

AutoPlay Media Studio 8 is an interactive multimedia application with many features, this study was developed to facilitate students in understanding physical fitness material. The purpose of this study is to add and develop fitness teaching materials based on AutoPlay Media Studio 8 for students of MTsN 1 Malang City. This type of research is included in research and development. The development model used in this study is ADDIE, which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The sample involved in this study was 60 students of MTsN 1 Malang City. In addition, several experts were involved in product validation, namely 1 physical education learning expert, 1 physical fitness material expert, 1 media expert and 4 practitioners, namely MTsN 1 Malang City PJOK teachers. The instruments used in this study were interview guidelines, product assessment questionnaires, documentation. Based on the data obtained from the results of data analysis by experts, namely learning experts obtained results of 89%, material experts obtained results of 90%, media experts obtained results of 99%, class VII PJOK teacher practitioner experts obtained results of 94%, class VIII PJOK teacher practitioner experts obtained results of 96%, class IX PJOK 1 teacher practitioner experts obtained results of 90%, class IX PJOK 2 teacher practitioner experts obtained results of 83%, class VII field trials 97%, class VIII field trials 98%, class IX field trials 96%. The results of data analysis from experts, practitioners and field trials obtained the results of "Very Suitable for Use".

Abstract

Esensi terkait hak dan kewajiban dasar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga bagi tiap individu diatur secara universal melalui piagam internasional pendidikan jasmani, aktivitas fisik dan olahraga oleh UNESCO. Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menguraikan pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani dengan kurikulum merdeka di kota malang. Dengan metode campuran pararel konvergen peneliti mengiterpretasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersamaan, terhadap 45 responden yang dipilih secara kuota sampling. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa secara kuantitatif pelaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik. Namun pada aspek kesetaraan hak, program yang bermanfaat, kontribusi stakeholder, ketersediaan sarana & prasarana, serta kerjasama internasional berdasarkan pernyataan secara kualitatif masih perlu beberapa perbaikan. Simpulan dan saran dari penelitian ini, secara ringkas mengerucut pada penekanan pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani yang inklusif, perancangan kurikulum dengan fokus pada pendekatan holistik, peningkatan peran stakeholder dalam pendanaan fasilitas olahraga, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang layak dan standar, serta perlunya kerjasama internasional untuk mengembangkan pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani yang unggul dalalm menekan pola hidup pasif pada remaja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the Entrepreneurship course for students of the Department of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation at the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Malang. The method used is the R&D 4D model. The 4D model is one of the research and development models consisting of four steps: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The development results indicate that the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in the development of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the Entrepreneurship course is effective in enhancing students' practical skills, particularly in creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and management. Through this approach, students are given the opportunity to engage directly in entrepreneurship projects that integrate theory and practice, thus better preparing them to face the challenges of the business world.

Abstract

Sosialisasi olahraga Woodball di SMPN 1 Wajak berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap cabang olahraga baru ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Media sosialisasi berbasis Google Site divalidasi oleh ahli media (90%) dan ahli Woodball (93,1%), menunjukkan kelayakan tinggi sebagai alat pembelajaran. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan 80% siswa memahami materi dengan baik, dan 70% berminat menjadikan Woodball sebagai ekstrakurikuler. Observasi pasca-sosialisasi terhadap 60 responden menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 87,8% (kategori "Sangat Efektif"), membuktikan efektivitas sosialisasi ini dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap olahraga Woodball. Temuan ini membuka peluang pengembangan Woodball sebagai ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 1 Wajak dan sekolah lain kedepan-nya. Kata Kunci: ADDIE; Woodball; Sosialisai; Olahraga

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a volleyball service learning medium based on iSpring Suite for ninth-grade students at SMPN 3 Malang and to measure its validity. This is a research and development study that adopted the ADDIE model by Branch, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data collected from the research results using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The subjects of this study were 43 students from SMPN 3 Malang. The research product was validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and learning experts, and was also tested on both small and large groups. The results of the large group trial obtained a percentage value of 91%. Thus, this iSpring Suite-based learning media development product can be categorized as highly valid and can be utilized in the PJOK learning process at SMPN 3 Malang. It is hoped that this product can provide a tangible contribution by making it easier for ninth-grade students at SMPN 3 Malang to carry out PJOK learning, especially for volleyball service material.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang dilaksanakan yakni untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani pada siswa aktif kegiatan keolahragaan di SMA Negeri 1 Pandaan sehingga dapat memperlancar kegiatan pembelajaran siswa di sekolah yang sebelumnya belum pernah dilaksanakan tes kebugaran jasmani sesuai norma tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun secara satu rangkaian utuh dikarenakan adanya kendala seperti faktor pandemi, alokasi waktu terbatas serta kurang memadainya sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian survei deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pada penelitian ini berjumlah 144 siswa sebagai populasi dan 82 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen pada pelaksanaan penelitian ialah intrumen tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun yang terdiri dari 5 tes yaitu tes gantung angkat tubuh atau gantung siku tekuk, tes lari 60 meter, tes lari 1200 atau 1000 meter, tes duduk baring, dan tes loncat tegak. Hasil penelitian didapatkan yaitu tergolong pada kategori sedang. Diperlukan adanya usaha mencapai kebugaran jasmani dengan baik yang dapat dilakukan siswa serta guru PJOK dapat melaksanakan tes kebugaran jasmani pada siswa secara berkala. Abstract

Physical fitness is an important component for students to have as part of their growth and development during the learning process. The COVID-19 that occurred in Indonesia actually caused students to be less movemant. It is no longer surprising that the lack of movement makes students' physical activity decrease so that they are prone to having less physical fitness. The purpose of this study was to find out how the physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 5 Malang contributes to learning outcome. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type with a survey method. The population in this study were students of classes X, XI, and XII of SMA Negeri 5 Malang, totaling 1,136 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 92 students, including 57 girls and 35 boys, who were selected from the sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Student physical fitness data was taken using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) instrument. The analysis of the test results is based on the classification norm for each component indicator of the test performed. The results showed that physical fitness was in the lower classification. It is known that the results of students' physical fitness are lacking it is hoped that physical education, sports, and health teachers will evaluate or provide various sports learning media to students so that physical fitness can increase.
