The distribution route problem at CV.DNY is related to the lack of optimal route determination because delivery routes are determined only based on the order of goods received first. Determining the route in the distribution process is an important factor for the company because it affects the company's distribution costs. CV. DNY is a logistics company that operates in the sector of delivering goods to consumers. Based on field studies conducted, the company has not been able to determine the optimal route. The aim of this study is to increase the efficiency of the routes used so that shipping costs can be saved. The method used in this research is a minimum spanning tree. The results of the research show that the minimum spanning tree method obtains a shorter route with a distance of 4557 km compared to the company's initial route of 5318 km, experiencing distance savings of 761 km and minimizing distribution costs of IDR 5,174,800. So it can be concluded that the minimum spanning tree method uses POM-software The company's QM (Program Operations Management – Quantitive Method) achieves delivery route savings and cost minimization.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) as software to improve the efficiency of warehouse management. Warehouse management systems require solutions to optimise the management of accurate inventory data to record every transaction in the warehouse, manage the way goods are stored, and integrate between warehouses. CV. Everfresh Kediri is a manufacturing company engaged in seed production. The problems identified in warehouse operations mostly come from human error. This research was conducted to improve warehouse operational management by developing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) using the myWMS application as the right solution to reduce human error by implementing various management processes, including inbound and outbound management and tracking, as well as visualizing the time of each process that occurs from goods entering to exiting the warehouse. Testing using the FIFO LIFO method with myWMS software shows that the FIFO method is the best choice for the company because it can streamline the operational process up to 10 Minutes 18 Seconds or 20.04% from the old manual process.

Public transportation is a very important tool in improving and developing the economy of an area. The role of public transportation is very important in supporting mobility or community movement. Increased community mobility at the same time can have an impact on congestion. Congestion still occurs a lot and is a fairly complex problem in big cities, one of which is in Surabaya. The government is trying to reduce congestion in Surabaya by creating a safe and comfortable service innovation in the world of transportation, one of which is the Suroboyo Bus. This research is descriptive quantitative research. the method used is the random forest method. The tool used for data analysis is Rapidminer 10.3.1. The results of data analysis found several things that need to be improved by Suroboyo Bus to improve the quality of its services, namely those related to the words bus stops, routes, hours, applications, buses, etc. These words need to be considered to improve the quality of Suroboyo Bus services.

The increase in the Purchasing Managers Index of Indonesia, is driven by the high domestic demand as well as the increase in production activity. CV IndoHome is engaged in springbed manufacturing, serving customers business-to-customer. This results in product specifications that are diverse and tailored to individual requirements. So indicates the production process is potentially wasted. The objective of this research is to identify critical waste using the Waste Assessment Model method, identify the root causes of the occurrence of critical wastes with the Fishbone diagram, and produce alternative recommendations for improvement with Sustainability Manufacturing Value Analysis. The results of the research show that the waste crisis in the production process is Motion, Inventory, and Overproduction. Waste crisis that occurs due to various interrelated things and alternative improvement can be done application of sustainability principles requiring maximization of factory space and resource utilization, empowerment of employees through training, improvement of productivity, and the use of technology.

Production planning is the process of organizing and controlling the flow of materials in and out of the production system to meet consumer needs with the right quantity and timing while keeping production costs low. Based on the analysis, the popcorn factory in Surabaya has not maximized capacity management, as evidenced by the occurrence of surplus and deficit in available capacity (CA) during certain periods. The Surabaya popcorn factory does not fully utilize capacity management because the company produces either more or fewer products than the demand. Overproduction can lead to warehouse overstocking, while underproduction prevents the company from meeting consumer needs. The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the capacity of resources and production equipment using forecasting techniques with minimum MSE (Mean Squared Error) to obtain an optimal production capacity plan and make appropriate capacity planning recommendations to ensure all consumer demands are met.

Suppliers in the manufacturing industry have an important role because they determine product quality. The selection of suppliers is absolutely necessary so that the services produced have the quality according to the standards set by the company. If the quality of the supplier does not meet the criteria, it will cause several obstacles in the operational process. So this study aims to find out the best suppliers with priority criteria according to PT. Seaport Services Indonesia. The population in this study is a marine engine supplier owned by PT. Seaport Services Indonesia. The samples are 3 marine engine suppliers who provide sewage at PT. Seaport Services Indonesia. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that the best supplier for PT. Seaport Services Indonesia is Supplier B with the highest weight compared to the other two suppliers. As for the priority criteria is Flexibility.

Xylose is a sugar obtained from breaking down hemicellulose. It is a polysaccharide found in the cellulose fibers of plant cell walls. One example of a plant containing hemicellulose is coffee, especially its waste called Coffee Cherry Processing Waste (CCPW). Its process's 10 L capacity production design was carried out to establish its mini factory. The financial feasibility study of each processing unit was designed. The research method used was quantitative methods. Apart from that, the approach used in this research is descriptive. The test results show that the crystalline xylose sugar processing unit is feasible to develop because the calculation results of the financial feasibility criteria are met with NPV > 0, B/C > 1, IRR 51%, PBP for two months < 5 years, which means the business owner could have returned his capital before the project period ends and BEP Q of IDR 15,565,013.54 while BEP Rp IDR 22,002479.88 was declared feasible because the BEP value was lower than the net income from xylose crystal sugar.

The public's dependence on fuel oil (BBM) makes it a vital component in supporting the smooth production and distribution of goods and services, as well as maintaining economic stability. However, it is estimated that around 30 percent of energy subsidies have been enjoyed by groups that are not classified as poor or vulnerable. To address this issue, PT Pertamina (Persero) has implemented a new policy requiring vehicle registration through the MyPertamina app for users of subsidized fuels such as Pertalite and Solar. However, many users have expressed complaints regarding the operational aspects of the app. Therefore, this study employs a descriptive quantitative method relying on objective measurements and mathematical analysis to identify user complaints through sentiment analysis using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) machine learning method. The data used consists of 2,000 user reviews of the MyPertamina app obtained from the Google Play Store. The analysis process was conducted using the Python programming language via the Google Colab platform. The results of the study indicate that the majority of user sentiment is negative, suggesting that the quality of MyPertamina's services is still suboptimal. Additionally, this study adopts the five dimensions of e-ServQual to identify factors influencing users' perceptions and sentiment toward the app. These findings are expected to serve as evaluation material for improving MyPertamina's operational services in the future.

This study aims to analyze quality control at CV. Batik Tulis Al Huda. This type of research is quantitive descriptive research. In this research, the sample used was the number of the defect in the batik tulis product at CV. Batik Tulis Al Huda in 2019. This research uses the Statistical Quality Control method with tools namely check sheet, histogram, control chart, Pareto diagram, and cause-effect diagram. The results showed that the batik production process still experienced irregularities or was out of control. The overall level of damage reached 3.93% of the total production. Factors that cause defective products are human error, procedures that are not carried out properly, and equipment that is not in good condition.
