Abstract

The swift rise of social commerce, notably TikTok Shop, has significantly altered how consumers shop for beauty products. This study analyzes the impact of live streaming and user reviews on the decision to buy Wardah products on TikTok Shop, with trust acting as a mediator. The research focused on Wardah customers in Surabaya who had used TikTok Shop for their purchases. Utilizing an accidental sampling technique, the study gathered responses from 105 participants. The data were processed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrate that live streaming significantly enhances both trust and purchase intentions. This pattern is mirrored for online customer reviews. Trust is also shown to be a significant direct predictor of purchase decisions. Finally, mediation analysis confirms that trust significantly mediates the paths through which live streaming and online reviews affect purchase decisions. This demonstrates that while live streaming and positive reviews directly encourage purchases, their effectiveness is substantially enhanced when they first establish consumer trust. For cosmetic brands on social commerce platforms, building trust is therefore a critical mechanism through which interactive marketing tools drive consumer decision-making.

Abstract

Background: Mindfulness therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses mindful practice to help individuals manage their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in a healthy manner. Techniques such as compressions and mindful breathing have been shown to be effective in reducing stress levels, improving cognitive function, and supporting the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension. Purpose: To analyze the effect of mindfulness therapy on stress levels in patients with hypertension. Method: A systematic review and meta-analysis were designed to explore the relationship between mindfulness therapy, stress levels, and hypertension. Articles were selected based on PICO eligibility criteria and retrieved from three major databases: PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. Keywords used included "Mindfulness Therapy" AND "Stress Levels" AND "Hypertension" AND "Randomized Control Trial" AND "Healthcare." Inclusion criteria included full-text articles with a quasi-experimental study design published between 2010 and 2024. Article analysis was performed using PRISMA charts and Review Manager (RevMan) software version 5.3. Result: A meta-analysis of 10 articles from various countries, including India, Iran, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Zealand, showed that mindfulness therapy has a positive effect on reducing stress levels in hypertensive patients. This therapy demonstrated an effect size of 0.23 times (Mean Difference = 0.23; 95% CI = -0.54-0.07; p <0.13). Furthermore, the relatively balanced distribution of effect estimates indicates no bias, as demonstrated by the balance between the left and right plots. Conclusion: Mindfulness therapy is increasingly recognized as an effective complementary therapy in the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension. Suggestion: Health workers are advised to integrate mindfulness therapy as a complementary approach in managing hypertension.   Keywords: Hypertension; Healthcare; Mindfulness Therapy; Stress Levels.   Pendahuluan: Terapi mindfulness merupakan suatu pendekatan terapeutik yang menggunakan latihan kesadaran penuh untuk membantu individu mengelola pikiran, emosi, dan sensasi tubuh secara sehat. Abstract

Background: Anemia in pregnant women remains a serious public health problem in Indonesia and contributes to the increased risk of pregnancy complications and maternal and infant mortality. Poor knowledge of anemia among pregnant women is a major contributing factor to this condition. Health education using simple media such as leaflets and posters is considered to have the potential to improve understanding and prevent anemia. Purpose: To increase knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of pregnant women about anemia using leaflets and posters as a means of preventing pregnancy complications. Method: A community service activity was conducted in December 2025 in the Labuhan Badas Community Health Center (Puskesmas) working area, targeting 26 pregnant women. The intervention consisted of providing health education through direct counseling using leaflets and posters, accompanied by discussion and question-and-answer sessions. Evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire to compare knowledge levels before (pre-test) and after education (post-test), as well as assessing pregnant women's attitudes and behaviors in response to anemia prevention measures. Results: A significant increase in the level of knowledge of pregnant women after education, with the level of knowledge in the good category increasing from 19.2% to 69.2%. The majority of pregnant women, 20 (76.9%), demonstrated good attitudes and behaviors regarding anemia prevention after the education activity. Conclusion: Anemia education activities for pregnant women using leaflets and posters have proven effective in increasing knowledge and fostering positive attitudes and behaviors related to anemia prevention. Increased understanding of the causes, effects, and prevention of anemia among pregnant women contributed to increased awareness of taking iron supplements, adopting a balanced nutritional diet, and utilizing antenatal care services regularly. Suggestion: Similar education needs to be conducted continuously and integrated into antenatal care services. Abstract

Abstract

Mango (Mangifera indica L) is one of the fruits that is widely produced in Indonesia, but the utilization of its peel has not been maximized. Mango peel is generally discarded as waste from mango fruit. Mango peel is known to contain bioactive compounds such as high phenolic compounds that can act as antioxidants. Mango peel can be developed into tea to increase its added value and minimize mango food waste. This study aims to determine the processing of mango peel tea using the blanching and wilting methods as the initial stages of processing and to evaluate the level of consumer acceptance of mango peel tea. This study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors in serving tea, namely tea concentration (2%, 4% and 6%) and brewing time (3, 5, and 7 minutes). The parameters observed were hedonic organoleptic tests including taste, aftertaste, aroma, and color involving 25 panelists. The test results showed that the production method, concentration and brewing time affected the level of panelist preference. The best formulation obtained was mango tea with a wilting process, with a tea concentration of 2% and a brewing time of 5 minutes.

Abstract

The capital market is a meeting place for stock sellers and buyers with the aim of getting maximum profits. To get these benefits, investors need information about the stock price index. Factors that influence the Stock Price Index are important information for investors. The composite stock price index (CSPI) is one of the main indicators that reflects the performance of the capital market whether it is experiencing an increase or is experiencing a decline. These factors include the rupiah exchange rate, GDP growth, and the Dow Jones index. This study aims to prove and analyse the effect of the rupiah exchange rate, GDP growth, and the Dow Jones index Average (DJIA) on the composite stock price index on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2012-2015. The population and sample of this study are forty-eight CSPI data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data is collected by means of documentation and then analysed. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the rupiah exchange rate has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). While GDP growth and the Dow Jones index Average (DJIA) have affected the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). For further research, it is considered necessary to review other factors that can influence the movement of the stock price index, for example, the company's fundamental factors such as profit, loss, financial ratios, and others.

Abstract

This research delves into how leadership agility and entrepreneurial orientation impact innovation ambidexterity and competitive advantage strategically, taking into consideration both direct and indirect effects. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, the study conducted a survey of all 90 small culinary businesses in Surabaya City using a census sampling method. Data collection was done through structured questionnaires and analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that both leadership agility and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on innovation ambidexterity. Furthermore, these antecedent variables exert a substantial impact on competitive advantage. Notably, innovation ambidexterity plays a mediating role, reinforcing its function as a critical mechanism linking internal capabilities to strategic outcomes. The originality of this study is in its detailed examination of small food businesses, a sector that has not been fully explored. It sheds light on how these companies can use their internal strengths to improve their competitive edge. This research adds to the conversation about Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG 8 (Promoting Jobs and Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Encouraging Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). It emphasises the role of flexible leadership and entrepreneurial planning in promoting creativity and resilience in small businesses.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex issue that goes beyond just money. It also involves social, political, and how institutions work. Villages, being the smallest level of government, are important in helping people live better lives through good leadership and management. This study looks at how village management helps reduce poverty by giving communities more power and control. To do this, the research used information from recent scientific articles and also studied a real example from Panggungharjo Village in Bantul Regency. The findings show that when villages are open, honest, involve everyone, and work well, it helps empower people and cut down poverty. Village-run businesses, called BUMDes, are 5especially helpful in getting people involved in making money. Empowering communities using their own strengths and with good management creates a lasting path to growth. The study concludes that strong village leadership is key to improving lives and reducing poverty in local areas. These results show that making local institutions stronger, making sure people are held accountable, and involving more community members can make policies work better in villages. In practice, this means social programs can reach the right people more effectively, local businesses can grow in a lasting way, and governments can work together with villagers to create fair development and reduce poverty over time around the world.
