Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of pedagogics in education management, education is a field that is very broad in scope, the importance of education is needed for all aspects of life, everyone must have received education - either directly from parents or through teachers, however, not everyone experiences or carries out education as it should, and not everyone understands what education really is. A number of management tasks related to the field of education make up education management, while the methods used in this research are a review of previous research in the field, literature search and research that involves reading and analyzing various journals, books, and other published texts related to the research topic. The method used in writing this article is literature review. The result is that there is a positive and substantial correlation between professional and pedagogical competencies and student learning achievement. Students' success in their learning. Institutional policies are needed to improve the quality of teachers and the academic success of their students. Future research should include a wider range of competency variables for more comprehensive educational development. Teachers should be proficient in seven areas of pedagogical competence, including: identifying student characteristics, understanding learning theories and principles, developing curriculum, designing learning activities, and maximizing student potential, interacting, evaluating assessing and evaluating student learning.

Abstract

Trust plays a crucial part in providing patients with pleasure who are _ patients' beliefs to House embracing pain _ physicians, nurses, and staff inside House Sick. Research was conducted to determine the relationship between patient happiness and quality care, with a focus on patients receiving private, in-home medical care. Patients receiving inpatient therapy in private homes make up the population under study. The biggest Class 1 BPJS Health customer in Indonesia. a sample of 324 respondents for the research. PLS was one of the analysis techniques employed. According to the results of the investigation, confidence in patient care and quality service have an impact, although not simultaneously or partially. The anticipated research results may be used as a guide to establish strategy for managing home ill patients and as a material factor to assess the degree of patient satisfaction throughout their stay.

Abstract

Pelaku industri di sektor perbankan tidak hanya dituntut untuk menerapkan teknologi digital, namun juga mampu dalam menangkap berbagai peluang dengan lebih memahami perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin mengarah ke ranah digital yang dapat lebih memudahkan kebutuhan transaksi nasabahnya. Dengan penggunaan teknologi digital yang kian meningkat, konsumen Indonesia telah terbiasa dan memilih layanan yang lebih cepat, transparan, luas, dan dapat dipersonalisasikan dengan kebutuhan nasabah Parasuraman, Zeithaml, dan Berry dalam Kotler (1997 : 53) menentukan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan meliputi: tangibles (bukti langsung), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan) dan empathy (empatiPenggunaan Digital Banking merupakan salah satu elemen dari penilaian kepuasan pelanggan yaitu Keandalan dan daya tanggap. Dengan menerapkan digital banking, bank berharap bahwa ia dapat diandalkan dan memiliki daya tanggap yang tertinggi terhadap kebutuhan nasabah. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah diuji dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif penggunaan Digital Banking di BTN Syariah dengan kepuasan nasabah. Selama ini nasabah sudah merasa puas dan terbantu dengan adanya digital banking ini.

Abstract

The Alta Cake & Pastry as a business partner that introduces products to the market relies on manual product sales by word of mouth who place orders for their products, open a small shop that is integrated with the owner's house, and online marketing through social media. And Alta Cake & Pastry business can be categorized into Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to find out how marketing efforts can increase sales at the Alta Cake & Pastry business during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The research was conducted using a descriptive method, where data were obtained using an observational approach through direct interviews with the owner of the Alta Cake & Pastry shop. The results of the research from the Alta Cake & Pastry business use 4 (four) strategies, namely production strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy, and distribution strategy. With this KKNGTM activity, it is hoped that the Alta Cake & Pastry business can further develop the strategies that were previously used.

Abstract

The pandemic covid19 has caused MSME in Indonesia to experience a decrease in profit levels and cannot use capacity to the fullest, so there is capacity that can still be utilized by receiving special orders.  Then this study aims to know how MSME apply the cost of goods manufacture by variabel costing method which can increase profits during the pandemi of Covid19 and how the MSME apply cost analysis by variabel costing in short term decision making. This research was conducted in Uniform Original Confection using quantitative data types which were then analyzed using descriptive methods.. Sample data collacted through interviews and observation regarding production data and cost incurred during the pandemi of Covid19 and when there of special orders. Sample data was determined using a purposive sampling technic and the samping technic used was a non probability sampling tehnic. The result of this studi this can be see through the total variabel production costs to produce 2.060 unit uniforms is Rp 65.685.160 then the variabel cost each unit is Rp 31.886, so MSME can do application and calculate cost of goods manucfature by variabel costing method consitently because thia method can generate profit for MSME. And the resultf of cost analysis by variabel costing method in short-term decision making, the company can receive the special order because with the special order the net profit obtained has increased by Rp 2.489.900.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the audit committee and operating cash flow on earnings persistence in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods where the results of data research are in the form of exposure to statistical results processed using E-views version 12 software. The study used secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of banking companies for the 2018-2021 period. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and there were 29 banking companies with a period of four years. Based on the analysis that has been carried out in this study, the results show that the variable effect of the effectiveness of the audit committee and operating cash flow has no effect on earnings persistence. And simultaneously the variable effectiveness of the audit committee and operating cash flow has no effect on earnings persistence.

Abstract

The implementation of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 entails the provision of safe, affordable, and high-quality clean water access. The primary objective of this goal is to ensure universal access to clean water and adequate sanitation for all individuals by 2030. This research conducted a qualitative methodology using triangulation data collection techniques, which covered interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and Desk Reviews of documentation from 10 KPSPAMS Associations throughout Indonesia regarding their implementation of effective organizational culture practices on Rural Water Services in Indonesia. The findings of this research indicate that organizational culture practices are generally functioning effectively. However, regarding management principles, several aspects need to be enhanced to facilitate local government involvement in establishing optimal support for community access to clean water.

Abstract

In research entitled the influence of the work environment and work stress on job satisfaction at the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School, with a sample size of 52 respondents. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees and processed using a computer application. This research was carried out at the Bogor Dhuafa Wallet Integrated Health Hospital. Environmental variables (X1) and work stress (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) were processed using regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the work environment variable (X1) and the work stress variable (X2) have an effect on job satisfaction (Y) and motivation and the work environment have a joint effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Access to clean water is the foundation of sustainable development and human rights, but its sustainability in rural areas such as South Central Timor (TTS) district faces complex multidimensional challenges. The main problem lies not in infrastructure development alone, but in the weakness of sustainable post-construction support systems. An in-depth political economy analysis shows that these challenges are rooted in chronic local government fiscal constraints, ambiguity in the institutional role between agencies, ceremonial cross-sector coordination, and local political dynamics that often sacrifice the stability of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Supply System Management Group (KPSPAM). The Community Service Program (PKM) is designed as a strategic meeting room to address the root of these governance problems through a participatory and collaborative approach. The method of implementing this program includes a series of structured activities: (1) FGD on participatory problem mapping to build mutual understanding; (2) A continuous mentoring survey for KPSPAM with a focus on managerial, financial, technical, and advocacy aspects to formulate institutional solutions. The results achieved from this program are increased stakeholder awareness of the importance of a paradigm shift from a "project" to a "sustainable service" approach, a significant strengthening of KPSPAM's capacity, and the preparation of a draft Joint Action Plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-construction support. This program recommends that local governments immediately formalize coordination mechanisms, issue regulations that support the allocation of Village Funds for clean water maintenance, and institutionalize KPSPAM's capacity building program on a sustainable basis to ensure the future of clean water services at TTS.

Abstract

Pendidikan di universitas bukan hanya ditentukan oleh individual seorang mahasiswa tapi ada faktor lain salah satunya yaitu pengaruh kepribadian dari seorang dosen. Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk mengetahui apakah secara simultan terdapat Hubungan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja Dosen (X2) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) di Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik Sensus. Dimana setiap anggota populasi mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel.Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi parsial variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) diperoleh nilai positif sebesar 0,738 dan Hubungannya kuat. Hal ini perlu dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung sebesar = 3,211 > t0,05 (24) = 1,711, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti mempunyai cukup bukti bahwa antara variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dengan variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) ada Hubungan cukup signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja Dosen (X2) dengan variabel dependen Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) diperoleh nilai positif sebesar 0,903 dan Hubungannya sangat kuat. Hal ini perlu dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung = 7,694 > t0,05 (24) = 1,711,, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti mempunyai bukti, bahwa antara variabel Disiplin Kerja Dosen (X2) dengan variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) ada Hubungan yang nyata atau signifikan. Sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan antara vaiabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja Dosen (X2) dengan variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) diperoleh nilai positif, atau hasil analisa Model Summary menghasilkan nilai R sebesar 0,934 sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,873 atau 87,3% hal dibuktikan dengan uji Fhitung diperoleh nilai sebesar 78,753 dimana lebih besar dari Ftabel (25) sebesar 2,980 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja Dosen (X2) secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang sifnifikan dengan variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) di Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.
