Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki waktu perlakuan alkali terhadap pengaruh peningkatan kekuatan bending komposit berpenguat serat rami bermatrix poliester. Mekanisme perpatahan diamati dengan photo makro.              Bahan utama penelitian adalah serat rami, resin unsaturated polyester 157 BQTN. Hardener yang digunakan adalah MEKPO dengan konsentrasi 1%. Komposit dibuat dengan metode cetak tekan (press mold). Komposit terdiri dari serat rami acak. Fraksi volume serat komposit adalah 40%. Perlakuan alkali (NaOH) 5% dengan variasi lama perendaman 2, 4, 6, 8 jam. Spesimen dan prosedur pengujian bending mengacu pada standart ASTM D 790. Penampang patahan dilakukan foto makro untuk mengidentifikasi pola kegagalannya.                Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan waktu perlakuan alkali (NaOH) 5% menurunkan kekuatan bending secara signifikan pada komposit. Mekanisme patahan terjadi patah getas akibat kekuatan bending, diawali oleh tahapan pola kegagalan tarik  pada komposit sisi bawah dan kegagalan tekan  pada komposit sisi atas, kegagalan fiber pull out.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki pengaruh variasi sulfur 25 dan 30 phr (per hundred rubber) komposit berpenguat serat kenaf dan peningkatan kekuatan tarik, bermatrix hard natural rubber (Ebonite).              Bahan utama penelitian adalah compount natural rubber/ebonite, serta kenaf acak. Komposit dibuat dengan metode cetak tekan panas (Hot Press Mold). Komposit tersusun terdiri dari serat kenaf dengan ebonite. Fraksi berat serat kenaf 8%. Spesimen dan prosedur pengujian tarik mengacu pada standar ASTM D 638-02.              Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh variasi sulfur 25 dan 30 phr terhadap kekuatan tarik pada komposit berpenguat serat kenaf meningkat. Kekuatan tarik komposit berpenguat serat kenaf sebesar 12 dan 29 Mpa. Kekuatan tarik memiliki harga yang paling optimum pada komposit berpenguat serat kenaf dengan variasi sulfur 30 phr.

Abstract

Choking is a very serious incident that threatens life. More than 50 children die each year from choking on foreign objects or food. The mothers showed a negative attitude towards the action in preventing choking which is about 60%. Provide health education on the prevention of choking in children is expected to change ones attitude. The purpose of this study was to prove whether there are differences in attitudes before and after health education with extension methods to change the attitude of mothers to prevent choking in children in the Pos Paud Kuncup Ceria. The method used is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. Population in research in was all mothers whose children attend early childhood Pos Paud Kuncup Ceria totaling 25 people. The sample in this study are all mothers whose children attend early childhood Pos Paud Kuncup Ceria. The sampling technique is a type of non-probability sampling total sampling as many as 25 respondents. Data taken using a quetionaire. Having collected the data analysis with frequency distribution. The result shows no difference in the attitude of the mother before and after health education to prevent choking in children with an average of 44.48 before health education be given 51.08 after health education . Based on the above results are expected to further improve the health personnel, guidance and counseling to improve the mothers attitude that the way to prevent choking in children can be overcome in accordance with what has been described and is able to perform these actions independently.Keywords: Health Education, Attitude, Choking

Abstract

When the child enters play group, the child needs to introduce urine eliminations. Due to when the child is entered preschool, they will be loose from their parents to do anything such as including urine elimination. But this time, the children don’t have self government to do urine elimination. The puspose of this research measured self government image to urine elimination of children in play group. The metodh of this research was descriptive and the sample was children in play group who were aged 3-4 years old. They were choosen by inclution criteria, with total sampling is 15 respondents. For research survey was known self government image of children in play group got 9 respondents (60%) who were hanged easily for urine elimination by themselves. Many factors as sign or desire of the children who do expression to feel their urine elimination and learn toilet training less, because mother’s age is younger. So, their mother understand to give their children about toilet training. The mother’s job is a house wife and they are less disvantage their time in home for learn their children in deep toilet training before they reach urine elimination by themselves. Health educator and the others should give information to their family and the others who have children for learn about urine elimination. Whereas many mothers have much time for to do it, they can give toilet training for their children until their children have self government of urine elimination. Abstract

Rheumatism are often seen in the elderly is rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by inflammation of the common symptoms of pain. Non-pharmacologic treatment that can be used to cope with the pain are Benson relaxation and warm compress. This research aims to prove the different effect of Benson relaxation and warm compress to change the intensity of joint pain in older adults with rheumatoid arthritis in UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto. In this research design used is Quasy experiment with the approach pre-test post-test control group design. Sample of 18 people were taken by simple random sampling. 9 people from experimental group was given Benson relaxation and 9 people from control group was given warm compress. Collecting data using a pain scale Bourbonais. Paired T-Test shows that p (0.009) < α (0.05), so Ho is rejected it means there are significant Benson relaxation to change the intensity of joint pain in older adults with rheumatoid arthritis. To test the Independent Sample T-Test shows that p (0.176) > α (0.05), so that Ho is accepted it means the average change in pain intensity in experiment group with the control group was significantly the same. In most of the elderly, pain is an problem that will affect the activities of daily activities and quality of life. Chronic pain management often require psychological interventions for elderly. Benson relaxation techniques are passive relaxation techniques is’nt using muscle tension so it is appropriate to relieve pain, because when the muscle tension will increases pain.Keywords: Benson relaxation, Warm compress, joint pain intensity, elderly

Abstract

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease most commonly found during infancy and childhood. This disease is very complex and has a variety of clinical manifestations. Its management depends not only on the medication, but also on skin care and avoidance of trigger factors. This study aimed to obtain the profile of atopic dermatitis at the Dermatovenerology Clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado period January 2010 to December 2012. This was a retrospective study using medical records of new registered patients at the Dermatovenerology clinic. New cases were grouped according to sex, age, occupation, treatment, and coinfection diseases. The results showed that there were 461 (16.26%) new cases of AD out of 2,835 cases, consisted of 289 (62.69%) females and 172 (37.31%) males with a ratio of 1.7:1. The most frequent age group was >12 years old (58.35%); they were commonly students (43.38%). The most frequent treatment was a combination of oral antihistamin and topical corticosteroid (49.67%). No coinfection was recorded among 332 cases (72.02%). Conclusion: Most of the atopic dermatitis cases at the Dermatovenerology Clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado for the last 3 years were females, age group >12 years old, and as students. Combination of oral antihistamin and topical corticosteroid was the most common treatment. Almost all cases had no coinfection.Keywords: atopic dermatitis, profileAbstrak: Dermatitis atopik (DA) merupakan penyakit peradangan kulit kronis dan residif yang sering terjadi pada masa bayi dan kanak-kanak. Penyakit ini sangat kompleks dengan gambaran klinis bervariasi. Penatalaksanaannya tidak hanya bergantung pada pengobatan, namun juga perawatan kulit dan menghindari faktor pencetus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan profil DA di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado periode Januari 2010 - Desember 2012. Metode penelitian ini retrospektif dengan menggunakan catatan medik pasien baru di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin tersebut. Kasus baru dikelompokkan menurut jenis kelamin, usia, pekerjaan, pengobatan, dan penyakit penyerta. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan 461 (16,26%) kasus baru DA dari 2.835 kasus baru, terdiri dari 289 (62,69%) perempuan dan 172 (37,31%) laki-laki dengan rasio 1,7:1. Kelompok usia terbanyak ialah >12 tahun sebesar 269 (58,35%), terbanyak pada pelajar/mahasiswa yaitu 200 kasus (43,38%). Terapi tersering ialah kombinasi antihistamin oral dan kortikosteroid topikal sejumlah 229 kasus (49,67%). Sejumlah 332 (72,02%) kasus tidak disertai penyakit lain. Simpulan: Kasus dermatitis atopik di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado selama 3 tahun terakhir tersering pada perempuan, kelompok usia >12 tahun, dan pada pelajar/mahasiswa. Kombinasi anti histamin oral dan kortikosteroid topikal menjadi terapi yang tersering diberikan. Sebagian besar kasus tidak disertai penyakit lain.Kata kunci: dermatitis atopik, profil

Abstract

ABSTRAK Cabang olahraga bola basket merupakan cabang olahraga yang mendewakan statistik terbukti disetiap pertandingan basket selalu terdapat hasil statistik pertandingan dan pada laman web basket terdapat data statistik tiap tim bahkan tiap masing-masing individu. Statistik pertandingan sangat berperan penting sebagai acuan dan bahan evaluasi sehingga pelatih dapat menentukan taktik permainan yang lebih efisien kedepannya. Untuk meraih kemenangan diperlukannya bermain secara effisien dengan penguasaan teknik bola basket yang bagus, komponen yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu field goal, free throw, turnover, assist, steal, blocked shoot, personal fouls, dan foul drawn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hasil rumusan masalah yang dicari peneliti, yaitu bagaimana kemampuan teknik bermain tim Jawa Timur Kriteria Umur 14 dalam Kejuaraan Nasional 2017 di Jakarta berdasarkan data statistik. proses pengambilan data dengan cara mengambil data sekunder, berupa data statistik pertandingan bola basket. Dari data yang telah diuraikan pada total 6 kali pertandingan pada ajang Kejuaraan Nasional 2017 diperoleh hasil tim Jawa Timur bermain dengan field goal tertinggi digame ke-22 dengan 24,81% dan terendah digame ke-13 dan 17 dengan 12,40% dari total keseluruhan yang berhasil, free throw tertinggi digame ke-7 dengan 31,91% dan terendah digame ke-22 dan 32 dengan 8,51%, offensive rebound terbaik digame ke-32 dengan 26,03% dan terendah digame ke-22 dengan 10,96%, deffensive rebound tertinggi digame ke-7 dengan 19,75% dan terendah digame ke-22 dengan 12,96%, assist tertinggi digame ke-26,39% dan terendah digame ke-8,33%, turnover tertinggi digame ke-17 dengan 24,09% dan terendah digame ke-22 dengan 7,30%, steal terbanyak digame ke-29 dengan 23,91% dan terendah digame ke-13 dengan 9,78%, blocked shoot tertinggi digame ke-29 dengan 22,22% dan terendah digame ke-7 dan 17 dengan 11,11%, personal fouls terendah digame ke-22 dengan 7,21% dan tertinggi digame ke-7 dengan 23,42%, foul drawn tertinggi digame ke-7 dengan 28,57% dan terendah digame ke-22 dengan 5,49%, dan dari keseluruhan game tim Jawa Timur bemain paling effiesien pada game ke-22 dengan 36,19% dan terendah digame ke-13 dengan 6,34%. ABSTRACT Basketball is a sport that mends the proven statistics in every basketball game there are always match statistics and on basketball web pages there are statistical data of each team even each individual. Game statistics play an important role as reference and evaluation materials so the coach can determine the game tactics more efficiently going forward. To achieve the victory needed to play efficiently with the mastery of a good basketball technique, the components that need to be considered are field goals, free throw, turnover, assist, steal, blocked shoot, personal fouls, and foul drawn. This study aims to find out the formulation of the problem sought by the researcher, that is how the ability of East Java teams Criterion Age 14 techniques in the 2017 National Championships in Jakarta based on statistical data. the process of taking data by taking secondary data, in the form of statistical data basketball game. From the data that has been described in a total of 6 matches at the 2017 National Championship event, East Java team results obtained by playing with the highest field goal of 22nd digested with 24.81% and the lowest being 13th and 17th with 12.40% of the total which succeeded, the highest throw 7th free throw with 31.91% and the 22nd and 32nd lowest with 8.51%, the best offensive rebound to 32nd with 26.03% and the 22nd lowest digom with 10, 96%, deffensive highest rebound was 7th with 19.75% and lowest was 22th with 12.96%, highest asset was 26.39% and lowest was 8.33%, highest turnover digame to -17 with 24.09% and the lowest was 22th with 7.30%, the 29th highest stained with 23.91% and the 13th lowest by 9.78%, the 29th highest blocked shoot in the 29th 22.22% and the lowest was 7th and 17th with 11.11%, the lowest personal fouls were 22nd with 7.21% and 7th highest by 23.42%, foul drawn tertin ggi was 7 games with 28.57% and the lowest was 22nd with 5.49%, and from the overall East Java team game played the most effiesien in the 22nd game with 36.19% and the lowest was 13th with 6 , 34%. Abstract

Olahraga merupakan kegiatan yang di lakukan secara sengaja dan sistematis, yang di dalamnya terdapat pembinaan menurut cabang olahraga dan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan prestasi tertentu. Bolabasket merupakan salah satu permainan bola besar yang dimainkan oleh 2 tim yang masing-masing terdiri dari 5 pemain dalam setiap tim. Tujuan dari permainan bolabasket adalah untuk mencetak poin (skor) dengan cara memasukkan bola ke dalam keranjang lawan. Teknik dasar merupakan hal yangharus diperkenalkan terlebih dahulu kepada pemula dan harus dikuasai dengan baik. Dengan penguasaan teknik dasar yang baik akan mempermudah untuk menguasai teknik-teknik yang lainnya. Ada beberapa teknik dasar yang harus di kuasai oleh pemain.Teknik dribble, passing dan shooting merupakan suatu teknik yang umum di jumpai dalam sebuah permaian bolabasket. Ketiga unsur ini merupakan komponen yang penting sehingga harus di kuasai dengan baik oleh setiap pemain agar kebutuhan tim dapat terpenuhi. Bola basket merupakan permainan yang di lakukan secara berkelompok, selain teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu, kerjasama antar pemain dalam tim sangat di butuhkan. Kemampuan dalam bermain bola basket yang dimiliki akan mempengaruhi tingkat prsetasi yang dicapai. Dilihat dari tingkat pencapaian prestasi yang telah diperoleh,atlet CLS KU- 16 tahun memiliki prestasi yang baik. Dengan banyaknya prestasi yang telah dimiliki, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik dasar yang telah dikuasai oleh atlet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik dasae dribble, passing, dan shooting pada atlet CLS KU ? 16 tahun. Jenis penelitian yang diambil adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode deskriptif.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan pengukuran. Tes yang dilakukan meliputi tes dribble, passing, shooting. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan di CLS dengan populasi seluruh atltet CLS KU ? 16 tahu yang berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakasanakan menunjukan rata - rata kempuan dribble yang dimiliki adalah 11,10 detik dengan waktu tercepat 9,32 detik dan terendah 13,50 detik. Rata-rata kemampuan passing yang dimiliki adalah 20 poin dengan skor tertinggi 24 poin dan terendah 18 poin. Rata-rata kemampuan shooting yang dimiliki adalah 3 poin, dengan skor tertinggi 6 poin dan terendah 1 poin. Kata kunci :Bolabasket, Dribble, Passing, Shooting. Exercise is a deliberate and systematic activity, in which there is coaching according to the sport and aims to gain certain achievements. Basketball is one big ball game played by 2 teams each consisting of 5 players in each team. The purpose of the basketball game is to score points (scores) by inserting the ball into the opponents basket. Basic techniques are things that should be introduced first to beginners and should be mastered properly. With the mastery of good basic techniques will make it easier to master other techniques. There are some basic techniques that must be mastered by players. Dribble, passing and shooting techniques are common techniques encountered in a basketball game. These three elements are important components that must be well controlled by every player so that the needs of the team can be fulfilled. Basketball is a game that is done in groups, in addition to the basic techniques that are owned by each individual, cooperation between players in the team is in need. The ability to play basketball owned will affect the level of achievement achieved. Judging from the level of achievement that has been obtained, athletes CLS KU-16 years have a good achievement. With the many achievements that have been owned, then this study aims to determine the basic engineering capabilities that have been mastered by athletes. The purpose of this research is to know the ability dasae dribble, passing, and shooting technique at athletes CLS KU - 16 years. The type of research taken is quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Data analysis techniques used are test and measurement techniques. The tests include dribble test, passing, shooting. The implementation of the study was carried out in the CLS with a population of all athletes CLS KU - 16 years old which amounted to 12 people. The results of research that has been performed shows that the average dribble is owned by 11.10 seconds with the fastest time of 9.32 seconds and the lowest 13.50 seconds. The average passing ability is 20 points with the highest score of 24 points and the lowest 18 points. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan fisik dan kemampuan teknik bermain bola basket pada tim atlet bolabasket putra kelompok umur 10 tahun di club Western Basketball Surabaya ( WBS ). Subjek data penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota tim putra WBS ( Western Basketball School ) kelompok umur 10 tahun yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes passing, dribble, shooting, lari 1600 meter, push up, sit and reach, lari bolak-balik, dan stork stand. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis pendekatan statistik deskriptif . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa tes passing termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 17 kali. Dribble termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 8,96 detik. Shooting termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 13 kali. Daya tahan termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 8,7 detik. Kekuatan termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 17 kali. Kelentukan termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 12,53 inch. Kelincahan termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 12,71 detik. Keseimbangan termasuk kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 1,67 detik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dan kemampuan fisik tim atlet bolabasket putra di club Western Basketball Surabaya (WBS) tergolong cukup untuk ukuran anak umur 10 tahun. Sehingga disarankan agar kemampuan tersebut terus dikembangkan agar tercapai prestasi yang maksimal. Kata kunci : Profil, Kemampuan Fisik, Kemampuan Teknik, Bolabasket ABSTRACK This research is conducted to acknowledge the profile of ten-year-old-group male basketball players of Western Basketball Surabaya based on the physical and technical skill. The subject of the research is the male team of Western Basketball School including 15 players who are 10 years old. The instruments applied are passing test, dribble, shooting, 1600 meters run, push up, sit and reach, shuttle run, and stork stand. The data is analyzed using statistic descriptive approach. The result acquires that the passing test reaches average 17 times and it is categorized fair. Dribble is categorized fair with the average 8,96 seconds. Shooting reaches average 13 times and categorized fair. Endurance is categorized fair with the average 17 times. Flexibility reaches the average 12,53 inch and it is categorized fair. Agility reaches the average 12,71 seconds and it is categorized fair. While the balancy is fair with the average 1,67 seconds. It can be concluded that the technique and physical skill of the ten-year-old male team of Western Basketball School is categorized fair. Abstract

Dalam suatu pertandingan olahraga, statistik merupakan bagian yang penting. Statistik pertandingan mempunyai peranan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas tim secara maksimal, dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kelemahan dan kelebihan calon lawan, dan sebagai alat untuk menyusun strategi yang efektif untuk menghadapi calon lawan. Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) adalah kompetisi bolabasket professional yang dinaungi PERBASI dan telah menggunakan statistik pertandingan disetiap pertandingannya. Setiap tim peserta IBL pasti memiliki tingkat efektivitas permainan yang berbeda-beda disetiap pertandingan, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas permainan tim semifinalist dan finalist IBL 2017/2018.Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengambil data sekunder berupa dokumen hasil statistik pertandingan semi final dan final Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) 2017/2018 yang di download dari website resmi IBL www.iblindonesia.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Pada pertandingan semifinal, tim yang unggul dan paling efektif dalam rata-rata komponen statistik per pertandingan adalah tim Satria Muda Pertamina yang unggul dalam field goal sebesar 42%, 2 point sebesar 47%, 3 point sebesar 29%, total rebound sebanyak 56 kali,dan assist sebanyak 23,66 kali. Urutan kedua adalah tim adalah tim Hangtuah Sumsel yang unggul dalam rata-rata komponen statistik pertandingan free throw sebesar 63%, steal sebanyak 7,66 kali, dan paling sedikit dalam komponen statistik turn over sebanyak 8,66 kali dan fouls sebanyak 17,66 kali. Urutan ketiga adalah tim Pelita Jaya yang unggul dalam rata-rata komponen statistik pertandingan free throw sebesar 63%, dan block sebanyak 4,33 kali. Urutan keempat adalah tim Stapac Jakarta yang unggul dalam rata-rata komponen statistik pertandingan steal sebanyak 7,66 kali. 2). Pada pertandingan final, Tim Satria Muda unggul dalam rata-rata komponen statistik pertandingan field goal sebesar 39%, 2 point sebesar 43%, 3 point sebesar 22%, free throw sebesar 64%, assist sebanyak 19 kali, dan lebih sedikit dalam fouls sebanyak 18,33 kali. Sedangkan tim Pelita Jaya unggul dalam rata-rata komponen statistik pertandingan total rebound sebanyak 45,66 kali, steal sebanyak 9,33 kali, blocks sebanyak 3,66 kali, dan lebih sedikit melakukan turn over sebanyak 11,33 kali.
