Abstract

ABSTRAKMetode pembelajaran atau latihan yang saat ini digunakan untuk melatih atlit oleh raga dalam hal ini olah raga bola basket dirasakan kurang efektif, sehingga butuh terobosan baru metode pembelajaran atau latihan dalam bentuk animasi 3D, sehingga para calon atlit atau anak didik lebih mudah dalam mempelajari pelajaran yang di berikan.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam model research and development (R&D). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan produk yang dikembangkan berupa pembelajaran audio visual berbentuk video animasi model latihan passing bola basket melalui media tiga dimensi (3D). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu wawancara, angket dan observasi. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 36 siswa dari SMAN 11 Surabaraya.Setelah dilakukannya penelitian di lapangan menujukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap media tiga dimensi pembelajaran passing bola basket menunjukkan sebanyak 25 siswa memiliki persepsi yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Pada kategori tersebut siswa memiliki rentang skor pengisian angket sebesar 81-100. Sebanyak 11 siswa memiliki persepsi yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Pada kategori tersebut siswa memiliki rentang skor pengisian angket sebesar 61-80.Dari fakta yang telah ditemukan tersebut maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran yang diberikan menunjukkan perubahan positif yang signifikan berupa memudahkan siswa dalam memahami teknik passing bola basket.Kata Kunci : Media tiga dimensi, Model latihan passing bola basket, pengembangan.ABSTRACT Learning or training methods currently used to train athletes in sports, in this case basketball sports are felt to be less effective, so new breakthroughs are needed in learning methods or exercises in the form of 3D animation, so that prospective athletes or students find it easier to learn lessons that are given. Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to examine the Legal Problems of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card Usage with National Payment Gateway (GPN) Logo. The research method used is normative legal research with the nature of prescriptive research. The research approach is the statute approach and conceptual approach. The type of research data used is secondary data. The research data collection technique used is library research with deduction data analysis techniques.The results showed that the National Payment Gateway (GPN) which is a new product in Indonesian banking has several legal problems, that is creating potential fraud in the Automated Teller Machines (ATM) card with National Payment Gateway (GPN) logo and weak legal protection for customers in terms and conditions for making Automated Teller Machines (ATM) card with National Payment Gateway (GPN) logo. besides that the security system used in this interconnection card is unclear, and the potential for trade war.Keyword: Legal Problems; Automated Teller Machines (ATM) card; National Payment Gateway (GPN)AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang problematika hukum penggunaan Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) berlogo Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan sifat penelitian preskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach). Jenis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan sumber data penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis data deduksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN) yang merupakan produk baru di perbankan Indonesia mempunyai beberapa problematika hukum, yaitu menciptakan potensi fraud dalam transaksi kartu Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) berlogo Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN) dan lemahnya perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah dalam syarat dan ketentuan pembuatan kartu kartu Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) berlogo Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN), selain itu sistem keamanan yang digunakan dalam kartu interkoneksi ini belum jelas, dan yang adanya potensi perang dagang.Kata Kunci: Problematika Hukum; Kartu Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM); Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode dan jenis latihan fisik pada peningkatan power otot tungkai. Metode eksperimental digunakan dalam penelitian ini, 48 siswa laki-laki berusia 18-20 tahun dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, yang masing-masing memiliki 12 sampel dengan rincian kelompok squat thrust dengan rasio 1:2, kelompok squat thrust dengan rasio 1:3, kelompok jump rope dengan rasio 1:2 dan kelompok jump rope dengan rasio 1:3. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Sport Science Fitness Center (SSFC), Universitas Negeri Surabaya selama 8 minggu. Tes daya dilakukan pada awal dan akhir menggunakan Force plate / Accu Power Version 1.3. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik ANOVA, nilai Fhitung = 168,208 dan nilai probabilitas P<0,05, yang berarti bahwa ada perubahan hasil perlakuan antar kelompok, perbedaan rata-rata antara metode pelatihan interval adalah 22,33 watt dimana nilai perubahan terbesar dalam metode latihan interval adalah 1:3 sedangkan jenis pelatihan ada perbedaan 28,58 watt di mana jenis pelatihan lompat tali jump rope lebih signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah latihan menggunakan metode rasio interval 1:3 dengan jenis latihan jump rope memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perubahan power otot tungkai atlet.

Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penerapan blended learning berbasis schoology berdasarkan kualitas model dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa-atlet dalam kegiatan diseminasi produk penelitian dan pengembangan. Empat universitas bersedia menjadi tempat diseminasi dengan jumlah mahasiswa-atlet yang terlibat sebanyak 59 orang (39 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan). Kualitas model diukur menggunakan angket untuk mengungkap utility, feasibility, accuracy, dan propriety. Sedangkan motivasi diukur menggunakan angket untuk mengungkap motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Content validity ratio (CVR) dan persentase digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas model. Data motivasi dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif statistik, t-test, dan One-Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syarat validitas pengukuran kualitas model berdasarkan utility, feasibility, accuracy, dan propriety telah terpenuhi dengan nilai rata-rata indeks CVR sebesar 0.98 dan nilai kualitas sebesar 92% (baik sekali). Motivasi intrinsik masuk dalam kategori baik (47.3), ekstrinsik masuk dalam kategori baik (67.1), dan motivasi total masuk dalam kategori baik (114.4). Motivasi mahasiswa-atlet ditinjau dari daerah (F(3, 55)= 0.451, p= 0.718), gender (t(57)= 0.714, p= 0.478), dan jenis cabang olahraga (t(57)= 0.531, p= 0.597) dinyatakan sama. Artinya, model blended learning berbasis schoology dapat memelihara motivational climate untuk mahasiswa-atlet dalam berbagai kondisi dan jenis latar belakang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of imagery and concentration training on puncture accuracy in fencing. It was a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest control group design, involving 15 members of fencing extracurricular club in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Respondents were then divided into three groups which consisted of 5 people each, which were control group (C), imagery-training group (IM),and concentration-training group (CT). Respondents in IM and CT were assigned to respected training that was conducted for six weeks, and puncture accuracy was measured using kuhadja or fencing skill test before and after 6-weeks of training. The puncture accuracy score was then statistically analyzed using paired t-test and one-way Anova at confidence level set as 95%. Paired t-test analysis found that the mean puncture accuracy score in treatment groups (IM and CT) were higher than the control group, with significance value were 0.013 and 0.000, respectively. Further analysis using Anova test showed that the type of training significantly gave different effect on the pucture accuracy (p <0.05). From these results we can conclude that the imagery and concentration training are proven to be effective in improving student's ability to perform accurate and precise punctures in fencing.

Abstract

Speed and agility are two important components in sports. Both are commonly used to indicate an athlete's physical fitness in training. Therefore, special training is needed to improve speed and agility. Exercise is an activity that is carried out repeatedly to achieve better physical, mental, and psychological enhancement. The type of exercise used varies for each physical condition that needs to be improved. This study examined the use of 40-yard sprint and A-movement exercise to improve speed and agility. The research design is a quasi- experimental study with participants consist of 30 male students of SMAN 1 Banyuwangi, aged 16-18 years old, who are members of futsal extracurricular club. The training program was conducted for 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 meetings every Sunday. The obtained results of statistical calculations were normal and homogeneous data. Calculation of the effect test with α = 5% obtained significance values of 0.00 for speed and 0.004 for agility. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the 40-yard sprint and A-movement exercise combined are effective to improve speed and agility. Further research is suggested to find out which type of exercise is better at increasing speed and agility.

Abstract

Physical condition is needed to improve physical ability to perform certain tasks, without fatigue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the anthropometry and physical condition of floorball athletes in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 20 males floorball athletes in the city of Surabaya. The variables analyzed in this study are anthropometry and physical conditions which include agility, speed, endurance and power. The results showed that the average weight of the athletes was 59.35 ± 12.04 kg. The average height of the athletes was 1.69 ± 0.06 m, the average BMI of the athletes was 20.74 ± 3.99. The results of physical condition analysis showed that majority of athletes had agility and speed in the less category, which were 65% and 55% respectively. In term of endurance and power, it was found that 55% of endurance and power level of floorball athletes fell into sufficient category. Thus, the results of the research on floorball athletes in the city of Surabaya should be of special concern to coaches to improve the physical condition of athletes by providing structured and appropriate training programs in order to obtain better results.
