Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik pada materi pengumpulan dan penyajian data. Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis belum tercapai sesuai dengan harapan, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan dan perbedaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas yang diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan kelas yang menggunakan model konvensional dan memiliki efek yang besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh uji-t pada nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, sehingga dikatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan memiliki efek yang besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang dibuktikan oleh uji effect size sebesar 0,915 dengan interpretasi dalam kategori besar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the SAUD model (Start, Action, Utilization, Destination) assisted by fishbone diagram media in improving the mastery of language rules in expository text writing among Phase E students at SMA Pasundan 7 Bandung. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The sample consisted of Phase E students at SMA Pasundan 7 Bandung. Data collection techniques included the N-Gain test to measure the effectiveness of the model and media. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the use of the SAUD model assisted by fishbone diagram media is effective in enhancing students’ mastery of language rules in expository writing. This is supported by the N-Gain test results, which showed a score of 72.8910 or 72%, categorized as moderately effective, with an N-Gain range between 1% and 100%. The minimum pretest score was 26 and the maximum was 86, while the posttest scores ranged from 73 to 100.

Abstract

This community engagement program (PKM) is designed to support "Guru Penggerak" in Bandung in creating interactive multimedia-based learning materials through the use of the Articulate Storyline 3 application. The implementation of interactive multimedia learning media is anticipated to enhance both the effectiveness of teaching and student participation. The program is carried out in several phases, including introductory training, practical workshops, technical guidance, and result evaluation. Findings from this initiative indicate an improvement in the teachers’ ability to utilize Articulate Storyline 3 to produce more engaging and interactive instructional content. Furthermore, the program contributes to strengthening teachers’ skills in integrating educational technology in accordance with the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

This study purpose to description results of illocutionary speech acts from film “Keluarga Cemara” (2019) Yandy Laurens and position in curriculum 2013. This research was conducted on the basis of a lack of understanding when listening to information, so that misunderstandings often occur. This is accompanied by the opinion of Tarigan (2021, p. 109) who says that the influencing factor of listening is the experience factor. Background experience is an important factor in listening activities. A lot of vocabulary understanding when listening also affects listening skills. Therefore, research on illocutionary speech acts was carried out in the film “Keluarga Cemara”. This study illocutionary speech acts refer by theory Searle (1969). This research is research qualitative. Method this research use method observe and method note. Data source this research use primer data source, the data is film “Keluarga Cemara” (2019) by Yandy Laurens. The results of this study are: first, the resuts of analysis illocutionary speech acts film “Keluarga Cemara” (2019) by Yandy laurens to found out 95 data of illocutionary speech acts. The data to found out by researcher is 40 data of illocutionary assertive, 32 data of illocutionary directive, 17 data of illocutionary expressiveness and 6 data of illocutionary commissiveness. Second, the results analysis illocutionary speech acts film “Keluarga Cemara” (2019) can used as teaching materials or media learning for Indonesian language subject at the junior high school. The subject matter is review text and can found in KD 4.11. KD (Basic Kompetencies) is found at Junior High School and the level subject matter in class VIII.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) cultural elements in Bakhsan Parinduri’s Mangirurut novel; and (2) suitability of the analysis results as an alternative teaching material for high school students. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The approach use is the literary anthropology. The data source in this research is the novel Mangirurut by Bakhsan Parinduri. The results of the analysis show that (1) Bakhsan Parinduri’s Mangirurut novel contains cultural elements including: languange (bahasa bulung-bulung, surat tulak, and markusip); knowledge systems (how to work together, layout of dishes, how to eat, politeness, ways of survival, and education to children), kinship systems (dalihan na tolu, clan, and markobar); technology systems and living equipment (transportation, weapons, containers, and productive tools); livelihood systems (agriculture, hunting, plantations, and manyaraya); religious systems (religious activities); and the arts (musical instruments, gordang sambilan, margondang, and manortor); (2) utilization of the analysis results as an alternative learning material for students can be applied in learning novel texts for 11th grade in high school, namely in basic competency 3.7 with contextual learning methods.

Abstract

In order to achieve a learning process, educators are required to have a creative spirit in planning and implementing the learning. Therefore, one thing that educators need to do is to choose the right, creative, and innovative method. By choosing the right method, educators can achieve success in conveying material to students. In this study, the authors chose a quantitative method for the topic of the suggestopedia learning method assisted by powtoon media to help expedite the learning process. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the suggestopedia method assisted by powtoon media is effective in learning to write review texts, this method can also improve student learning outcomes. The average pretest score in the experimental class was 31.30 and it increased in the posttest to 84.57. Whereas in the control class, the average score in the pretest activity was 28.04 and experienced an increase in the posttest activity to 55.43. But the average of the experimental class is greater than the average of the control class. Based on the output obtained from the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.005. This shows that the average increase of the experimental class is much higher than that of the control class.

Abstract

Educational transformation in the digital era requires teachers to master technological skills, particularly in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and interactive multimedia. Teachers are not only knowledge transmitters but also facilitators of learning who can provide innovative and adaptive learning experiences. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out with the aim of enhancing teachers’ competencies in Bandung City in using the H5P and Edpuzzle platforms integrated with the Deep Learning approach. The methods applied included needs analysis, training, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. A total of 30 junior high school teachers actively participated in this program over six months. The results showed that 85% of teachers were able to integrate AI into lesson planning, 78% successfully produced innovative learning media using H5P and Edpuzzle, and 72% demonstrated improved reflective abilities in implementing the Deep Learning Approach. This mentoring contributed to increased student participation, strengthened critical thinking skills, and improved learning motivation. These outcomes indicate that the integration of AI and interactive multimedia can serve as an effective strategy in realizing 21st-century learning that is collaborative, creative, and student-centered.

Abstract

Kesusahan membaca pada anak class 1 ialah sesebuah tantangan umum yang perlu diperhatikan dengan serius supaya tidak menghambat perkembangan belajar mereka. Salah satu problem utamanya ialah kurangnya pengenalan huruf serta bunyi (fonem). Banyak anak di usia ini masih kesusahan membedakan bentuk huruf, baik huruf kapital ataupun huruf kecil, serta yang lebih krusialnya, mereka belum mampu menghubungkan masing-masing huruf dengan bunyi yang tepat. Tujuan dari research yang dilakukan ialah memperbaiki serta menaikkan mutu atau kualitas membaca murid Sekolah Dasar class I, Akan tapi after asertaya fokus problem pada proses research ini, jadi tujuan research lebih terfokus untuk memberi pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait pengaruh methode SAS terhadap hasil belajar membaca pada murid Sekolah Dasar class I, sehingga bisa menaikkan kualitas belajar. Methode research, methode research yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif korelasional. Instrument untuk peneltian ini tes kecakapan membaca. Populasi yang writer ambil untuk research ini ialah murid class I di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 038 Kiaracondong Kota Bandung, bertotal 56 murid. Sample untuk research ini bertotal 28 murid I di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 038 Kiaracondong Kota Bandung. Teknik sampling yang dipakai untuk peneitian ini ialah dengan mejadii teknik random sampling ialah pengambilan anggota sample dari populasi yang dilakukan seteknik acak tanpa melihat strata yang ada untuk populasi itu. Didasarkan hasil perhitungan tampak bahwasanyasanya perbedaan avarage antara tes awal serta tes akhir terjadi seteknik substansial terhadap grup A (hasil belajar membaca mejadii methode koncensional) 9,15 sementara avarage grup B (hasil belajar membaca mejadii methode SAS) 13.79 terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar membaca pada murid class I di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 038 Kiaracondong Kota Bandung. Hasil perhitungan t analogi perbedaan dua hasil latihan 2,94 lebih tinggi dari ttable 2.03.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model integrated with Bing AI (Copilot) on students' argumentative paragraph writing skills and critical thinking abilities. The research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a pre-test and post-test control group design. The subjects consist of two classes: the experimental class and the control class, each comprising seven learning groups. The instruments used include writing skill tests, critical thinking tests, student response questionnaires, and observation sheets on learning activities. The results indicate that the post-test scores for both writing and critical thinking in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class. The independent sample t-test revealed statistically significant differences, with Sig. (2-tailed) values of 0.020 for writing and 0.000 for critical thinking. Furthermore, the questionnaire results show that students responded positively to the Copilot-based learning approach, with an average score of 75.00 and consistent score distribution. These findings suggest that the integration of AI technology within collaborative learning enhances 21st-century skills, particularly in constructing arguments and engaging in critical reasoning. It is concluded that the CIRC model supported by Copilot is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and provides a more structured, reflective, and meaningful learning experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe Paired Story Telling berbantuan aplikasi DORA dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group design yang dilakukan di SDN 042 Gambir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisisnya adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah peserta didik di kelas IVA sebagai kelas sebanyak 28 dan kelas IVB sebanyak 28.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang digunakan, ditemukan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe Paired Story Telling berbantuan aplikasi DORA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak, hal ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan modul ajar yang telah dipersiapkan. Penerapan model ini dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pendidik dari 79% menjadi 96% pada pertemuan 4, serta aktivitas peserta didik dari 78,4 menjadi 88,2. Selain itu, keterampilan menyimak peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan, di mana nilai rata-rata sebesar 31,79 meningkat menjadi 77,50. Berdasarkan hasil uji effect size menunjukkan nilai 1,131 yang berarti memiliki pengaruh besar. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menyimak peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Paired Story Telling berbantuan aplikasi DORA.
