Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia hosts a substantial number of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM), comprising around 99.99% (65.5 million units) of businesses in 2018, as stated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Despite their micro classification, these enterprises play a significant role, contributing about 89.2% to Indonesia's workforce and making vital economic contributions. However, 5.9% of businesses still feel the positive impacts of Covid-19. Among them, resilient businesses (5.9%) adapt by expanding marketing channels, with social media networks being a key strategy for digital marketing communication. To assess the impact of digital marketing and entrepreneurial skills on UMKM success in Bogor City, this study employed a quantitative approach. The questionnaire-based research involved 100 randomly selected participants from a population of 3,845 UMKM business players in Bogor City. Using PLS-SEM analysis, the research scrutinized the integrated framework required for this strategy. Notably, Bogor City, facing a 60% UMKM income decline during the pandemic, served as a focal point. The study utilizes SEM methodology within an explanatory research design to explore the dynamics of UMKM success in the face of contemporary challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze students' views on the potential of digital games as a learning medium and the opportunities to use them to build ecological awareness in support of sustainable development. This study used a quantitative approach involving 196 high school students in Palangka Raya City. The results of the study show that 51 percent of students are interested in game-based learning, 73.5 percent of students say that games can be used as a means of delivering material, 77.6 percent of students have learned using games both formally and informally, and 87.8 percent of students are willing to try educational games for learning in the future. The use of digital games as a learning medium for Pancasila and citizenship education can shape students' ecological awareness in the context of sustainable development. Obstacles to implementing digital games as a learning medium to shape ecological awareness include low levels of teachers' digital literacy, limited school infrastructure, and limited availability of environment-based educational games.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of beliefs about money, the social and media environment on financial management behavior among students of SMK Negeri 8 Palangka Raya. This study uses a quantitative associative approach with an exploratory design. Data were collected from 100 respondents using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that beliefs about money, the social and media environment both have a positive and significant influence on students' financial management behavior. Beliefs about money emerged as the most dominant factor influencing financial management, indicating that students with a positive perception of money—as a means to achieve goals rather than a status symbol—are better able to manage their personal finances effectively. Furthermore, the social and media environment were found to act as moderators, strengthening the relationship between beliefs about money and financial management behavior.
