Abstract

Abstack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to identify learning outcome IPS with the use of methods of Inquiry on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Mega Gulf of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 034 Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in the academic year 2015/2016 the number of students 20 people, consisting of 14 boys and 6 girls. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. On the observation of students' activity shows that in the first cycle of activities undertaken as many as 125 students and is still categorized Enough activity. This means that research should continue into the second cycle. In the second cycle the observation of student activity increased significantly, namely the results of 175 students who perform the activity. The ability of the students in learning social studies, the average student in the initial tests are categorized less with an average value of 65.75 and the first cycle increased to 73.75 by category, please, while the second cycle of the average value of the results of learning social studies increased significant is 81. classical mastery that achieved by students at the beginning of the test is only 30% or 6 students, and the first cycle classical completeness increased by 45% to 60% or 12 students, and at the time of the second cycle of classical completeness increase to 95% or 19 students. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research problem was the low students learning achievement in social subject. This study was aim to improve learning outcomes IPS Mechanical Engineering students of class X SMK 1 Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and one-time delivery of content meeting the daily tests. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument pengumupulan activity observation sheet data that teachers and students as well as achievement test. Based on the results, it was concluded that; 1) The application of the model type STAD cooperative learning can enhance the learning process. At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 87.50% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle with 95.83% peresentase very good category. While the activity of the first meeting I cycle students obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased again from previous meetings to 83.33% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle into 95.83% categorized very well and 2) Application of STAD type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes IPS X class 1 Mechanical Engineering SMK Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Of the basic score to UH I with an average of 60.75 into 70.00 an increase of 15.22%; from basic score to UH II with an average of 60.75 into 82.50 is also an increase of 35.8 %.Key Words: Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD, Students Learning Achievement2

Abstract

Abstrack: The learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) provides an opportunity for each student to demonstrate the participation of others, working alone and in collaboration with others, so expect the students to be more active in the learning process in the classroom The aim of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes IPS by applying cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) in class VA SD Negeri 011 XII Banjar Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The sample used is graders VA SD Negeri 011 XII Banjar Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir by the number of students 22 people, consisting of 9 male students and 13 female students. Data obtained by using observation and learning teshasil. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics: teacher and student activity analysis and analysis of achievement test. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fifth grade students on the material XII 011 Banjar Indonesian Independence Struggle preparing the 2015/2016 school year. From these results it is expected that the school, the principal should give attention to cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS), which is used by the teacher in the learning process for cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve learning outcomes. If the result of learning increases, the quality of schools also increased.Keywords: TPS Learning Method , Results Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teachers teaching skills and learning activities on student learning outcomes of entrepreneurship subjects in SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class X and XI TI and PS which amounted to 59 people, the sample was obtained by using simple random sampling method as much as 52 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is the skill of teaching the teacher does not have a significant effect on the student's learning result which is obtained tcount 0,091 <ttabel 2,009 and significant value 0,928> 0,05. Learning activities have a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes where obtained tcount 2,991> ttabel 2,009 and significant value 0,004 <0,05. In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between teacher's teaching skills and student learning activities with learning results fcount 11.086> ftabel 3.18 and significant value 0,000 <0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the skills of teaching teachers and learning activities have a significant effect on the students' learning outcomes of 27.1% of the learning outcomes and the rest of 72.9% influenced by other factors outside this study. Multiple regression equation obtained in this research is Y1 = 43,107 + 0,010 X1 + 0, 428 X2. This means that if the skills of teaching teachers (X1) and learning activities (X2) does not exist then the amount of learning outcomes (Y) of 43.107 and any increase in skills of teaching teachers will increase student learning outcomes by 0.010 and any increase in learning activities it will improve student learning outcomes of 0.428.Keywords: Teacher Teaching Skills, Learning Activity and Learning Outcomes

Abstract: This research is conducted in SMAN 1 Koto Kampar Hulu with the aim to explain (1) the direct influence of parents' income on learning motivation, (2) direct influence of the availability of learning facilitiesto learning motivation, (3) direct influence of learning motivation toward learning achievement, (4) ) The direct influence of the parents' income on the learning achievement, (5) the direct influence of the availability of learning facilities on the learning achievement. Data were collected by questionnaire from 70 students, the technique of data analysis was done by path analysis. Abstract

Abstrack: The cooperative is a business entity whose members are individuals or legal entity with the bases cooperative activities based on the principle of cooperation as well as peoples economic movement based on the principle of kinship. The purpose of cooperatives is to fight for the satisfaction of individual goals of its members. This research was conducted in the savings and loan cooperatives Bayduri Permai address at Jl. Rokan Mandau. The population in this study are all members of the cooperative Bayduri districts Mandau totaling 46 people . However, because the board is not used as a sample, the sample of the research in is the number of members , as many as 40 people. This research data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to all members of the cooperative. The data in this study normal distribution is by Taraf Sig . < Value Asymp.Sig . ( 0.05 < 0.918 and 0.832). The study hypothesis was that there is a significant influence on the participation of members of the board s performance is met where the value of the F test 38.852 > 0.05. So a significant difference between the performance variable board member participation . The coefficient of determination based on the test , there are significant performance variables by 50.6 % to variable participation. For Bayduri cooperatives in order to maintain performance management is variable due to poor performance or both will have an impact and influence on the participation of members.Keywords: Board Performance, Participation Of Members

Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes economic subjects class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Population in this study were students of class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru as many as 259 students, and the sample of 67 students. Measurement of data using the question form and documentation. Analysis of data used is simple linear regression. The result of research based on simple linear regression showed teacher pedagogic competence influence to student learning result of economy in class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru,this can be seen from constant value (a) equal to 36.575 and regression coefficient value (b) equal to 0.953 with regression equation 36.575+0.953. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.781. Means that the contribution of teacher pedagogic competence influence on student learning outcomes of 78.1%..Key word : Teacher Pedagogic Competence, student learning outcomes

Abstract

The research aims to formulate the use of hand-out as teaching materials in the subject of Microeconomic Theory, creating “embryos” which will be developed into reference books for Microeconomic Theory courses, knowing the effectiveness of using hand-outteaching materials in improving the learning outcomes of Microeconomic Theory courses at the FKIP University Economic Education Study Program. The results of this study indicate that the existence of hand-out makes the lacture process more passionate, hand-outs that are shared with students become teaching materials that can help student make it easier to understand the material, learning otcomes between those who use hand-outs and those who do not use there are differences in mean learning outcomes of 18,78 (intervals 0-100), the use of hand-outs as teaching materials has increased 34,78% learning outcomes in the subjects of Microeconomic Theory in student of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims: (1) to analyze and determine differences in income levels personnel Save Loans for Women (SPP) before and after to exploit credit ; and (2) to determine the effectiveness of Save Loans for Women (SPP) member more level of SPP. The Population is 78 members of SPP at Kamang Hilir which is taken all respondent of the research. This research uses a quantitative descriptive design. Data is collected by questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis is paired sample t-test. The results showed that : (1) there are differences in the level personnel SPP before an after to exploit credit Rp.1.137.179, means that there are differences in income t-count 18.718 > t-table 1.991. (2) effectiveness SPP to the level of income entry criteria are not effective (54,20%). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know: 1) description of the learning styles of students. 2) effect of student learning styles on student achievement. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in Economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, amount to 128 students, and the sample in this study was 97 students. Data collecting techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is chi square test analysis. The results of this study showed that dominant learning styles in class XI IPS are visual learning styles as much 39 people (40.2%), and the tendency of student learning styles included in the medium category 40 people (41.23). The results of the chi square test analysis show that chi square counts 18.215 <21.03 chi square table and Asymp sig. (2- tailed) value. 0.109> 0.05. This means that the Ho hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between learning styles and learning achievement of students of class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota.Key Words: Learning style, Learning achievement
