Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the quality of facilities and infrastructure of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau and to determine the level of student satisfaction with the facilities and infrastructure of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP Riau University. The population in this study was the population in this study were students of Economic Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau force 2016 and 2017 which amounted to 153 people and the sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). From the IPA results it can be seen that the attributes of factors that influence student satisfaction. In quadrant A (top priority) there are 8 attributes, and in quadrant B (good position) there are 6 attributes, and in quadrant C (low priority) there are also 6 attributes, while in quadrant D (excessive position) there are 5 attributes. From the table of conformity level, it can be seen that the lowest level of suitability of all dimensions is a comfortable and clean toilet attribute when used that is equal to 56.59%, while the highest average level of suitability is the attribute of classrooms availability according to class schedule which is 80.76%. Of the 25 attributes in general the average of the attribute suitability level has not reached 100%, but the respondents considered that the level of service quality of facilities and infrastructure of the Economic Study Program was quite good because the value of student satisfaction reached 69.58%. Judging from the level of gap or gap, it can be concluded that there is no match between expectations and reality experienced by the Economics Education Study Program students. Because of the 25 attributes there are 16 attributes included in the category of inequality that are not good, among others: attribute classrooms are free from noise during learning, attribute the amount of air conditioning or an adequate fan in the classroom, attribute AC or fan angina that lights up with both when the learning process takes place in the classroom, attributes the availability of learning media for lecture purposes, attributes there are infocus that can be used in the learning process, slide attributes or images generated by the focus can be clearly seen by students.Key Words: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Facilities and Infastructure

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to figure out the effect of remedial program effectiveness on the students achivement. The population of this research is 25 students involved at remedial program at class XI Accounting in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Data was collected by questiones and documentation techniques. The conclusion of the study showed that the implementation of remedial program at the SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru is generally in the effective category. While the students learning outcomes after the remedial program implemented get a value above the minimum completeness criteris in learning. Effective remedial program implementation and effect on the learning outcomes of class XI Accounting in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru.Key Words: Effectiveness, Remedial Program, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of school environment and learning motivation on learning results social studies subjects junior high school 4 Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this all student class VIII which amounted to 327 student. the sample was obtained by using purposive sampling method as much as 77 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is the school environment have a significant effect on the student's learning result which is obtained tcount 5,526 > ttabel 1,993 and significant value 0,000< 0,05. Learning motivation have a positive and significant impact on student’s learning result outcomes where obtained tcount 6,169 > ttabel 1,993 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between school environment and learning motivation with learning results outcomes where obtained fcount 46,291 > ftabel 3.120 and significant value 0,000 <0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the school environment and learning motivation have a significant effect on the students' learning result outcomes of 55.6% and the rest of 44.4% influenced by other factors outside this study.Key Words: School Environment, Learning Motivation and Learning Result

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how much personal education costs and motivation to learn about the learning outcomes of grade VIII students on integrated IPS courses at SMPN 3 XIII Koto Kampar. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple linear regression analyses with the SPSS aid program. The sampling technique proportionate random sampling with a sample number of 66 students. Research instruments using poll. The results showed that the cost of personal education and the learning motivation of students both included in the medium category, while the results of learning in the category are sufficient. From the test results gained that the cost of education and motivation studied significantly towards student learning outcomes. That means that if the cost of education and motivation to learn high students, students ' learning outcomes will be good too. A partial cost of personal education has a positive effect and is not a significant impact on student learning outcomes. When the cost of personal education has increased, it will not necessarily improve student learning outcomes because of the influence of the cost of education is very weak towards student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the motivation for learning has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes, meaning the better the student's learning motivation, the better the student learning outcomes.Key Words: Education, Personal Motivation, Learning, Learning Outcomes, Integrated IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine how much influence classroom management has on the concentrtion of student learning in IPS learning at SMP 35 Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using simpel linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Sampling techniques proportionate random sampling with a total sample of 143 students. The results of this study indicate that class management is in the good categor, while the learning concentration of students includes a fairly good category. From the test results it can be seen that calssroom management has a positive and significant effect on student learning concentration. Meaning if the management of the class is good then the concentration of student learning will be good too.Key Words: Class Management, Concentration Of Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the accuracy of the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation of class XI IIS students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu, and find out how much influence the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation has on the learning outcomes of XI IIS students at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. The research was conducted in November 2018. The population in this study were students of class XI IIS of SMAN 2 Saik Hulu which amounted to 189 students using the Proportional Random Sampling technique which took subjects from each strata or each region. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. This method is done by processing the results data presented through the calculation of the percentage of the questionnaire.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained Y = 53,758 + 0,205 (X1) + 0,274 (X2). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) the percentage of contributions contributed to the variable accuracy of the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation towards the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu at 18.2%. It can be concluded that the accuracy of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation has a significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Accuracy of Teaching Method Selection, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of study discipline and student allowance on the learning achievement of X MIA students on economic subjects at As-Shofa Islamic High School Pekanbaru. this research was conducted at As-Shofa Pekanbaru Islamic High School class X MIA on Economics subjects. The study was conducted in October 2018 to January 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is class X MIA I and X MIA II at As-Shofa Islamic High School Pekanbaru academic year 2018/2019. The population in this study were all students of class X MIA as many as 55 students, because the population was less than 100 people, all of them were used as samples, so the sample in this study was 55 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the learning discipline has a positive effect on student learning achievement, which is equal to 0.117. Pocket money has a negative effect on student learning achievement which is equal to 0,0007235.Keywords: Learning Discipline, Educational Pocket Money, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstrack : The objectives of this research were to know the effect of learning facilities that used by student of class X, dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population of this research was the class X dan XI IPS SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan amount 209 people and the sample amount 137 people. The collected data used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis of this research used simle linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that the using of learning facilities influence on student learning outcomes of class X dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 46,000 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 0,351 with a regresiion equation 46,000 + 0,351. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,392. It means that the contribution of the influence of the use learning facilities on learning outcomes by 39,2%.Key word : Learning facilities, learning outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTScientific Writing became a way for teachers to develop their profession . For teachers who are able to develop their profession, among other awards given by promotions one of them made of Scientific Writing Classroom Action Research Reports. Difficulties experienced preparing scientific papers by researchers or teachers who did Classroom Action Research (CAR). The difficulties were mainly related to the lack of technical understanding in compiling Scientific Writing. The fewer people who know the essay, the development of scientific ideas is less widespread. The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties teachers in systematics writing essay on economics teacher state high schools in the city of Pekanbaru. The study population was economics teacher who never made a scientific paper of classroom action research ever conducted and the sample in the study of 20 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Analysis using descriptive analysis method. The study showed economic analysis master difficulty in making scientific writing of 40.6 % experienced considerable difficulty, 34% less experience difficulties, 14.4% had difficulty , not 6.7% and 3.9% have difficulty experiencing very difficult . It can be concluded that in general economics teacher in SMA Pekanbaru enough experience difficulty in writing Essay on Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Scientific Writing, Classroom Action Research, Congress Subject Teacher (CST) Economy In State Senior High School Of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research are to find out the implementation of curriculum 2013 learning, the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the curriculum 2013 learning, and the factors causing obstacles in the implementation of curriculum 2013 learning on economic learning in private high schools throughout Pekanbaru City. The design of this research is descriptive research with mixing method. The population in this study are 33 economics teachers from 18 Private High Schools in Pekanbaru who implement the Curriculum 2013. The sample of this study are 20 economic teachers from 10 Private High Schools. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire techniques. Implementation of the curriculum 2013 learning on economic learning in Private High School as Pekanbaru City included in the good category. There are nine obstacles, that is (1) lack of time, (2) the condition of the student, (3) the teacher is not used to learning with the complete elements in the preliminary and closing activities, (4) the discrepancy of the model and the learning method with the student's characteristic, 5) the implementation is not in accordance with the planning, (6) preparing the equipment to carry out the learning model, (7) the limited facilities, (8) the limitations of books, and (9) lack of teacher understanding of the curriculum 2013. The causes of the obstacles are due to the lack of teachers' ability to make good learning plans, the lack of teacher pedagogic competencies, the lack of teacher skills in closing learning, and managing the class, the students are not ready to follow the lesson, the teachers are accustomed to other activities, due to cost and time constraints to prepare equipment, facilities that available in schools are limited, lack of teacher skills in variations of instructional media, teachers less use of other learning resources other than textbooks, and still lack of training for new teachers.Key Words: Implementation, Curriculum 2013, Obstacles
