Abstract

A livable house is a basic human need, a livable house is said to be if the home owner has a sense of peace and comfort living in that house. A livable house is interpreted as a house that has facilities to meet human needs in carrying out daily activities. The government assistance has not been distributed evenly to the homes of the residents of Tiga Dolok Village, because the program that has been running so far is very complicated, the system that runs is still manual in processing community data. Therefore, the authors provide a solution to classify the eligibility level of the house using the C4.5 algorithms and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because it is one of the methods in the Decision Tree that is widely used to make predictions about a case. Thus, government subsidies for renovating uninhabitable houses can be channeled in an appropriate manner. The research objective is to use a decision tree based on the C4.5 algorithms, which is expected to increase the accuracy of receiving housing feasibility renovation assistance. The research method used is Data Mining. Analysis and calculations using this algorithm really help the decision-making process to determine people who are eligible to receive housing renovation assistance and people who are not eligible to receive housing renovation assistance. Keywords: Livable House; C4.5 Algorithm; Decision tree, Naïve

Abstract

Stroke is a major health problem in today's elite society. Currently, stroke is a serious problem that can occur in almost all parts of the world. A sudden stroke can cause death, physical and mental disability in both able-bodied and elderly people. In order to get batch data, one has to use data mining methods for classification, like Classification is the process of defining a concept or data class that describes or differentiates instances to evaluate an unknown class of objects. When classifying multiple attributes, a set of records is also defined, also known as an array. In continuous or categorical form, one of the attributes indicates the category of the record. With the dash problem above, of course, you have to be able to overcome this problem, a lot of research has been carried out in the field of computer science, including the Classification of Stroke Patients Using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm to classify the most important factors for this disease. Testing resulted in a fairly high accuracy of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which is equal to 95.13, but the results of this accuracy can still be improved by conducting further research to produce higher accuracy.

Abstract

The importance of the process of evaluating information system security for a company, organization, or government agency whose goal is to carry out early detection of information leaks and even disruption of information systems. In this research conducted at SMAN 1 XYZ. The research being conducted was to determine the level of readiness and governance of information security based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standardization by using tools, namely the KAMI Information Security Index Version 4.2. In this research the method used to carry out the data collection process is to make direct observations on the objects used as research and questions and answers with the IT department that handles related information systems. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the maturity level of information security is that at the level of need for electronic devices, a score of 20 points is in line with the high KAMI index and is still Level I to Level II. Even though the result of the readiness assessment has a value of 245, this is a safety level of 1 which applies to SMAN 1 XYZ. To achieve a qualification level in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard, SMAN 1 XYZ must improve information security internally and externally, in this case external parties, and carry out security assessments on an ongoing and continuous basis.

Abstract

The two types of automatic learning style detection approaches are data driven (DD) and literature based (LB). Both methods of automatic learning style detection have advantages over traditional learning style detection methods because they use external data sources, such as forums, quizzes and views of teaching materials, that are more accurate than the questionnaires used in traditional styles of detection. The results of automatic detection, on the other hand, do not always reflect learning styles. This paper presents a learning style recognition method that uses data from the learner’s internal source, namely prior knowledge, to overcome these challenges. Prior knowledge is proposed because it is based on the learner’s knowledge or skills, which better reflect the learner’s characteristics, rather than on the learner’s behaviour, which tends to be dynamic. By using past knowledge, this paper presents a method for detecting automatic learning patterns. The learning style detection framework is unique in that it consists of three stages: prior knowledge question development, prior knowledge measurement and learning style detection using the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) classification methods. The accuracy of learning style detection using prior knowledge data was higher than detection results using behavioural data or hybrid data (prior knowledge + behaviour) in this study

Abstract

The official website of the Social Office Lampung Provincial contains news content, routine activities, and information on public services. The website has been changed from an internal point of view but does not yet know how satisfaction is based on user perceptions. As a result, users no longer want to visit the Social Office website, which is one of the problems, so it is necessary to build a measurement model for the classification of website user problems using the Framework Pieces. Previously, the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire was taken from 338 samples of respondents, then entered the data analysis stage by assessing user characteristics based on the Likert scale and class intervals. Framework Pieces succeed to classify the problems of 338 samples in the range of good and poor. For the Performance domain with a score of 3,62 (Good), the Informations or Data domain with a score of 2,57 (Poor), Economics domain with a score of 3,35 (Moderate), Control or Security domain with a score of 3,61 (Good), Efficiency domain with a score of 3,36 (Moderate), finally for Service domain with a score of 2,60 (Poor).

Abstract

There are so many ways to process employee attendance, one of which is to use the manual method. So far, there are still many large companies that still implement attendance manually, but this causes a lot of time leaks or other violations, which of course makes it less effective and efficient and causes attendance information to be inaccurate. In a company with quite a lot of employees, it is very necessary to have proper, fast, accurate attendance management. An accurate methodology for solving problems in this modern era with the use of QR barcodes because it will really help companies to attend to employees in real time. The system is made with the PHP programming language and uses the MYSQL database. The purpose of QR Code (Quick Response Code) technology in companies is as a tool in processing employee attendance data, employee identity cards and also processing employee data which is beneficial for employees because they can carry out computerized attendance activities. The results to be obtained from the research and implementation of this system are by entering several examples of employee data as an experimental form of attendance transactions, and the attendance application program is made to run properly. The system created produces several features in the form of user features, checking QR codes for attendance, generating QR codes from each employee card, recapitulation and attendance reports on the system, and employee data in the form of employee names, positions, work shifts and work location placements
