Abstract : Judging from the geographical location of Bengkulu Province is a province that is quite commonly found slab cracks of the earth , it is potentially an earthquake tectonic earthquake and tsunami could result in the provincial Bengkulu and surrounding areas . From the sequence of events of the tsunami , never had a history of Bengkulu earthquake on 24 November 1833 Bengkulu been hit by a tsunami with a magnitude 8 earthquake for about 2 minutes and breathing big quake of 8.4 magnitude scale , the quake occurred in 1797 and 1983 were accompanied by tsunami small in the South and North Bengkulu Bengkulu .Information Systems Programs Through Earthquake Early Detection Network Telkomsel At Bengkulu province belong to the category of the good and decent for further use by the user . So with the Information Systems Program Through Earthquake Early Detection Network Telkomsel At the provincial Bengkulu earthquake information regarding can get to the people who use Telkomsel quickly . By looking at the overall results of the calculation of the questionnaire , which shows the percentage of each category , the answer to No Good ( TB ) of 0% , Not Good ( KB ) of 0% , Good ( B ) of 82.5 % and Very Good ( SB ) at 17.5 % . From these percentages can be seen that the Good category ( B ) has the highest percentage is 82.5 % .

An expert system is a computer software system that uses science, facts, and thinking in decision-making techniques to solve problems that normally can only be resolved by experts in the relevant field. in this case is the problem of the loss of the supply of electricity to PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Segara Bay.The loss of the number of power supplies sometimes occurs by two factors, namely technical and non-technical factors. This has encouraged the author in expert system development effort to detect the cause of the loss of power supplies that should be enjoyed by customers of PT PLN (Persero), the writer focuses on the number of customers who are in the Gulf region Rayon unit Segara. The research was conducted by studying the type of form loss, symptoms, causes and solutions to solve those problems. Then design and implement application programs into the software, to be used as a research tool, and test the correctness of the design results.The results of the study are electric supply loss expert system, which is designed using Visual Basic 6.0.Aplikasi can be used by an expert to make additions, changes and deletions of data, while users use it as a media consulting and obtaining information about the cause of the loss of supply electricity.

In order to build qualified and reliable agricultural human resources, it is necessary for professional, creative, innovative and global oriented Agricultural Extension workers in the provision of productive, effective and efficient extension services. Agricultural Extension is directed to carry out advisory and consultation tasks for the main actors and business actors in developing their agribusiness business, so the adoption of appropriate technology can run well and in turn increase the empowerment of the main actors, productions, productivity, income and welfare of farmers and their families. The performance of agricultural extension workers can be seen in the aspects of preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting, development of agricultural extension and agricultural extension profession profession. In addition, agricultural extension programs should be based on analysis of farmers' needs and reflect current target audience conditions. Exponential Comparison Method in appraisal of farmer extension performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja aims to know the performance of agricultural extension in conducting counseling at UPT BPP Sukaraja. This is due to the lack of extension workers in BP3K Sukaraja. The results of the resulting assessment in the form of work performance ranking of each extension worker. Based on the result of the calculation methods show performance rankings. With this is expected to make it easy for UPT BPP sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal performance of extension workers who had been a constraint in conducting appraisal performance extension. Abstract-The performance of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) is one of the elements that greatly determines the quality of PUPR services. With this very important function, PPPK performance needs to be managed properly to determine whether PPPK professionalism has been maximized. One way is by using the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which is very fast in the process of grouping potential PPPK performance. This research method uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which is a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system, including requirements, validation, training and ownership. The end result of this research is a system that can cluster PPPK performance into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 7 people, Fairly Good Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 7 people.

Rafflesia Hospital Is One Of The Private Public Hospitals In Bengkulu City, And Is Supported By Specialist Doctors And Other Supporting Medical Facilities. One Of Them Is The Rhinosinusitis Service. Rhinosinusitis Is Inflammation Of The Mucosa Or Mucous Membrane Of The Nose And Sinuses. Rhinosinusitis Is Caused By All Conditions That Result In Obstruction Of The Flow Of Mucus From The Sinuses To The Nasal Cavity. Due To The Large Number Of Patients With Rhinosinusitis And Not Being Comparable To The Available Medical Personnel, There Is Limited Time For Patients To Consult And Receive Services At Rafflesia Hospital. The Expert System For Diagnosing Rhinosinusitis Using The Naïve Bayes Method Can Be Accessed Online With Internet Access Via The Web Link Http://Rhinosinusitis.Yms.My.Id/.This Expert System Application Was Created Using The PHP Programming Language And Mysql Database. In The Application, The Naive Bayes Method Has Been Applied Which Is Used To Trace Rhinosinusitis Based On The Symptoms Experienced By The Patient. The System Successfully Displays The Expert System Application Page And Can Assist In Diagnosing Rhinosinusitis, By Providing Consultation Directions Starting From Entering Symptoms To Obtaining Consultation Results And Solutions Provided To Treat The Disease. Based On The Results Of The Tests That Have Been Carried Out, It Can Be Concluded That The Expert System Application For Diagnosing Rhinosinusitis Using The Naive Bayes Method Is Running Well, As Shown By The Expert System Application For Diagnosing Rhinosinusitis Using The Naive Bayes Method That Can Be Easily Used By Users.

Toko BIG Computer merupakan salah satu toko elektronik yang menjual berbagai keperluan yaitu komputer, laptop, notebook, printer dan lain-lainnya. Selama ini pengelolaan penjualan laptop di Toko BIG Computer masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pembukuan dan nota penjualan yang diarsipkan. Pada Toko BIG Computer sering terjadi permasalahan dalam menentukan persediaan stok laptop setiap bulannya. Karena tidak adanya parameter yang dapat membantu berapa banyak laptop yang harus restok di Toko BIG Computer, sehingga mengakibatkan beberapa laptop memiliki stok yang banyak namun penjualan sedikit dan sebaliknya stok sedikit namun penjualan banyak. Penerapan Metode Semi Average dalam peramalan penjualan laptop di Toko Big Computer digunakan untuk memberikan informasi hasil dari peramalan jumlah penjualan laptop untuk bulan berikutnya berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap data jumlah penjualan laptop selama 12 bulan terakhir. Aplikasi penerapan metode Semi Average dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada pemilik Toko Big Computer agar dapat mengelola lebih baik ketersediaan stok laptop di Toko, dengan melihat hasil peramalan penjualan laptop mendatang, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya kekurangan stok, kelebihan stok ataupun kehabisan stok laptop di Toko. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap sampel data tahun 2022 Penjualan Laptop Merek Acer, didapatkan hasil peramalan pada tahun 2023 dengan nilai rata-rata 3,70833 jika dibulatkan menjadi 4 jumlah penjualan setiap bulannya Tahun 2023.

Dalam Rancang bangun Implementasi Logika Fuzzy Tahani Dalam Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Menentukan Pemilihan Motor Honda dalam melakukan pemecahan masalah dapat diambil pertimbangan bahwa hampir semua variabel-variabel yang terdapat pada spesifikasi motor bersifat relatif.batasan-batasan nilai suatu kebenaran dalam logika fuzzy dapat saling bersinggungan, mirip penalaran manusia dalam menilai suatu kebenaran. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy, maka harus dibutuhkan batasan himpunan pada tiap-tiap himpunan fuzzy yang berfungsi sebagai parameter. Batasan himpunan yang dimaksud ialah seperti batasan murah, normal ataupun mahal pada variabel harga, serta batasan min, middle dan max pada variabel kapasitas/ukuran/kecepatan masingmasing spesifikasi motor. Tingkat keberhasilan pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy juga dipengaruhi oleh jumlah kriteria yang dipilih oleh pemakai yang berfungsi sebagai variabel fuzzy

SMKN 5 Kaur Selama ini telah dilakukan penilaian untuk menentukan siswa siswi terbaik setiap tahunnya berdasarkan keriteria yang telah di kategorikan menjadi 4 kriteria penilaian yaitu Absensi ,Nilai Raport, Test Tertulis , dan Prestasi dan Bakat. Namun dalam proses penilaian tersebut ,masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam memberikan hasil pemilihan siswa siswi terbaik dan juga masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama.Analisa penerapan Metode Weigted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment Dalam menentukan siswa siswi terbaik pada SMK NEGERI 5 Kaur dibuat dengan mengunakan bahasa pemprograman Visual Basic.Net dan databace SQL Server 2008r2. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menentukan siswa siswi terbaik pada setiap tahunnya di SMKN 5 Kaur Berdasarkan Metode Weigted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment. Berdasarkan pengujian black box yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa fungsionalitas dari aplikasi dari penerapan Metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment untuk menentukan siswa siswi terbaik pada SMKN 5 Kaur berjalan sesuai harapan dan aplikasi mampu menampilkan hasil penerapan Metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment tersebut.

Puskesmas M.Thaha Bengkulu Selatan merupakan salah satu pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang terdapat di Bengkulu Selatan. Selama ini pengelolaan data rekam medis masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi form rekam medis yang telah disediakan dari Puskesmas. Dikarenakan pengelolaan data yang masih manual, membuat pihak puskesmas kesulitan dalam memilih materi yang tepat untuk penyuluhan suatu penyakit ke masyarakat. Selain itu data-data yang ada di Puskesmas tersebut disusun dalam bentuk arsip, sehingga ketika membutuhkan suatu informasi dari data tersebut, dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan harus memilah satu persatu arsip yang telah disimpan. Pengelompokan data penduduk lanjut usia pada Metode K-Means dan Metode K-Medoids dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu Cluster C1 dan Cluster C2. Aplikasi pengelompokan data pasien berdasarkan rekam medis pasien di Puskesmas M. Thaha Bengkulu Selatan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui penyakit mana yang masuk ke dalam kelompok dengan intensitas tinggi atau rendah berdasarkan rekam medis pasien dan dapat membantu pihak puskesmas dalam memilih materi untuk penyuluhan ke masyarakat khususnya tentang penyakit. Hasil analisis perbandingan antara Metode K-Means dan K-Medoids, diperoleh bahwa perbedaan hasil pengelompokan, iterasi dan waktu proses terjadi tergantung nilai centroid awal yang digunakan pada masing-masing metode. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi pengelompokan data pasien berdasarkan rekam medis pasien di Puskesmas M. Thaha Bengkulu Selatan berhasil dilakukan, dan dapat memberikan informasi berdasarkan 2 kelompok yaitu Cluster C1 dan Cluster C2, serta fungsional dari aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
