Based on Friedman's point of view, search for secondary data in this research aims to provide an academic evaluation (assessment), the law as an allocative system against Law on Financial Services Authority. By using a normative approach, it can be concluded that the Law on Financial Services Authority academically has fulfilled the legal criteria for allocative system as intended by Friedman. Establishment of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) is intended as an independent agency that oversees the financial services sector of Indonesia, to strengthen accountability, transparency, and credibility of Bank Indonesia without diminishing the independence of state institutions, and policy making by the central bank will not be affected by the FSA, since the FSA served to increase oversight of financial institutions for the better. Keywords: law, allocative system and financial services authority.

Abstract:This research discusses the implementation of fire product loss insurance agreement in juridical review of the occupation of fire products of PT Asuransi Bumiputera Muda Syariah 1967 Surabaya branch. The author will examine how occupation is reviewed from the standard clause of PT Bumiputera Muda Syariah and Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 and how the dispute over the occupation of café and spa objects became PUB and BAR in PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 fire product insurance Surabaya This study uses normative juridical research type with legal approach, conceptual approach and analyst approach in case of dispute. The research found that the settlement process taken in the event of a dispute is peace, deliberation if it is still ongoing, participants can choose the settlement through the BASYARNAS arbitration institution or the judiciary and OJK. The author argues that PT Asuransi Bumiputera Muda Syariah 1967 Surabaya branch is one of the non-Islamic financial institutions whose operating principles are based on Islamic law strictly prohibits transactions that contain elements of gharar (uncertainty), maisir (gambling), as well as interest on insurance conventional.Keywords: Occupation, Dispute, Deliberation, Juridical Review.

Seiring dengan majunya teknologi dan meningkatnya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis, terutama perdagangan di mana penjualan online menjadi cukup terkenal saat ini. Klinik Dr. Be Cosmetic Center adalah sebuah klinik usaha yang bergerak di bidang usaha penjualan alat-alat kosmestik, perawatan kulit dan kecantikan wanita. Seiring perjalanan waktu pada klinik Dr. Be Cosmetic Center mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan yaitu banyaknya data pelangan yang tidak tersimpan secara sistematis, sehingga mengakibatkan tidak terkontrolnya penjualan. Oleh karena itu aplikasi E - Commerce dibangun sehingga masalah di atas dapat diselesaikan. Dalam mencari kebutuhan sistem dilakukan melalui metode pengumpulan dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara dan metode pengembangan sistem yang akan digunakan adalah metode model pembangunan berorientasi objek RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu, Tahap Perencanaan Persyaratan, Tahap Desain Workshop dan Tahap Pelaksanaan. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan notasi UML (Unified Modeling Language). Diagram yang digunakan yaitu, UseCaseDiagram, ActivityDiagram, SequenceDiagram Dan Class Diagram. Dari hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi e-commerce, desain ini akan digunakan untuk mengontrol proses E-Bisnispenjualan Klinik Dr. Be Cosmetic Center.

The smartphone market is now more and more, not only in the conventional penjualanya but have penetrated in the online shop. But not all smartphones have good quality to support the needs of consumers and it is to be noticed by the consumer. Before consumers decide to buy android smartphone or belackberry consumer should know the details of the specifications and functions of the smartphone, it can be learned from the testimony and opinion or the results of a user review comments or belackberry difference android smartphone. Reading the comments of the review as a whole can be time consuming, but if only a few comments are read reviews on evaluations will be biased. Of some of the techniques most often used for data classification is Support Vector Machines (SVM). SVM has the advantage of being able to identify the separate hyperplane that maximizes the margin between two different classes. Selection of features at once setup parameters in SVM significantly influence the results of classification accuracy. Therefore, in this study used the incorporation of feature selection methods, namely Genetic Encryption (GA) in order to improve the accuracy of the classifier Support Vector Machines. This research resulted in the classification of text in a positive or negative form of product reviews Smartphone. Measurement is based on Support Vector Machines accuracy before and after the addition of feature selection methods. While the measurement accuracy is measured by the confusion matrix and ROC curves. The results showed an increase in Support Vector Machines accuracy of 71.00% with the addition of Genetic Encryption be 78.02% Keywords : Comments , Review, SVM , Genetic Encryption ( GA ) , Confusion Matrix , ROC curve

Jaringan saraf tiruan (JST) merupakan pemroses informasi yang meniru cara kerja otak manusia, yaitu bentuk neuron (sel syaraf). Karena kelebihan inilah, JST dapat dipakai untuk mengenali pola tertentu, pada penelitian ini pola notasi fungsi logika. JST yang dipakai dengan metode McCulloch-Pitts. pola fungsi logika mulai dari notasi AND , OR dan XOR . Penentuan pengenalan pola notasi tersebut berdasarkan 3 inputan yang harus dimasukkan yaitu nilai input (X1), nilai Input(X2), dan nilai target (t) dimana nilai target ini sesuai dengan tabel logika .Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pengenalan pola dari kedua perhitungan baik secara manual pada program excel dan implementasi pada program java dalam Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) metode McCulloch-Pitts, didapatkan hasil yang sama dengan tabel logika sehingga dapat disimpulkan perhitungan manual dengan excel dan implementasi pada program java untuk pengenalan fungsi logika AND adalah Memiliki keluaran tepat sama dengan tabel logika AND . Kemudian untuk pengenalan pola lain seperti fungsi logika Or dan fungsi logika XOR hasilnya antara perhitungan dan program juga sama dengan tabel logika AND .. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya melalui jaringan internet. Kebutuhan akan konsep maupun mekanisme dalam proses belajar mengajar berbasis IT menjadi penting Konsep yang kemudian terkenal dengan sebutan e-Learning ini membawa pengaruh terjadinya proses transformasi pendidikan. Pengertian dari E-Learning sendiri merupakan suatu pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance Learning) yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer, jaringan komputer dan/atau Internet. E-Learning bisa mencakup pembelajaran secara formal maupun informal.Dalam membuat sebuat e-Learning memerlukan perencanaan yang sangat matang, seperti layaknya membangun sebuah lembaga pendidikan konvensional. Sistem Learning Management System (LMS). Sering disebut LMS ini disebut dengan dengan platform e-Learning atau Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Seperti aplikasi lainnya, LMS ada yang bersifat proprietary software dan ada yang open source. Dalam penelitaian ini mengunakan LMS open source seperti ATutor (http://www.atutor.ca), Moodle (http://moodle.org), Dokeos (http://www.dokeos.com) Banyak metode yang bisa digunakan dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan. Salah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan bantuan software Criterium Decision Plus 3.0, diperoleh peringkat untuk dapat diajukan sebagai LMS yang open source sebagai platform e-Learning yang terbaik. Pipa owned by PT. XYZ located in TambunBekasi is a gas pipeline 8 "along 35 km of gas from BabelanBekasi towards TegalGedeCikarang where the consumers of gas use is one of the Power Plants for Industrial Estates. The pipe passes through several river crossings, provincialroads and also residential areas. With the Government program on the planned construction of the Container Port in the Babelan area of Bekasi, the pipes belonging to PT. XYZ must be made new, and relocated again to theaccess under the river that the container ship will pass. To support the program, PT. XYZ performs data collection on the operating pipeline and also calculates the costs forthe shutdown method and without shutdown. The resultsof this study indicate that the condition of the pipe is in a safe condition and is ready for the Hot tapping method. Based on calculations according to API 570 standards and ASME B31.8 the pipeline can still operate up to a maximum pressure of 1325 psi, and the calculation of pipe life is up to 38 years. Whereas in terms of economics the method without shutdown only costs USD 204,892, - compared to the shutdown method of USD 2,087,187, -The end result is that it can be seen that the non-shutdown method is more efficient than the shutdown method on the gas pipeline in terms of costs as well as capital returns or ROI (Return of Investment) up to 95% and has a new pipeline network for adding potential customers who can increase income PT. XYZ.

his Abdimas aims to explain the initiative of the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group in introducing information media in the form of blogs using the Google Site platform. The main objective of this project is to improve access to information and communication between member groups, as well as facilitate the exchange of information with the surrounding community. This service includes practical steps in creating and managing a website with Google Site, as well as its impact on increasing member involvement and understanding of information technology among the group. Through collaboration and internal training, the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group hopes to create a more effective forum for sharing information and promoting social activities in their environment. This research provides insight into the application of information technology in village-level community organizations and its impact on the quality of communication and member engagement.

In the ever-growing digital era, education plays an important role in utilizing technology to improve the quality of learning. Interactive learning videos have become an effective tool in delivering learning material in an interesting and competitive way. However, many kindergarten teachers still face challenges in producing interesting and interactive learning videos due to limited knowledge and skills in using appropriate software. TK Rambutan, teachers realize the importance of updating their skills in integrating technology in the learning process. In this context, the introduction of the Canva application as a tool for creating interactive learning videos is considered a progressive step that can help teachers create more interesting and relevant learning experiences for young children. Using Canva as an intuitive creative platform and the various features it offers, such as templates, graphics and animations, can help TK Rambutan teachers in creating learning video content that is interesting, easy to understand and interactive. Therefore, through this Community Service (PKM), TK Rambutan teachers aim to explore the potential of Canva in the context of early childhood education and improve their skills in utilizing this application to create a more interesting and effective learning experience for students.
