Abstract

Pendirian grup senam masyarakat perkotaan sering dipicu oleh ancaman penyakit jantung koroner dan stroke (penyakit kardiovaskular). Banyak diantara mereka masih berisiko tinggi penyakit kardiovaskular antara lain berat badan lebih dan kadar kolesterol tinggi serta faktor umur dan genetik, tetapi faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dapat diturunkan dengan pola hidup sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai pengaruh metode promosi kesehatan dengan pendekatan siklus rekognisi, analisis, perencanaan, komunikasi, persiapan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan kelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik ibu-ibu pesenam tentang pola hidup sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest and posttest design untuk menilai hasil intervensi pada 60 orang berusia rata-rata 58,26 tahun dan hampir semua (93,33%) adalah perempuan pada dua kelompok senam di Kelurahan Pulogadung selama 10 bulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan peningkatan nilai posttest (58%) pengetahuan peserta, peningkatan sikap dengan mau berbagi menu sehat dan mengisi alat pantau diri, serta peningkatan keterampilan berpola hidup sehat berupa menyusun menu sehat, bersenam minimal empat kali seminggu, tidur 7-8 jam perhari dan cukup istirahat. Selain itu, kelompok ini berhasil menyusun buku Masak Makanan Sehat. Disarankan kegiatan ini dapat diteruskan dengan penyajian dan diskusi makanan bijak secara berkala sekali dalam dua bulan dengan menggunakan dana yang terkumpul dari iuran sukarela. Urban exercise groups are often triggered by the perception of the severity and threat of coronary heart diseases and stroke (cardiovascular disease). But many of them are still high in cardiovascular disease risk i.e.overweight and high cholesterol. Cardiovascular disease risk factors can be reduced by healthy lifestyle. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of recognition, analysis, planning, communication, preparation, implementation, evaluation and continuity health promotion strategy in enhancing the knowledge, attitude and practice of healthy lifestyle among the exercise group members. Pretest and posttest design was used to assess the effectiveness of 10 months intervention among 60 participants aged 58,26 (27-93) year old, most of them (93,33%) were ladies from two exercise groups in Kelurahan Pulogadung. The intervention improved the score of pre-posttest (58%), the willingness to share the healthy menu and to fill the healthy lifestyle self-monitoring form, and to practice healthy lifestyle e.g. cooking the prudent food, minimum 4 times a week exercise, 7-8 hours sleeping and enough leisure time. Additionally, this groups had successfully produced The Multiethnic Healthy Food Cooking book. It was concluded these health promotion model could enhance the healthy lifestyle of the exercise group members.

Abstract

The electronics manufacturing industry demands high levels of precision and accuracy, putting workers at risk of mental workload, which can impact work effectiveness and health. This study aims to analyze the level of mental workload among technicians in the electronics assembly maintenance division and identify the dominant factors influencing it. The study used a quantitative approach using the NASA-TLX instrument on 25 technicians, along with data uniformity and adequacy analysis to ensure the validity of the results. The results showed that technicians experienced high mental workload, with the highest score being 85.60 and the lowest being 68.50. The three main dimensions that contributed most were Mental Demand (average 312), Effort (278), and Physical Demand (250). The uniformity test yielded a BKA score of 90.12 and a BKB score of 66.30, indicating that the data met uniformity and adequacy requirements. These findings have practical implications for company management in designing ergonomic strategies and work policies to reduce mental workload. Recommendations include rotating technicians to reduce concentrated cognitive load, restructuring work hours and rest periods to optimize physical recovery, and scheduling maintenance shifts to reduce perceived performance pressure. This research contributes to scientific research by providing empirical evidence on mental workload in the electronics manufacturing industry and offering applicable work management strategies to improve technician well-being and productivity.

Abstract

Purpose: Occupational stress is a challenge in occupational health that can affect worker and company productivity. Government employees often face a high workload, but research on work stress among them is limited. Therefore, through a scoping review, this study examined the psychosocial factors influencing workload among civil servants. Methods: Following JBI Scoping Review guidelines, literature was retrieved from PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and Google Scholar. Screening and full-text reviews were conducted using Rayyan, with descriptive synthesis applied. Studies on medical and security personnel and COVID-19-specific stress were excluded. Results: Of the 970 articles identified, 11 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in this scoping review. The most dominant psychosocial factors influencing civil servants' work stress were their relationship with the organization and work environment (45.5%), followed by job demands (36.4%) and work-family balance (36.4%). Other factors contributing to job stress included job control, career prospects, supervisor support, and job dissatisfaction, while public motivation and social support were found in 1 study. Conclusion: Civil servants’ work stress is shaped by multiple psychosocial factors, particularly organizational dynamics, workload, and family demands. Strengthening workplace support systems and promoting work-life balance are critical to reducing stress in this sector.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pekerja laboratorium merupakan pekerja yang termasuk ke dalam dampak faktor risiko ergonomi berupa gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja (GOTRAK). Di laboratorium Palang Merah Indonesia Kota X pernah didapatkan terjadinya cedera pada 1 orang pekerja di bagian punggung bagian bawah pada saat pengangkatan coolbox darah serta belum pernah dilakukannya pengukuran ergonomi pada pekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis penilaian dan rekomendasi desain ergonomi pada pekerja laboratorium di Palang Merah Indonesia Kota X. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi. Analisis mengacu pada SNI 9011-2021. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dari survey GOTRAK didapatkan bahwa pekerja mengeluhkan ketidaknyamanan pada bagian bahu, lengan, tangan, dan pinggul dengan nilai 12 yang berarti memiliki risiko tinggi. Pada tubuh bagian atas petugas pengangkatan coolbox darah didapati nilai 16, sedangkan petugas crossmatch darah didapatkan nilai 31. Pada tubuh bagian punggung dan bawah pada pengangkatan coolbox darah didapati nilai 20, sedangkan pada crossmatch kantong darah didapatkan nilai 12. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa anggota tubuh yang memiliki nilai 12 berarti memiliki risiko tinggi dan untuk pengangkatan beban manual pengangkatan coolbox darah didapatkan nilai 3 yang berarti berada di zona hati-hati.

Abstract

Jumlah penyandang disabilitas usia sekolah (5-19 tahun) berkisar 2.197.833 jiwa. Sementara, yang terdata di Pusat Data dan Informasi Kemendikbudristek ada sekitar 269.398 anak yang mendapatkan pendidikan di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) dan sekolah inklusi artinya baru sekitar 12 % anak yang dilayani kebutuhan pendidikannya. Siswa remaja dengan disabilitas intelektual membutuhkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas dalam konteks pendidikan formal di SLB sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan untuk merespons dengan tepat situasi bahaya kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas, kesulitan yang dialami guru dan siswa remaja dengan disabilitas intelektual di SLB X dan SLB Y Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan selama bulan Januari-Februari 2024 di SLB X dan SLB Y Kota Depok. Penentuan informan wawancara mendalam dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP. Hasil analisis variabel Context ; sebagian besar komponen kebijakan sudah terpenuhi, analisis variabel Input ; sebagian besar komponen sudah terpenuhi dengan baik, analisis variabel Process; dilaksanakan dengan maksimal di SLB X sedangkan di SLB Y belum maksimal, analisis variabel Product Dampak program di SLB X sudah ada dampak dari hasil pelaksanaan sedangkan di SLB Y belum ada dampak dikarenakan belum adanya program. Kesulitan yang dialami guru adalah waktu pelaksanaan dan kompetensi guru. Kesulitan yang dialami siswa adalah lingkungan dan dukungan orangtua/pengasuh.

Abstract

Budaya keselamatan (safety culture) didefinisikan sebagai kumpulan karakteristik dan sikap dalam organisasi dan individu yang menetapkan bahwa, sebagai prioritas utama, isu keselamatan terjamin menjadi perhatian karena signifikansinya. Budaya keselamatan berkembang seiring dengan investigasi kecelekaan dan manufaktur menjadi salah satu industri yang menaruh perhatian pada hal ini, karena angka kecelakaan kerja yang masih cukup tinggi dan hasil investigasi dari banyak kecelakaan berkaitan dengan manusia, hal ini dapat direpresentasikan dalam budaya keselamatan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya keselamatan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meninjau faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan di industri manufaktur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengkaji literatur secara sistematis menggunakan metode Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta Analyses (PRISMA). Total 12 referensi yang masuk dalam kriteria untuk menjadi acuan dalam kajian sistematis. Hasil telaah menunjukkan ada 8 faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya keselamatan, yaitu (1) kebijakan, komitmen, dan prosedur, (2) pendidikan, pelatihan, dan kompetensi, (3) lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, (4) persepsi dan sikap karyawan, (5) komunikasi dan partisipasi, (6) pengelolaan bahaya dan risiko, (7) sistem manajemen dan kepemimpinan, (8) karakteristik individu. Kedelapannnya memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya keselamatan di industri manufaktur dimana faktor kebijakan, komitmen, dan prosedur dinilai sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh karena paling banyak disebutkan dalam literatur.

Abstract

Kehilangan pendengaran merupakan salah satu penyebab kecacatan tertinggi di dunia, dengan dampak ekonomi yang signifikan. Permintaan akan perawatan pendengaran diperkirakan akan terus meningkat di masa depan. Gangguan pendengaran akibat kerja dapat disebabkan oleh paparan suara keras dan bahan kimia ototoksik. Paparan kebisingan di tempat kerja menjadi penyakit akibat kerja yang paling umum dilaporkan di Amerika Serikat. Beberapa faktor risiko yang terkait dengan gangguan pendengaran meliputi rubella, meningitis, kebisingan, ototoksik, infeksi telinga, usia, riwayat gangguan pendengaran sebelumnya, merokok, diabetes tipe 2, dan hipertensi. Tes audiometri digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pendengaran pekerja secara berkala. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode literature review telah dilakukan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan gangguan pendengaran akibat kerja. Dari hasil penelitian, usia, intensitas kebisingan, masa kerja, penggunaan alat pelindung pendengaran, lama pajanan, dan dosis paparan terbukti mempengaruhi terjadinya gangguan pendengaran. Paparan kebisingan yang berlebihan, usia lanjut, dan ketidaksempurnaan alat pelindung pendengaran merupakan beberapa faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap gangguan pendengaran akibat kerja. Pencegahan melalui program konservasi pendengaran di tempat kerja dapat mengurangi risiko terjadinya gangguan pendengaran.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle requires discipline. It's not easy, particularly adolescent who feel free and are looking for their existence. Its implementaiton needs to be applied to adolescent due to many cases of chronic diseases developing among them, following their lifestyle. Sedentary/lazy to move, smoking, alcohol, lack of rest and not being able to manage mental health. Generally, adolesecent at the educational level of Junior and Senior High School. The objective of this study is to analyze aspects of the impact and sustainability of chronic disease prevention programs for adolescents. This study is a systematic review using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta Analyses) method combined with open-source search engine. The database used for searching data and information is PubMed. The keywords used during the search process are "Prevention of Chronic Disease" AND "Chronic Disease" OR "Non-communicable Disease" OR "Infectious Disease" AND “Impact of Chronic Diseases” AND “Teenagers” OR “Adolescents” AND “School”. The most variable aspects of disease prevention are more information related to chronic diseases, knowledge, attitudes and stakeholder support. The CERDIK program provides knowledge, education and information among adolescents. These factors must be taken into consideration to improve lifestyle, maintain health so that you are not vulnerable to health problems during the teenage period

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the relationship and influence of the Psychosocial Safety Climate on the incidence of workplace bullying at PT WID (a power generation company) involving six power plant work areas throughout Indonesia. Method: This was a cross-sectional study involving 100 workers in the power plant industry who were above 17 years of age and with a work experience of at least six months. These workers participated in this study by filling out the Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC 12) to measure the level of psychosocial safety climate and Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) to determine the incidence of bullying in companies Results: The results of the analysis show that the Psychosocial Safety Climate has a significant effect on the incidence of bullying in the workplace in the company, with a negative relationship direction and moderate strength(p-sig=0,003; r=0,292; ß=-0,257). In addition, the results of multiple linear regressions show that Management Commitment has a significant effect (p-sig = 0.013) on the decrease in bullying levels in the workplace, compared to Management Priority, Organizational Participation, and Organizational Communication. Conclusion: This shows that if there is an increase in one level of Psychosocial Safety Climate, there will be a decrease in bullying actions by 0.257. Where management commitment is the variable that has the most dominant influence on reducing the level of bullying in the workplace.

Abstract

Construction industry has a high hazard and high risk to allow work accident. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual risk factor and organizational risk factor associated with unsafe behavior or substandard action in construction workers. This study used a cross sectional study design. The instrument used for collecting data and this research conducted in Mei – July 2021 involving 165 workers in the sports center stadium construction project Banten. The result of this research indicate age has a positive effect but not significant against unsafe behavior or substandard action. While education level, work experience in the project, average weekly working hours, safety motivation, organizational safety behavior have a negative effect but not significant against unsafe behavior or substandard action, and safety knowledge, psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism) have a negative and significant effect against unsafe behavior or substandard action. Therefore, we need to control and intervene to reduce unsafe behavior or substandard action in workers.
