Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se- Surakarta. 2) Pengaruh perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se- Surakarta.3) Pengaruh pengaruh literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se-Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri di Surakarta yang akan memasuki masa pensiun dengan kriteria usia 50 – 59 tahun sebanyak 143 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan jenis metode pengambilan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun Guru SMA Negersi se-Surakarta. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun Guru SMA Negeri se-Surakarta. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh guru, maka akan semakin tinggi dan percaya diri akan kesiapan pensiun.

Abstract

Niat pembelian produk ramah lignkungan menjadi salah satu cara seseorang untuk peduli terhadap lingkungan. Perilaku tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kepedulian lingkungan, lingkungan sosial, dan identitas hijau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 384 generasi z Kota Surakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel purposive sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan product moment pearson dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan uji statistik cronbach alpha. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan konsumen generasi Z Kota Surakarta dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 baik sebelum maupun sesudah ditambahkan variabel kontrol. (2) Lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan konsumen generasi Z Kota Surakarta dengan sig sebesar 0,000 baik sebelum maupun sesudah ditambahkan variabel kontrol. (3) Identitas hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan konsumen generasi Z Kota Surakarta dengan sig sebesar 0,000 baik sebelum maupun sesudah ditambahkan variabel kontrol. (4) Kepedulian lingkungan, lingkungan sosial, dan identitas hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan konsumen generasi Z Kota Surakarta dengan sig sebesar 0,000 baik sebelum maupun sesudah ditambahkan variabel kontrol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap financial self-efficacy pada guru SMA Negeri di Kota Surakarta, (2) menganalisis pengaruh financial self-efficacy terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan, dan (3) menganalisis peran mediasi financial self-efficacy dalam hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan kesejahteraan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 176 guru SMA Negeri di Kota Surakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, model fit, kolinearitas, signifikansi jalur, dan uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial self-efficacy dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) financial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan (3) financial self-efficacy memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara literasi keuangan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan. Selain itu, variabel kontrol jenis kelamin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan melalui financial self-efficacy, sedangkan bidang studi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam membentuk keyakinan diri finansial guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, efikasi diri, serta tekanan keuangan terhadap eprilaku kredit berisiko dalam penggunaan paylater pada mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan model yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta yang pernah menggunakan paylater. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri finansial; 2) literasi keuangan berpengaruh megatif terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; 3) efikasi diri finansial tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; 4) efikasi diri finansial memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan terrhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; dan 5) tekanan keuangan memoderasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko

Abstract

This study examines the effect of social media and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions through trust among students in Surakarta. The problem in this study is how social media and e-WOM directly and indirectly influence purchasing decisions, with trust as a mediating variable. The objectives of this study include the direct influence of social media and e-WOM on purchasing decisions and trust, as well as the influence of trust on purchasing decisions, including the mediating role of trust in the relationship between social media and e-WOM and purchasing decisions. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collection through closed questionnaire. The sample consisted of 388 students selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the use of social media and e-WOM had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and trust. In addition, trust was found to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The findings also indicate that trust mediates the relationship between social media and e-WOM usage and purchasing decisions in a significant and positive manner. Thus, this study concludes that both social media and e-WOM can directly and through trust encourage purchasing decisions among students. The implications of these findings are relevant for digital marketing strategies that utilize social media and e-WOM to increase consumer loyalty and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of live streaming on Generation Z’s purchasing decisions for local skincare products in Surakarta, (2) the effect of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions, (3) the effect of flash sales on purchasing decisions, and (4) the indirect effects of these variables through purchase intention. The population consists of Generation Z in Surakarta aged 15–This study aims to determine the effect of attitude toward influencer ads on Impulsive Buying; to determine the influence of celebrity effect, influencer credibility, Perceived Entertainment, Perceived Usefulness, and trust on attitude toward influencer ads; to determine the influence of influencer credibility on celebrity effect; to determine the influence of trust on Perceived Usefulness; to determine the influence of attitude toward influencer ads on Perceived Entertainment on Impulsive Buying; to determine the influence of celebrity effect and attitude toward influencer ads on influencer credibility on Impulsive Buying; and to determine the influence of Perceived Usefulness and attitude toward influencer ads on trust on Impulsive Buying. This is a descriptive quantitative study using primary data collection methods obtained from online questionnaires. The population used in this study was Generation Z in Surakarta City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 398 Generation Z consumers. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) data analysis using the Smartpls 4.0 program. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant effect of attitude toward influencer ads on Impulsive Buying. There are positive and significant effects of celebrity effect, influencer credibility, Perceived Entertainment, Perceived Usefulness, and trust on attitude toward influencer ads. There is a positive and significant effect of influence credibility on celebrity effect. There is a positive and significant effect of trust on Perceived Usefulness. There is a positive and significant effect of attitude toward influencer ads mediating Perceived Entertainment on Impulsive Buying. There is a positive and significant effect of celebrity effect and attitude toward influencer ads mediating influencer credibility on Impulsive Buying. There is a positive and significant effect of Perceived Usefulness and attitude toward influencer ads mediating trust on Impulsive Buying. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital payments on household consumption with Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and inflation ada moderating variables. Data analysis is conducted using regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method. The research employs as quantitative approach utilizing secondari data obtained from the World Bank. The population of this study comprises all countries worldwide with the sample consists of 101 countries selected through convenience sampling. The results indicate that: (1) Digital payment variables have a positive and significant effect on household consumption. (2) GDP and inflation do not act as moderating variables that strengthen the relationship between digital payments and household consumption.

Abstract

Edupreneurship research has shown a relatively increasing publication trend over the past decade, although the cumulative volume remains limited. This study aims to map the development of edupreneurship research, identify research gaps, and formulate future research agenda recommendations using the Theory, Context, and Methodology (TCM) framework. The study applies a Systematic Literature Review following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol on Scopus-indexed journal articles. The selection process uses strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, while data are analyzed descriptively and thematically. The findings reveal an increasing annual publication trend, geographically concentrated research contexts, dominance of quantitative survey methods, limited use of explicit theories, and concentration of publications in high-reputation journals. Wordcloud analysis indicates a diversity of keywords that has not been fully explored in broader contexts. The implications emphasize the need to strengthen theoretical foundations, expand cross-national and cross-disciplinary contexts, and diversify methodological approaches to support more integrated and sustainable edupreneurship research.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make a significant contribution to economic growth, yet their competitiveness is often hindered by limited access to knowledge and external support. Existing research rarely integrates environmentally friendly knowledge, economic education, and competitiveness in explaining access to knowledge. This study aims to examine the influence of these variables on external support and access to knowledge in the digital era. This study employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. This study involved 30 SME operators in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using multiple regression and thematic analysis. The results indicate that all variables simultaneously have a significant influence F-value of 38.215 was obtained with a significance level of 0.002, which is less than 0.05. Partially, competitiveness had the strongest influence t-value of 3.214 with a significance level of 0.005, indicating a positive and significant influence, followed by economic education variable yielded a t-value of 2.587 with a significance level of 0.006, indicating a positive and significant effect and green knowledge variable has a t-value of 2.145 with a significance level of 0.004, which is below the 0.05 threshold. These findings indicate that competitiveness enhances access to partnerships and resources, economic education improves decision-making capacity, and green knowledge expands external networks. This study highlights the importance of integrating sustainability knowledge, economic capabilities, and competitiveness to strengthen SMEs. These findings suggest that a comprehensive strategy combining green practices, economic literacy, and digital adaptation is essential for improving access

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve activities and student learning outcomes of the introduction to business economics at class XI Marketing 2 of Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2015/2016 through implementation of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model with Handout media. The type of this research was classroom action reseach. The subject of this research in student at XI Marketing 2 of Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2005/2016 with 36 Student. The procedures of this research are (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection. Based on the research result, the learning process with the implementation of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with Handout media can increase activities and learning outcomes of the student. It could be seen from the cycles I to II have improvement of student activities and student learning outcomes. Pre student activity cycles on the aspects of mental activities 41,67%, oral activities 45,37%, listening activities 55,56% dan writing activities 83,33%. Cycle I, on aspects of mental activities 69,44%, oral activities 75,00%, listening activities 88,89% and writing activities 77,78%. Cycle II on aspect of mental activities 83,33%, oral activities 82,41%, listening activities 91,67% dan writing activities 80,56%. Student learning outcomes are also increased at pre cycle have average value 73,08 (percentage of completeness 47,22%), cycle I becomes 77,31 (percentage of completeness 80,56%), cycle II becomes 80,95 (percentage of completeness 88,89%).
