Abstract

Analysis of Procedures for Providing Working Capital Loans at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulawesi Selatan & Sulawesi Barat This research and writing aims to identify and explain: 1) Know the procedures for granting working capital loans at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar, 2) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for granting working capital loans at the Head Office of PT. Sulselbar Bank. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using descriptive qualitative where descriptive qualitative research is a formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph social situations which will be thoroughly, broadly and in-depth examined to find out the Analysis of Procedures for Granting Working Capital Loans at the Head Office of PT . South Sulawesi & West Sulawesi Banks. Informants of this study amounted to 4 people. The research results show that: (1) PT. Bank Sulselbar in providing Working Capital Loans (KMK) goes through several stages, such as the debtor preparing application files, KTP, KK, Business Legality Files then checking B.I checking then, doing On The Spot (OTS), after that the credit decision stage which contains approval there will be the provision of working capital credit according to the application submitted, then the credit disbursement stage is notifying the prospective debtor that the KMK application has received approval or a decision on the date of disbursement, preparing a letter of acknowledgment of debt, filling out the KMK receipt, and signing the KMK disbursement agreement. (2) The determinant factors that influence the provision of working capital loans are supporting factors consisting of third party funds and the influence of CAR on credit. The inhibiting factors are ignorance of the flow and procedures by prospective creditors.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of corporate social responsibility on the welfare of the surrounding community at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this study was to determine of corporate social responsibility at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, to determine the level of welfare of the surrounding community at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, and to find out the influenceof corporate social responsibility on the welfare of the surrounding community at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, namely Malili District, East Luwu Regency which is a sub-district area directly affected by the company's operations. The source of data in this research is the surrounding community at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbkfrom November to December 2023. The sample used was 100 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate where of corporate social responsibility is in the very good category. Indicators on the community welfare variable are in the very good category. Based on the test of the determinant coefficient, the influence is very strong between the two variables. So it was concluded that the influence of corporate social responsibility on the welfare of the surrounding community at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk is very strong.

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of competition in the business world encouragesbusiness actors to carry out good marketing strategies to ensure the survival of acompany. Marketing strategy is very important in the continuity of marketing activitiesand especially in carrying out a business activity which is a means to achieve a goal inbusiness activities. This study examines the influence of the marketing mix (marketingmix) on purchasing decisions at the red and black library bookstore in Makassar City.The purpose of this study was to describe and determine the influence of the marketingmix on purchasing decisions at the red and black bookstores in Makassar City. Thisresearch approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the red and blacklibrary bookstore in Makassar City from January to February 2023. The sample used was 96 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, anddocumentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normalitytest, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables show that the description of the marketing mix variable is in the very good category. The description of the purchase decision variable is in the very good category. Based on the test of the determinant coefficient, the magnitude of the effect is very strong or very high between the two variables.

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah merupakan aktivitas penting dalam bidang akademik, namun ketelitian pengutipan sering kali menjadi kendala bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir akibat penerapan metode manual yang tidak efisien. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi minimnya literasi teknologi rujukan melalui program digitalisasi manajemen referensi menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley Reference Manager. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara JIA FIS-H UNM dengan melibatkan 54 mahasiswa sebagai peserta dan 5 dosen tim pengabdian sebagai fasilitator. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang secara berkesinambungan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu sesi ceramah (transfer of knowledge), sesi praktik (hands-on experience), dan evaluasi komprehensif. Hasil evaluasi peserta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi yang sangat signifikan dari kondisi pre-test ke post-test. Skor rata-rata aspek pengetahuan dasar manajemen referensi meningkat dari 71% menjadi 89%, aspek operasional aplikasi Mendeley melesat dari 75% menjadi 94%, serta kemampuan sitasi dan daftar pustaka otomatis naik dari 77% menjadi 93%. Capaian akhir pasca-pelatihan (89%–94%) ini telah melampaui indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pendampingan intensif ini terbukti berhasil sepenuhnya dalam mendigitalisasi tata tulis rujukan ilmiah mahasiswa agar lebih presisi, efisien, mandiri, dan bebas dari plagiarisme.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu bidang yang terus didorong pengembangannya di lingkungan perguruan tinggi karena berperan besar dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan mengurangi angka pengangguran, terlebih di tengah percepatan transformasi digital yang mengubah pola bisnis secara menyeluruh. Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara (HIMAGARA) Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar menginisiasi kegiatan Workshop Entrepreneur 2026 dengan tema “Smart Entrepreneur: Strategi, Innovation, and Growth” sebagai program kerja unggulan bidang perekonomian untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang tinggi dengan bekal pengetahuan praktis yang masih terbatas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 29 April 2026 di Ballroom D Phinisi UNM dan diikuti oleh 287 peserta yang berasal dari mahasiswa lintas program studi maupun masyarakat umum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan dan sosialisasi, realisasi kegiatan berupa pemaparan materi oleh tiga narasumber dari unsur akademisi, praktisi digital, dan pemerintah, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar kewirausahaan, strategi membangun merek melalui kerangka 4P, serta ekosistem dukungan pemerintah bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah pemula. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pemantik lahirnya wirausahawan muda yang adaptif, inovatif, dan siap bersaing di ekosistem bisnis digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) service is carried out at the National Land Agency (BPN) Office in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of BPN Gowa Regency officials directly involved in PTSL services as well as community service recipients. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that the PTSL service at the BPN Gowa Regency Office has been running well by applying the principles of convenience, efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, user-orientedness, and legal compliance. The program's success is supported by a one-stop service system, the use of technology, and collaboration between the BPN, local governments, and the community. Although still facing administrative and technical obstacles, the PTSL service has been able to increase community participation, accelerate land certification, and provide legal certainty regarding land ownership rights. These findings indicate that PTSL services in Gowa Regency have met the SERVQUAL (service quality) dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, and reflect the principles of good governance in the implementation of public services. Thus, PTSL in Gowa Regency is able to provide fast, transparent, and legally valid land certification services.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami mahasiswa dan berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas tugas, meningkatnya stres, serta rendahnya produktivitas belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu upaya yang dapat membantu mahasiswa mengurangi kebiasaan menunda tugas melalui lingkungan belajar yang suportif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan menerapkan pendekatan peer accountability untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa melalui Program Sahabat Akuntabilitas dan Inspirasi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pembentukan kelompok kecil pendampingan, pembekalan manajemen waktu, penyusunan target tugas, pemantauan perkembangan secara berkala, serta evaluasi menggunakan observasi, laporan perkembangan, dan kuesioner. Kegiatan melibatkan sembilan mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan pelaksanaan secara daring dan luring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif pada peserta, ditandai dengan penurunan mahasiswa yang sering menunda tugas dari 22,2% menjadi 11,1%, peningkatan peserta yang tidak pernah menunda tugas menjadi 33,3%, serta 66,7% peserta merasa lebih tenang dan memiliki kualitas pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan peer accountability efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan, kemampuan manajemen waktu, dan perilaku akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of governance and community participation on the effectiveness of village fund management in Mattirobulu Village, Bone Regency. The underlying problem is weak governance, which has a direct impact on the low level of community participation. Governance processes such as Musrenbangdes (Village Development Planning Meeting) are often carried out merely as a formality and not in accordance with regulations, so that community participation in planning is not optimally accommodated. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, normality tests, and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) for the governance and community participation variables is 0.772. This indicates that governance and community participation together are able to explain 77.2% of the variance in the effectiveness of village fund management in Mattirobulu Village, which can be categorized as strong. This means that good governance is inherently linked to meaningful community participation, and effective village fund management cannot be separated from sound governance systems and active community involvement.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan kinerja pembangunan daerah melalui kolaborasi antara akademisi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nunukan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasari oleh masih lemahnya sistem evaluasi Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) yang cenderung berorientasi administratif dan belum sepenuhnya berbasis kinerja. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur daerah dalam menyusun dan menerapkan instrumen evaluasi yang terukur, serta menghasilkan dokumen evaluasi RKPD yang akuntabel dan berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan prinsip Collaborative Governance, melalui tahapan analisis dokumen, forum diskusi kelompok (FGD), workshop penyusunan instrumen evaluasi, dan pendampingan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan aparatur dalam melakukan analisis kinerja, memahami faktor penghambat dan pendukung capaian pembangunan, serta menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan berbasis bukti. Produk akhir berupa dokumen evaluasi RKPD Kabupaten Nunukan menjadi bukti nyata kolaborasi akademisi dan pemerintah daerah dalam memperkuat tata kelola pembangunan yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada hasil.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the influence of job promotions on employee performance in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat by using quantitative methods. Determination of the sample in the study using the slovin formula as many as 73 employees with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and t test. The results showed that: (1) The level of promotion in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat was in the good category following the operational standard procedures in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2014 and its derivative rules, (2) the level of performance of employees in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat is in the very high category, and (3) the t-test shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that promotion is a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat shown by the equation Ý = 11.614 + 0.711X. Basically employees have the desire to experience promotions will tend to have good performance, if achieved or not the performance targets are used as a basis for assessment in the promotion of positions in addition to loyalty, education level and work experience. Leaders must pay more attention to the promotion of positions to employees who are able to maintain high performance, the promotion of the right position as needed will have a positive influence on improving employee performance
