Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (Studi kasus pada industri keajian emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram). Adapun varibel yang mempengaruhi penyerpan tenaga kerja industri keajian emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram yaitu upah, modal, dan nilai produksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai keadaan subjek yang diteliti. Lokasi penelitian adalah di UMKM industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara sepanjang jalan Sultan Kaharudin Kecamatan Sekarbela Kota Mataram lebih satu bulan sesuai kebutuhan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela yang berjumlah 32 pemilik UMKM industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel upah dan nilai produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan variabel modal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela Kota Mataram. Secara simultan variabel upah,modal dan nilai produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela Kota Mataram. Kata Kunci: Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Upah, Modal dan Nilai Produksi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence Labor Absorption. (Studi kasus pada industri keajian emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram). The variables that influence the absorption of labor in the gold and pearl handicraft industry in Sekarbela District, Mataram City are wages, capital, and production value. The type of research is descriptive quantitative research that uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to collect data on the condition of the subjects being studied. The research location is in the MSME gold and pearl craft industry along Sultan Kaharudin Street, Sekarbela District, Mataram City, for more than a month as needed. The population of this study consists of 32 owners of gold and pearl craft SMEs in the Sekarbela District. This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially, the wage and production value variables significantly affect labor absorption. Meanwhile, the capital variable does not significantly affect labor absorption in the gold and pearl handicraft SMEs in Sekarbela District, Mataram City. Simultaneously, the wage, capital, and production value variables significantly affect labor absorption in the gold and pearl handicraft SMEs in Sekarbela District, Mataram City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel pengalaman kerja, umur, jam kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan minyak VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara secara langsung pada 15 responden (ketua kelompok) tenaga kerja industri pengolahan minyak VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) di Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dengan daftar pertanyaan yang sudah disiapkan. Untuk mencapai tujuan, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi dengan program SPSS statistic 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja dan umur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan minyak VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Kemudian variabel jam kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan minyak VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Sedangkan variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan minyak VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) di Kabupaten Lombok Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Determinan Produktivitas Tenaga Keja Pada Industri Gula Aren di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh variable tersebut terhadap produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Gula Aren di Lombok Barat serta apa saja upaya yang dilakukan oleh industri dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Variabel pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan teknologi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan variabel umur secara parsial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri gula aren di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Variabel umur, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri gula aren di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in the Indonesian economy both as a source of foreign exchange earnings and as a creator of employment and business opportunities. This study aims to determine how much influence the number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of tourist objects, and the number of tourists have on labor absorption in Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research method. The data used is secondary data taken from the Nusa Tenggara Barat Provincial Statistics Agency, the Sumbawa Regency Statistics Agency, and the Sumbawa Regency Youth, Culture and Tourism Office. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression through the eviews10 program. The data in this study are time series data (data from 2013-2023). The results of this study indicate that the variables of Number of Hotels, Number of Restaurants, Number of Tourist Objects, and Number of Tourists have a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the tourism industry in Sumbawa Regency. From the test value of the coefficient of determination (R2) that the variable effect of the number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of tourist objects and the number of tourists on the labor absorption variable produces a value of 0.94051 or 94%. While the remaining 6% is explained by other variables that do not exist or outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of Tanjung Karang tourism village on local employment in Tanjung Karang, Mataram City. The business units in this study are Grocery Micro Small Medium Enterprises, Souvenir Micro Small Medium Enterprises, Fish Culinary Center Micro Small Medium Enterprises, and Homestays. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results found that the impact of the existence of the Tanjung Karang tourism village with the Loang Baloq Park tourist attraction on the absorption of local labor in Tanjung Karang is still relatively low. It can be seen from the number of workers who work as owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that are more often not selling and have not even been seen selling again for a long time, preferring to work elsewhere and there are also some who are unemployed. Homestay owners also experience obstacles such as a lack of interest from tourists to stay overnight due to the unattractive form of community housing and a community culture that is prone to social unrest due to the presence of tourist lodging in community homes. These conditions make employment in Tanjung Karang tourism village relatively low.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of capital, wages, and sales turnover on labor absorption in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises engaged in bamboo weaving crafts in North Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in North Lombok Regency because it is an area with potential for developing bamboo weaving crafts, with several micro, small, and medium enterprises serving as platforms for bamboo weaving artisans. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results and discussion show that partially, the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, the wage and sales turnover variables have a positive but not significant effect on labor absorption in small and medium enterprises of bamboo weaving crafts in North Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of cultures and abundant natural beauty. Natural resources as an important asset for the country by being utilized as a tourism location. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic (income) and social (education) differences of the community before and after the construction of the Sunrise Land Lombok beach in the village of Labuhan Haji, Labuhan Haji sub-district, East Lombok district. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research with a population of 25 with a survey method because all populations are used as respondents. Data analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that the construction of the Sunrise Land Lombok beach in Labuhan Haji village, Labuhan Haji sub-district, East Lombok district is proven to have th = -7.9 less than t0.025, 4 = -2.0639, so H0 is rejected, meaning that the average net income the community after the construction of the sunrise land beach is greater than the average net income of the community before the construction of the sunrise land beach lombok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of the number of MSMEs, the number of MSME workers, MSME investment on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the type of data used in this study is quantitative data and is panel data, namely the time series data used is data for the 2017-2021 period for 5 years while the cross-section data includes data from 10 districts / cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The data source in this study is secondary data. The collection technique used in the research is the documentation method or library research. From the test results together show that the number of MSMEs, the number of MSME workers, MSME investment has a significant effect on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB), and partial testing shows that the number of MSMEs, MSME labour, and MSME investment have no significant effect on economic growth in NTB Province.
