Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Tiktok as a marketing medium by using the perspective of the fiqh rule Dar'ul Mafāsid Muqaddamun `alā Jalbi al-Masāliḥ. This research includes qualitative research and literature study using a descriptive approach to the characteristics of the Tiktok application. The results of the research found that TikTok has mafsadah and maslahah that should be considered for use for a Muslim in general and business people in particular. On a macro scale, namely looking at the scope of pluralistic society and the realities of use in general, this rule can be applied in punishing the use of the Tiktok application in general and specifically as a marketing medium. The mafsadah arising from the use of Tiktok intersects a lot with the values of maqashid al-syari`ah, especially in terms of protecting the soul, religion and honor. So for the sake of long-term benefit it is necessary to apply this rule, namely preventing these mafsadah by reducing, regulating or eliminating the Tiktok application altogether. As for the micro-scale use of each individual, this rule cannot be applied because the mafsadah caused from a personal point of view and use is still not strong enough to be the reason for the urgency of prevention because some individuals have reasons for greater mafsadah if they close the use of Tiktok at once, such as the reason for fulfilling basic life needs that can harm them if not fulfilled. So this rule cannot be applied because one of the conditions for applying this rule is that the prevention of the first mafsadah does not cause greater mafsadah afterwards. The results of this study are expected to provide another point of view in terms of fiqh, as well as add broader insight into mafsadat and maslahat to business people who use the Tiktok application as a marketing medium.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology and the increasing use of online selling platforms have significantly transformed consumer purchasing behavior, including the purchase of fresh fruits. Fruit sellers in the Purwodadi Traditional Market face substantial challenges in retaining customers and increasing purchase interest amid intense competition with online fruit vendors. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies employed by traditional fruit sellers in response to consumer behavior shifts in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation involving fruit sellers, buyers, and vendors who also utilize online platforms. The results indicate that verbal and nonverbal face-to-face communication remains the most effective strategy in building trust and emotional closeness with consumers. Sellers have also begun adapting by implementing simple promotional strategies, such as onsite discounts and product updates via WhatsApp Story. Furthermore, service quality is a key differentiator compared to online vendors. However, traditional sellers still encounter challenges related to digital marketing skills, price competition, and limited use of online tools. The study concludes that combining interpersonal communication with basic digital promotional strategies can effectively enhance the competitiveness of traditional market sellers.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, particularly in employment creation and community welfare improvement. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in financial management and the utilization of digital technology for marketing purposes. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors through training in simple financial management and digital marketing. The methods used include socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate an increase in participants' understanding of business financial recording and their ability to utilize digital media as a marketing tool. Therefore, this program is expected to improve business sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study focuses on the instructional practices of Kitab Kuning (classical Islamic texts) teaching at Pondok Pesantren Arabi Darul Yamani, located in Sasak Ranah Pasisie, Pasaman Barat Regency. The aim of this research is to describe the planning, instructional process, and evaluation methods employed by teachers who are graduates of the pesantren system. Utilizing a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions, while data validity was tested using triangulation. The findings reveal that in the planning phase, Kitab Kuning teachers who are graduates of the pesantren do not develop written learning objectives, curriculum mapping, or instructional tools such as lesson plans (RPP), syllabi, annual programs (Prota), or semester programs (Prosem). Instead, teachers rely on their understanding of the material and determine the extent of the syllabus coverage without systematic planning. In the instructional process, teachers conduct initial, core, and concluding activities with a considerable effort to achieve optimal results. Evaluation is carried out both in written and oral forms, at the end of the class sessions as well as after several meetings. These findings suggest that while the instructional and evaluative processes are generally well-implemented, there are notable shortcomings in the planning phase that could affect the overall effectiveness of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

إن حياتنا في هذه الدنيا لا تخلو عن الأحكام الشرعية المبحوث في علم الفقه و تطبيقها في المعاملة بين الناس بالأخلاق الإسلامية ولكن المشكلة الظاهرة بين أيدينا أن كثير من الناس يرركز في الفقه و الأحكام فحسب دون رؤية إلى الأخلاق و هناك التقسيم التقليدي للإسلام فمنهم من يفرق بين عقيدة و شريعة و أخلاق وهذا الإشكال يوهم الفصل بين الأخلاق و الشريعة من جهة، كما أنه يجعل الأخلاق قسيماً للشريعة و العقيدة من جهة أخرى مع أن بين الفقه و الأخلاق علاقة مترابطة و مهمة. ولهذا أراد الباحث كتابة هذا البحث لمعرفة العلاقة بين الفقه و الأخلاق و أثرها في الأعمال التجارية. و الباحث في هذا البحث يستخدم المنهج الكيفي و هو المنهج على طريقة جمع الحقائق العلمية و كذلك بالمراجعة إلى الوثائق العلمية و البحوث السابقة النوعية كي تؤكد المقصد المخصصة بدلاً من التعميمات. و من نتائج هذا البحث أن كل الفروع الفقهية مبنية على مبادئ علم الأخلاق؛ و يكون كل حكم شرعي معلقا بالقيمة الأخلاقية، فالمقصود الشرعي إذن مقصود أخلاقي. و من بين الفقه و الأخلاق لها أثر في الأعمال التجارية من التطبيق الآلي هناك ثلاثة أقسام خاصة في الأمور العقودية. وهي إما لفسخ العقد أو تعديله أو إقراره مع الإثم و كل ذلك نظراً للأخلاق.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perspektif akuntansi dalam kehidupan pengrajin damar kurung yang ada di Desa Lumpur di kecamatan Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi, Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengrajin damar kurung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi aktivitas sehari-hari informan dalam proses produksi damar kurung dan wawancara semi-struktural untuk menggali informasi terkait cara pengelolaan keuangan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta penerapan prinsip akuntansi dalam usaha tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengrajin damar kurung yang ada di Desa Lumpur di kecamatan Gresik masih kurang memahami tentang akuntansi, karena itu pengrajin damar kurung melakukan pencatatan yang sangat sederhana meliputi arus kas masuk dan arus kas keluar saja. Penelitian ini terbatas pada pengalaman pengrajin sebagai informan, sehingga tidak dapat digeneralisasi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan akuntansi yang lebih terstruktur untuk pengrajin damar kurung agar dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of service quality, company imageon customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta ThamrinBranch.The data used in this study were primary data collected from respondents' answers basedon the questionnaire given, as many as 94 people. Data processing method uses the path analysismethod (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 21.0. Statistical testing uses the individualparameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneous service quality variables, company image andcustomer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty. Partially shows that analysis 1:service quality variables significantly influence customer loyalty, while analysis 2: companyimage variables significantly influence customer loyalty and analysis 3: customer satisfactionvariables significantly influence customer loyalty performance.Keywords: Service Quality, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online marketing strategies and evaluate the impact of product quality on consumer purchase intention in the fashion industry on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Along with the rapid development of the fashion industry and high digital competition, business actors are required to understand consumer preferences and provide quality products through targeted marketing. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are consumers of fashion products on Shopee. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that online marketing strategy partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention (t-count 2.116 > t-table 1.984). Product quality also partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention (t-count 2.964 > t-table 1.984). Simultaneously, both independent variables were proven to have a significant effect on consumer purchase intention. In conclusion, increasing consumer purchase intention in the Shopee fashion industry requires an optimal combination of attractive online marketing strategies, such as promotions and free shipping, alongside the provision of high-quality products that match the description.

Abstract

The development of restorative justice as an alternative approach in criminal law has gained increasing attention. However, its application in special criminal offenses remains limited and controversial due to their serious nature and strict legal frameworks. This study aims to analyze the compatibility between the theoretical concept of restorative justice and its practical implementation in handling special criminal offenses, particularly in relation to legal norms and enforcement policies. It also provides a comparative perspective by examining its application in narcotics, corruption, and sexual violence crimes. The research employs a normative juridical method with statute, conceptual, and case approaches, using secondary data from legislation, official policies, and selected court decisions, analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that although restorative justice is normatively recognized, its implementation remains restricted, selective, and inconsistent. In narcotics cases involving users, it is relatively more applicable through rehabilitation, while in corruption and sexual violence crimes, its application is more limited due to public interest considerations and strict victim protection requirements. This study concludes that these limitations are influenced by rigid legal frameworks and the dominance of punitive approaches, highlighting the need for clearer regulations and adaptive legal policies.

Abstract

UMKM pengolahan ikan di daerah pesisir masih menghadapi masalah nilai tambah rendah akibat keterbatasan dalam proses produksi, inovasi produk, pengemasan, manajemen bisnis, dan pemasaran. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa rantai nilai perikanan dari hulu hingga hilir belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan rantai nilai UMKM pengolahan ikan melalui intervensi terpadu berdasarkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi, inovasi produk dan pengemasan, serta penguatan manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif melalui tahapan pemetaan masalah, pelatihan dan bantuan dalam penerapan teknologi yang tepat, inovasi produk dan pengemasan, serta bimbingan dalam manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pada aspek hulu, seperti penerapan praktik pengolahan yang lebih higienis dan kualitas produk yang konsisten, peningkatan nilai tambah melalui diversifikasi menjadi 2 hingga 3 varian produk dan penggunaan kemasan bermerek, serta penguatan aspek hilir melalui penerapan pembukuan sederhana dan aktivasi dua saluran pemasaran digital. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan hulu-hilir yang integratif telah terbukti relevan dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam rantai nilai UMKM pengolahan ikan dan mendorong perubahan yang lebih berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model layanan berbasis rantai nilai yang dapat direplikasi dan diterapkan pada UMKM perikanan pantai dengan karakteristik masalah yang serupa.
