Abstract

Peradilan Islam telah mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dalam menghadapi dinamika masyarakat modern. Perubahan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang efektivitas penegakan hukum Islam dalam konteks zaman yang terus berubah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penegakan hukum Islam dalam masyarakat modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana peradilan Islam beradaptasi dan bertransformasi dalam menghadapi tuntutan masyarakat modern, serta untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penegakan hukum Islam dalam konteks tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan studi kasus. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola dalam penegakan hukum Islam dan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi transformasinya dalam masyarakat modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peradilan Islam telah mengalami transformasi signifikan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan masyarakat modern. Terdapat upaya untuk memperbarui prosedur hukum Islam agar lebih sesuai dengan konteks zaman, namun tantangan dalam implementasinya masih ada. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya terus-menerus mengevaluasi dan memperbarui sistem peradilan Islam agar tetap relevan dan efektif dalam menghadapi perkembangan masyarakat modern. Transformasi peradilan Islam memerlukan kolaborasi antara otoritas keagamaan dan lembaga negara serta keterlibatan aktif dari masyarakat dalam proses penegakan hukum.

Abstract

Asas legalitas merupakan prinsip fundamental dalam hukum pidana yang menegaskan bahwa tidak ada perbuatan yang dapat dipidana tanpa aturan hukum yang jelas sebelumnya (nullum crimen, nulla poena sine lege). Dalam hukum pidana Indonesia, asas ini menjadi landasan utama dalam menciptakan kepastian hukum dan melindungi hak asasi manusia, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 ayat (1) KUHP. Namun, perkembangan kejahatan modern seperti kejahatan siber, tindak pidana transnasional, dan kompleksitas hukum internasional memunculkan tantangan baru dalam penerapan asas legalitas. Ketidakjelasan perumusan undang-undang, keterbatasan regulasi, dan kebutuhan fleksibilitas hukum menjadi isu yang memengaruhi efektivitas asas ini.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan teori asas legalitas, tantangan dalam penerapannya, serta langkah-langkah untuk memperkuat relevansinya di era hukum modern. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur hukum, putusan pengadilan, dan norma internasional yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan asas legalitas memerlukan pembaruan regulasi untuk mengakomodasi perkembangan teknologi, peningkatan kompetensi aparat hukum, dan harmonisasi dengan hukum internasional.  Kesimpulannya, meskipun asas legalitas menghadapi tantangan, upaya reformasi dan adaptasi yang tepat dapat menjadikannya tetap relevan sebagai landasan utama dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia yang adil, efektif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sawah Lunto – Talawi road segment (STA 139 + 700 m) in Sawah Lunto city, West Sumatera province has sustained major damages and been the scene of several accidents since the past few years. The degression of soft clay subgrade, which has a limited bearing capacity and makes it structurally impractical to sustain road construction, was discovered to be the source of these damages. As a recent option for enhancing soil qualities, soil stabilization by employing a variety of pozzolanic and industrial materials has gained popularity. The objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Portland cement type 1 as stabilizing material in improving the soil properties and carrying capacity requirements for soft clay soil used as subgrade in road construction. To accomplish the objectives of this study, a laboratory testing procedure was implemented. Unconfined Compressive Strength (USC) values on natural soil and treated soil with Portland cement type 1 admixture were measured and compared during laboratory experiments. Soft clay soils were stabilized with varying percentages of Portland cement type 1 with the proportions of approximately 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, and 10% by dry weight of soil during a 7-days curing period. Laboratory testing were performed in compliance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI): SNI 3420-2008 for testing Unconfined Compressive Strength. According to the results of laboratory testing, the UCS values increased roughly from 0.634 kg/cm2 (undisturbed natural soil) to 2.832 kg/cm2 (treated soil) by adding 3% of Portland cement type 1, and up to 8,024 kg/cm2 (treated soil) by adding 10% of Portland cement type 1. Based on the findings, it can be demonstrated that Portland cement type 1 can enhance clay soil's properties used as a subgrade for road construction, can create more stable road conditions, and can ultimately meet the technical feasibility requirements for the subgrade carrying capacity, particularly at the Sawah Lunto - Talawi road segment (STA 139 + 700 m).

Abstract

VO2Max is an indicator of aerobic fitness that greatly determines performance in high-intensity sports such as basketball. This study seeks to analyze the effect of implementing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on increasing VO2Max endurance in extracurricular basketball participants at SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan. The study applied a pre-experimental methodology that included a one group pretest-posttest design. Involving a sample of 15 male students selected through purposive sampling. The measurement instrument adopted a valid and reliable Balke test to measure VO2Max. The treatment in the form of HIIT training was implemented during a span of four weeks, consisting of three sessions weekly. Data analysis used a normality test (Shapiro-Wilk), pretest results p = 0.123 and posttest p = 0.135 (> 0.05); homogeneity test p = 0.396 (> 0.05); and paired sample t-test which showed p = 0.000 (<0.05) which indicated a significant impact of HIIT on increasing VO2Max. These findings suggest that HIIT is effective in increasing VO2Max and can be implemented as a school physical training strategy. This study contributes to the development of efficient training models, and provides a basis for future studies related to the role of nutrition, sleep quality and psychological factors on VO2Max.

Abstract

In the learning process, the active learning of students is important to create meaningful and learner-centered learning by activities. Active students will find it easier to understand learning material because they experience learning directly so that they can achieve optimal learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the increase in student learning activeness through the implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by instructional media in Pancasila education subjects in class IV SDN 19 Jambi City. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles. In this study, researchers used observation sheets as research instruments. The observation sheet used consists of several assessment indicators that can measure the learning activeness of students. The results showed that the discovery learning model assisted by instructional media could increase the learning activeness of students, in cycle 1 there was a frequency of 12 active students with a percentage of 57.24%. Then in cycle 2 the frequency increased to 17 students with a percentage reaching 81.09%. So it can be seen that the frequency of students increased from 12 to 17 students. Based on the observation results, it can also be seen that students have high enthusiasm to be actively involved in learning activities. So it can be concluded that the discovery learning model with the help of learning media can increase the learning activeness of students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 19/IV Jambi. The aim of this study is to improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes by using a problem-based learning (PBL) model integrated with differentiated and social-emotional learning. The research method employed was classroom action research focused on improving the quality of the learning process by following these steps: (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Data collection techniques used were observation and written tests with rubric instruments, multiple-choice, and short answer questions. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the application of the problem-based learning model integrated with differentiated and social-emotional learning. The average pre-cycle learning outcome score was only 56.19 with a learning objective achievement percentage of 28.57%, while in cycle I after the intervention, the average learning outcome score was 71.9 with a learning objective achievement percentage of 66.66%, and in cycle II there was an increase in the average learning outcome score to 80, with a learning objective achievement percentage of 90.47%. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the problem-based learning model integrated with differentiated and social-emotional learning can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students.

Agi Suryadi (NIM 182223009), Pengaruh Latihan Lari Zig-Zag With The Ball Terhadap Keterampilan Dribbling Dalam Permainan Sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar, Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi, 2022. Metode latihan untuk peningkatan keterampilan dribbling seperti lari zig-zag kurang bervariatif dan cenderung monoton bagi atlet, dalam sepakbola dibutuhkan teknik dribbling yang baik untuk berkelit melewati hadangan lawan sambil membawa bola tetapi dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan belum bisa diterapkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari zig-zag with the ball terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan teknis untuk pengambilan datanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t, yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dengan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai uji-t antara pretest dan posttest latihan lari zig-zag terhadap keterampilan dribbling yang memiliki nilai thitung 53.145, p = 0.000, karena p < 0.05 maka ada peningkatan yang signifikan. Dilihat dari nilai rata-rata, maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest = 21.48 detik dan nilai rata-rata posttest = 18.13 detik, karena nilai rata-rata pretest lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata posttest maka terjadi peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sebesar = 3.35 atau 15.6%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lari zig-zag with the ball terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar. Abstract

An urgent legal issue emerges from the normative disharmony between Article 9(2) and Article 23(5) of Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Article 9(2) requires creators to give written permission for the use of their works, implying a direct licensing mechanism, while Article 23(5) mandates the use of a collective management system through the National Collective Management Organization. This inconsistency has led to legal uncertainty, especially in the context of public performance royalties, and has disadvantaged songwriters due to a lack of transparency in royalty calculations. This study aims to examine the legal certainty of public performance licensing in Indonesia's music royalty management system by analyzing the implementation of Article 23(5) of Law No. 28 of 2014 and Government Regulation No. 56 of 2021. This study, using a normative juridical method, finds that despite Government Regulation No. 56 of 2021 establishing SILM and LMKN, licensing conflicts persist. It recommends harmonizing the regulation by clearly recognizing direct licensing under Article 9(2) while protecting moral rights under Article 5 of Law No. 28 of 2014.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan merancang balai pertemuan warga sebagai fasilitas kegiatan formal dan nonformal bagi warga Perumahan Honjeasri Purbayan, Gentan, Sukoharjo. Permasalahan utama adalah kebutuhan desain arsitektur balai pertemuan untuk mendukung interaksi sosial di lahan terbatas seluas 6x11 meter. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lokasi, diskusi partisipatif dengan warga, dan pengembangan desain skematik dengan konsep modern-kontemporer berciri lokal. Hasilnya adalah desain fungsional yang dilengkapi area terbuka hijau dan taman bermain anak. Desain ini tidak hanya memfasilitasi interaksi warga, tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan melalui integrasi ruang hijau. Proyek ini menegaskan pentingnya menjaga ikatan sosial dan mengoptimalkan lahan terbatas di kawasan perumahan urban.

Abstract

The problem of Low Income Community, that we called Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) to get a house is becoming more complex with limited income, land fulfillment, and design that pays attention to sustainability aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to obtain a house design that is livable, sustainable and affordable according to the needs of MBR that pays attention to local culture and wisdom. By using the design thinking method, this study involves a collaborative and empathetic process to understand the needs of MBR in depth, formularize problems, to produce prototype-based design solutions. This study raises the theme of ecocultural architecture that integrates the principles of ecological sustainability and local wisdom of local culture as an approach in designing a liveable house. From this study, a house design for MBR is produced that is livable, affordable, and pays attention to local culture and wisdom.
