Abstract

This research explores the effect of commitment and psychological empowerment on the performance of Family Hope Program (PKH) companions in Kolaka Regency. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were gathered through a literature review and questionnaires. The study encompassed all PKH assistants in Kolaka, with a total of 34 respondents selected through a census sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 3. The results reveal that both commitment and psychological empowerment significantly and positively influence performance

Abstract

Purpose: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai non ASN pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitan ini seluruh Pegawai Non ASN di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kolaka yang berjumlah 50 Pegawai Non ASN, dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 pegawai non ASN. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.384 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2.303 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.011 dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.623 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.631 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh holding time dengan menggunakan media arang kayu jati terhadap kekerasan baja ST-37. Teknik holding time yang digunakan adalah pack carburizing. Proses pack carburizing dilakukan pada suhu 900oC. Media pendingin yang digunakan adalah oli. Analisa data menggunakan pendelatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian ada lima, yaitu (1) Perencanaan, (2) Uji coba, (3) Olah data, (4) Analisa, dan (5) penarikan simpulan. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh data bahwa nilai kekerasan yang paling tinggi didapatkan dari perlakuan holding time selama 90 menit

Abstract

IPAS adalah pembaruan dari mata pelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka yang sebelumnya ada dalam kurikulum terdahulu. Mata pelajaran IPAS dalam Kurikulum Merdeka tidak terlepas dari pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi harus mencakup tiga komponen, yaitu diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, dan diferensiasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran IPAS berdiferensiasi di kelas V, faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta dampak dari pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap pembelajaran IPAS berdiferensiasi di SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, pedoman dokumentasi, dan angket. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini, keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran IPAS berdiferensiasi dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPAS berdiferensiasi di kelas V meliputi kemudahan akses terhadap informasi serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya antara lain waktu yang dibutuhkan cenderung lebih lama serta adanya persepsi dari siswa bahkan orang tua yang merasa diperlakukan secara berbeda. Dampak dari pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap pembelajaran IPAS berdiferensiasi di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi adalah guru menjadi lebih aktif dalam berkolaborasi dengan guru lain. Selain itu, dampak terhadap siswa adalah mereka menjadi lebih mandiri, merasa senang, dan aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

Transformasi kurikulum pendidikan guru menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan dasar abad ke-21. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan merespons kesenjangan antara idealisme dokumen kurikulum dan realitas praksis melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) berbasis pendekatan Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi PGSD Universitas Alma Ata dengan pendekatan partisipatif-reflektif, melibatkan 30 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang—dosen, mahasiswa, guru, alumni, dan pengguna lulusan. Proses FGD difokuskan pada tiga isu strategis: keselarasan CPL–CPMK–RPS, efektivitas asesmen pembelajaran, dan relevansi profil lulusan. Hasil kegiatan mencakup penyusunan roadmap kurikulum 2025, sintesis gagasan kurikulum kontekstual, serta dokumen pelaporan reflektif-transformatif sebagai instrumen advokasi kebijakan internal. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa forum deliberatif yang dirancang secara sistematis mampu memperkuat daya refleksi kolektif dan membangun orientasi baru dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Implikasi jangka panjangnya mencakup pembentukan profil lulusan yang lebih adaptif dan penguatan ekosistem pendidikan guru yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini menegaskan peran strategis pendidikan tinggi dalam reformasi kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan nyata dan partisipasi multipihak.

Abstract

Jumlah penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) di Indonesia terus meningkat dan telah mencapai 10,48% dari total populasi (BPS, 2022). Kondisi ini menuntut adanya strategi pemberdayaan yang menempatkan lansia sebagai subjek pembangunan yang aktif dan produktif. Salah satu pendekatan potensial adalah pengembangan ecoprint, yaitu industri kreatif ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan bahan alami seperti daun dan bunga untuk menciptakan motif artistik pada kain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi lansia terhadap ecoprint ditinjau dari lima dimensi, yaitu ekologis, estetika, sosial, ekonomi, dan keberlanjutan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 25 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling di Argosari, Sedayu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi ekologis memperoleh skor tertinggi (90,4%), diikuti dimensi sosial (89,3%), estetika (88,1%), keberlanjutan (85,7%), dan pengetahuan (85,7%), sedangkan dimensi ekonomi memiliki skor terendah (59,5%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lansia memiliki persepsi positif terhadap nilai ekologis dan sosial ecoprint, namun masih ragu terhadap potensi ekonominya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ecoprint berpotensi menjadi sarana edukasi ekologis, penguatan kohesi sosial, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif lansia. Diperlukan dukungan kelembagaan, penguatan jejaring pemasaran, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan agar ecoprint dapat berkelanjutan. Ecoprint as a Basis for Elderly Empowerment: A Multidimensional Study of Ecological, Aesthetic, Social, Economic, and Sustainability Perceptions Abstract The elderly population in Indonesia continues to increase, reaching 10.48% of the total population (BPS, 2022). This demographic shift indicates the need for empowerment strategies that enable the elderly to become active and productive contributors to sustainable development. One promising approach is ecoprint, an environmentally friendly creative industry that utilizes natural materials such as leaves and flowers to produce artistic textile patterns. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of elderly individuals toward ecoprint from five dimensions: ecological, aesthetic, social, economic, and sustainability perspectives. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with 14 respondents selected through purposive sampling in Argosari, Sedayu. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings show that the ecological dimension scored the highest (90.4%), followed by social (89.3%), aesthetic (88.1%), sustainability (85.7%), and knowledge (85.7%), while the economic dimension received the lowest score (59.5%). These results indicate that elderly participants appreciate ecoprint as an environmentally sustainable and culturally valuable craft but remain uncertain about its economic potential. The study concludes that ecoprint holds significant promise as a medium for ecological education, social cohesion, and creative economic empowerment for the elderly. Strengthening institutional support, marketing networks, and entrepreneurship training is essential to enhance its sustainability.

Abstract

Understanding the factors influencing Generation Z's domestic tourist destination choices in developing countries remains fragmented and scattered across various research contexts, thus lacking a comprehensive and integrated picture. This study aims to identify trends and patterns in the determinants of Generation Z domestic tourist destination choices in developing countries through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The literature search was conducted systematically in ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, SpringerLink, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) databases for publications from 2018–2025, following the PRISMA guidelines. Of the 1,031 identified articles, ten met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth through screening, eligibility evaluation, and synthesis of findings. The analysis revealed that psychodigital factors were the most dominant determinants in shaping Generation Z's travel intentions and decisions, including the quality of digital information, telepresence, social media marketing, TikTok content, and the use of digital tourism. Theoretical frameworks such as Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and the concept of risk perception explain how digital stimuli influence young tourists' cognitive and affective processes in evaluating and selecting tourist destinations. Furthermore, socio-demographic characteristics and post-pandemic dynamics also strengthen the variations in destination selection behavior among Generation Z. The findings of this study emphasize that the integration of psychodigital elements needs to be the main basis in formulating marketing strategies and domestic tourism development policies in developing countries to be more adaptive to the characteristics and preferences of Generation Z.

Abstract

Hospitals are essential in delivering healthcare services to the public, In providing quality services, hospitals are faced with challenges such as limited facilities, budgets, medical personnel, and the emergence of various ever-changing government regulations that force hospitals to follow these rules. Facing various challenges in providing quality health services, hospitals need to adopt organizational learning. Organizational learning allows hospitals to adapt, innovate, and optimize their limited resources. This Study aims to analyze the factors that affect organizational learning in order to improve public services in regional hospitals with limited resources. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and psychological climate are strategies to overcome the limitations of organizational resources and can support effective organizational learning for hospitals. This is due to an organizational culture that supports collaboration among individuals to exchange knowledge and experience to solve the challenges they face in the condition of limited resources, limited facilities, budgets, and medical personnel. The research contribution shows that organizational learning in regional hospitals is often hampered by several factors, but with organizational Culture consistently is one of the main determining facts of organizational learning. This study has limitations because it was conducted at a single hospital, Konawe Regional Hospital, so the results are limited in their generalizability to other organizations or sectors. Furthermore, this study focused solely on organizational culture and psychological climate variables in explaining organizational learning, so there is the possibility that other unexamined variables may also be influential, such as leadership style, absorptive capacity, knowledge management, or knowledge-sharing practices.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe: (1) The initial test of competence and pedagogical competence of MI teacher at Kudus district in 2014, and (2) the effect of the initial competency test against MI classroom teachers pedagogical competence in Kudus district in 2014. This research includes the study of ex post facto of correlational research. The samples using random sampling, with a standard error of 5% of the total population 130  MI classroom teachers at Kudusdistrict, obtained a sample of 98 people. The technique of collecting data through documentation and interviews with the LPTK Rayon 206 UIN Walisongo Semarang. While the analysis is done by using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression-correlation.  The results showed that: (1) The initial test of competence and pedagogical competence of MI  teacher at Kudus District 2014in the category good enough maing at 55.78 and 81.09 respectively, and (2) the initial competency test does not significantly influence the competence pedagogic of MI classroom teachers, with the model: Y = 78.047 + 0.056 X. While the initial competency test relations with pedagogical competence is positive and not significant with a correlation coefficient of 0.167 categorized as very low, so the initial competency test only contributes 2.8% of the  MI teacher pedagogical competence  in Kudus district.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) uji kompetensi awal dan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudus tahun 2014, serta (2) pengaruh uji kompetensi awal terhadap kompetensipedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudus tahun 2014.  Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex post facto bentuk correlational research. Penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling, dengan taraf kesalahan 5% dari jumlah populasi 130 guru kelas Mi dari kabupaten kudus, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pihak lPTk Rayon 206 UIN Walisongo Semarang. Sedangkan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi-korelasi linier sederhana. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) uji kompetensi awal dan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudustahun 2014 dalam kategori cukup baik maing-masing sebesar  55,78 dan 81,09, serta (2) uji kompetensi awal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi, dengan model:Ŷ = 78,047 + 0,056 X. Sedangkan hubungan uji kompetensi awal dengan kompetensi pedagogik adalah positif dan tidak signifikan dengan koefisienkorelasi sebesar  0,167 berkategori sangat rendah, sehingga uji kompetensi awal hanya memberikan kontribusi sebesar 2,8% terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas madrasah ibtidaiyah di kabupaten kudus.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into primary education curriculum governance remains constrained by conceptual ambiguity, ethical concerns, and digital inequalities, particularly in under-resourced education systems where technological readiness is limited. This study addresses these challenges by conducting a systematic literature review to explore how AI can be ethically, effectively, and contextually embedded into curriculum decision-making. Grounded in five theoretical frameworks—Data-Driven Decision Making, Adaptive Learning, AI-Based Decision Support Systems, Contextual Curriculum Design, and Technology Ethics in Education—the review synthesizes findings from peer-reviewed publications over the past decade. Results reveal that AI holds significant potential to strengthen curriculum planning through real-time assessment, personalized learning trajectories, and prescriptive analytics that enhance evidence-based decisions. Nevertheless, systemic barriers such as poor digital infrastructure, limited AI literacy among educators, and fragmented policy directions continue to hinder large-scale adoption and sustainability. To respond to these challenges, the study proposes an integrative conceptual model that repositions AI not merely as a technological tool but as an ethically grounded and contextually adaptive agent within curriculum governance. Such a model emphasizes that the meaningful and equitable application of AI requires strong cross-sectoral collaboration, coherent policy alignment, and sustained capacity-building initiatives. By advancing this perspective, the study underscores the importance of positioning AI as a catalyst for inclusive and transformative educational change, ensuring that technological innovation aligns with ethical imperatives and local contextual needs.
