Abstract

Perpustakaan SMA Islam Nahdlotusysyubban Ploso masih menggunakan cara konvensional atau cara manual dalam memanajemen pengolahan data buku-buku perpustakaan. Hal tersebut memunculkan beberapa permasalahan baik dalam lamanya proses pencatatan dan keakurasian data buku perpustakaan. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sebuah aplikasi yang mendukung dalam proses kerja pustakawan. Dengan adanya aplikasi setidaknya akan mempercepat proses pelayanan perpustakaan, dikarenakan adanya dorongan perangkat lunak (software), perangkat keras (hardware), infrastruktur, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terlatih. Aplikasi perpustakaan ini menggunakan bahasa Unified Modelling Language (UML)  dengan menggunakan permodelan   use case diagram, activity diagram, sequensi diagram dan class diagram. Metode Waterfall dipilih dalam pengembangan aplikasi perpustakaan ini.The Nahdlotusysyubban Ploso Islamic High School library still uses the conventional method or the manual method in managing the data processing of library books. This raises several problems both in the length of the recording process and the accuracy of library book data. From these problems, it is necessary to have an application that supports the librarian's work process. With the application, it will at least speed up the library service process, due to the encouragement of software (software), hardware (hardware), infrastructure, and trained Human Resources (HR). This library application uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The Waterfall method was chosen in the development of this library application.  Data Processing; Information Systems; Library; UML; Waterfall.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many employees who do not feel satisfied with carrying out their work. However, in the results of preliminary observations that have been made at the Kolaka Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, it was found that employees feel high job satisfaction, which the researcher then identified as being caused by religiosity and the quality of work life that employees feel. This quantitative study aims to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity and quality of work life on employee job satisfaction. This study involved 41 employees who are civil servants (PNS) and were positioned as respondents. The researcher used observation and questionnaires to answer the two research objectives. This study found that (1) there is a significant positive influence between religiosity and employee job satisfaction, and (2) there is a significant positive influence between quality of work life and employee job satisfaction. Finally, this study provides policy recommendations for the Kolaka Regency Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the future, which is still very important and relevant to maintaining and improving the religiosity and quality of work life of employees.

Abstract

Good financial management is essential for the financial well-being of a family. Financial management is heavily reliant on the financial literacy of the family. Financial literacy will assist families in understanding risk, making good investment decisions, and developing disciplined money management practises. The Raoda village community does not yet have a solid grasp on financial literacy. The majority of people are still unable to plan investments and manage financial risks. This project aims to educate and enhance financial literacy in the Raoda Village community on Family Financial Management. The activities began with observation and cooperation with the village government, followed by the production of activity plans, materials, and aid in the preparation of plans and assessments. Following completion of this programme, it was discovered that the family was capable of making their own plans and managing simple family finances. There were some participants in this activity who, due to their education level and age, were unable to properly organise their family finances. Aside from these variables, the bulk of women's labour as housewives is the most important determining factor. Several factors contribute to the lack of financial literacy in setting plans and planning for strong financial governance.

Abstract

The community service program in Dawuhan Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency, focused on the development of the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) "Mbah Juki" cassava crackers, which faced significant challenges in pricing, production efficiency, and marketing. The primary objective of the program was to enhance participants' managerial and technical capacities through training in operational systems and pricing strategies. The methodology involved problem identification through surveys, training, direct mentoring, and periodic evaluations. The results demonstrated improved participant abilities in setting more strategic pricing, enhancing production efficiency, and effectively utilizing social media and packaging design to attract customers. Evaluations indicated significant improvements in efficiency and product competitiveness, contributing positively to business sustainability and local economic empowerment. Overall, the community service activities successfully met the established targets and had a positive impact on both the MSME and the local community.

Abstract

Tape hanjeli merupakan makanan tradisional khas daerah Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, terbuat dari biji hanjeli (Coix lacryma jobi-L.) yang difermentasi menggunakan ragi. Penelitian bertujuan menguji karakterisasi probiotik isolat bakteri asam laktat asal tape hanjeli. Metode penelitian meliputi pembuatan tape hanjeli, isolasi dan identifikasi isolat bakteri asam laktat, serta karakterisasi Bakteri Asam laktat secara makroskopik dan mikroskopik. Isolasi bakteri asam laktat dilakukan dengan metode pengenceran pada media de Man Rogosa Sharpe Agar (MRS Agar). Diambil tiga pengenceran terakhir 10-5 , 10-6 dan 10-7 . Identifikasi dan karakterisasi bakteri asam laktat secara makroskopik meliputi ukuran, bentuk, warna, elevasi, margin dan opasitas koloni yang tumbuh. Identifikasi secara mikroskopik meliputi Uji Pewarnaan Gram, Uji Katalase, Uji Oksidase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh enam isolat bakteri asam laktat berbentuk batang; hasil uji pewarnaan Gram diperoleh Gram positif, pH pertumbuhan bakteri asam laktat berkisar antara 4.0 – 5.0; hasil uji katalase negatif dan uji oksidase negative. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa bakteri asam laktat dari tape hanjeli diduga berasal dari genus Lactobacillus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Benyamin Guluh, Kolaka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat IGD dan ICU di Rumah Sakit Benyamin Guluh/BLUD Kolaka SMS Berjaya yang berjumlah 46 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja perawat. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on the performance of nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The research sample was 46 emergency room and ICU nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/BLUD Kolaka SMS Berjaya. The data analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Research produces findings that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the participation of community leaders in Ngargomulyo to strengthen religious moderation in a pluralistic society. This type of research is field research, with data collection techniques through observation and researchers as participant observers, in-depth interviews with non-structured models, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Data analysis uses the Miles Huberman-Saldana model, which begins with data collection which is then sorted first, after which the data is presented, and ends with data verification. The results of this study show that: First, that in uniting communities that are different from faith requires the role of community leaders. This role is carried out in assisting the community, starting from discussion activities between interfaith youth facilitated by the village government. Second, the delivery of religious material, although the target is for residents of the same faith, but still maintain ethics with other religions by not demonising groups that are not of the same faith as themselves. Third, the implementation of community culture that has been passed down from generation to generation becomes a space for encounter between them, so that mechanical solidarity is very visible in these cultural activities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of brand image and environmental knowledge on the purchase intention of Toyota Hybrid cars in Kolaka Regency. Using a quantitative method, data was collected through questionnaire distribution. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with Smart PLS 4.0. The results show that brand image and environmental knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Toyota Hybrid cars in Kolaka Regency. Based on these findings, Kalla Toyota Kolaka needs to enhance brand image by highlighting its strengths, such as product quality, after-sales services, and attractive promotions. Additionally, the dealer should build a strong brand identity with a unique and consistent logo, color scheme, and tagline across all communication channels. Regarding environmental concerns, the dealer should increase awareness of pollution issues by implementing emission reduction programs, waste management initiatives, and eco-friendly technology adoption. Furthermore, collaboration with local organizations and communities is essential to enhance environmental awareness and engagement

Abstract

This study aims to explore the classroom management practices of student teachers in the Elementary School Education (PGMI) Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Kudus. This research uses a case study approach, involving students of the PGMI Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Kudus in conceptual and practical learning related to classroom management. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interview techniques with student participants regarding the experience of classroom management practices, passive observation presented in the form of visual micro-teaching practices and field experience practices, as well as documentation of the study program curriculum which contains a cluster of classroom management courses. While analyzing the data of this study using thematic analysis. The findings of this study explore that the readiness of PGMI IAIN Kudus study program students in micro-teaching practice as a forum for how practitioners simultaneously and alternately play roles, both as teachers, students, and even observers (observers, supervisors), while PPL as a forum for real practice and self-development in the frame of education, both formal, non-formal, and informal become a reality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dan kewenangan pengelolaan sebelum adanya Peraturan Daerah Pengelolaan Sampah di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang di analisis dengan cara menginterpretasikan, menilai, dan mengevaluasi bahan-bahan hukum dengan bersandarkan pada teori-teori hukum yang relevan, untuk kemudian di tarik kesimpulan dalam bentuk pernyataan (analisis kualitatif). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa bentuk kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi berupa Peraturan Bupati Nomor 43 Tahun 2016, sebagai bentuk diskresi ketiadaan Peraturan Daerah tentang Pengelolaan Sampah sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2008. Kewenangan penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Sampah di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dilaksanakan oleh dinas PERKIM (Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman) beserta KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) dan BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa). Oleh karena itu disarankan Pengelolaan Sampah dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, karena Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 telah mengatur secara jelas urusan pengelolaan sampah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintahan bidang Lingkungan Hidup dan Pemerintahan bidang Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang.
