Abstract

Along with the development of the increasingly massive digital era, technological skills have become very important for every profession, including accounting teachers. Accounting teachers need to have the ability to compile digital-based financial statements because they are at the forefront of preparing accounting graduates who will compete in the professional and modern world of work. Analysis of the situation shows that the teacher of MGMP Accounting SMK Kulon Progo. The participants of the PkM activity were 21 teachers of MGMP Accounting for SMK Kulon Progo Regency. The steps of PKM activities are 1) the urgency of the ability to prepare digital-based financial statements for teachers 2) the practice of preparing journals and ledgers with Microsoft Excel, 3) the practice of preparing adjustment journals and financial statements with Microsoft Excel, 4) direction and technical explanation for the assignment of independent worksheet work, 5) independent work by teachers for 2 weeks, 6) presentation of independent work, and 7) dedication to reviewing the practical task of preparing digital-based financial statements. The result of PKM activities is the increasing ability of accounting teachers to compile digital-based financial statements. The achievement of PkM results is supported by several factors, namely the solidity of the service team, cooperation agreements between the service team and partners, smooth communication between the service team and partners, and the suitability of training materials with the needs of target partners.

Abstract

Abstract Online learning has the potential to become a learning model trend in the future. Student satisfaction in online learning activities is one of the benchmarks for the success of implementing educational programs in higher education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student interaction and the presence of lecturers on student satisfaction in online learning with student involvement as a moderator variable. This study is a cross-sectional survey with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 253 students. Data taken from questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of student interaction, lecturer presence, and student engagement on student satisfaction in online learning. Student interaction and lecturer presence also have a significant direct effect on student engagement. However, it turns out that there is no significant indirect effect of student interaction and lecturer presence on student satisfaction in online learning through student engagement. The implication is that educational institutions need to formulate implementing policies to optimize these three factors as an effort to increase student satisfaction in online learning.Bahasa Indonesia AbstrakPembelajaran daring sangat berpotensi menjadi tren model pembelajaran di masa depan. Kepuasan mahasiswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan penyelenggaraan program pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi mahasiswa dan kehadiran dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring dengan keterlibatan mahasiswa sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini merupakan survei cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 253 mahasiswa. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen penelitian menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan formula Alpha. Teknik analisis data dalam pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung signifikan interaksi mahasiswa, kehadiran dosen, dan keterlibatan mahasiswa terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Interaksi mahasiswa dan kehadiran dosen juga berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap keterlibatan mahasiswa. Namun, ternyata tidak ada indirect effect (pengaruh tidak langsung) signifikan interaksi mahasiswa dan kehadiran dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring melalui keterlibatan mahasiswa. Implikasinya yaitu penyelenggara pendidikan perlu merumuskan kebijakan implementatif untuk mengoptimalkan ketiga faktor tersebut sebagai upaya peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Kehadiran mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dalam kurikulum Sekolah Dasar merupakan permasalahan penting di era teknologi saat ini. Bahasa Inggris menjadi kunci komunikasi global. Artikel ini berisi kegiatan penayangan video animasi Bahasa Inggris dasar berbasis storytelling pada siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri Jragum berupa video pengenalan nama-nama hewan dan percakapan dasar dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan metode melihat lalu mempraktikkan agar terbiasa mengucapkan kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam mengingat nama-nama hewan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan kemampuan mereka untuk berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dasar sebagai bagian dari program kerja pengembangan potensi bahasa asing siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri Jragum.

Abstract

Product marketing strategy in the digital business era need to utilize optimal use of social media platforms. According to the situational analysis, the target audience for community service was unable to create social media ads for teaching factory products. As a solution to this problem, the service team is committed to providing community service related to assisting in the design of teaching factory product social media advertisements for the target audience. There were 34 participants in this service activity consisting of students and accompanying teachers. The results of the service activities show that overall the activities ran successfully and smoothly. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in the target audience's understanding of product design for social media advertising. Increased understanding can be seen from the ability to design product advertisements for social media posts by considering color composition, image quality, font size, typeface, and graphic design layout of social media advertisements. The success of implementing this service activity can also be reflected in the increase in sales turnover of teaching factory products.Keywords: advertising design; social media; sales turnover; products; teaching factory Strategi pemasaran produk pada era bisnis berbasis digital perlu memanfaatkan platform media sosial dengan optimal. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa khalayak sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat belum mampu melakukan desain iklan produk teaching factory pada media sosial. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi berkomitmen untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait pendampingan desain iklan media sosial produk teaching factory bagi khalayak sasaran. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 34 orang yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru pendamping. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan sukses dan lancar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman khalayak sasaran tentang desain produk untuk iklan media sosial. Peningkatan pemahaman terlihat dari kemampuan mendesain iklan produk untuk postingan media sosial dengan mempertimbangkan komposisi warna, kualitas gambar, ukuran huruf, jenis huruf, dan tata letak desain grafis iklan media sosial. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini juga dapat tercermin dari adanya peningkatan omzet penjualan produk teaching factory. Kata kunci: desain iklan; media sosial; omzet penjualan; produk; teaching factory

Abstract

Vocational skills in an inclusive society are needed in business trips within an organization. The Mitra Sejahtera Center for Disability Empowerment (PPDMS) is an organization of persons with disabilities that is productive in producing patchwork mat products in quite a large capacity. This research wants to reveal how assistive technology in their business can change their vocational skills before and after knowing technology. This study uses a qualitative approach with a unique case of doormat crafts at PPDMS in Gunungkidul Regency. The research subject is the organizational chart, including the chairman and members involved in the production of doormats. The results of this study indicate that their vocational skills underwent a significant transformation after assistive technology was introduced. Before they learn assistive technology, their skill is to weave mats with the help of conventional looms. Developing more modernly, the use of mechanization with non-machine looms accessible for persons with disabilities has changed weaving skills to weaving skills complemented by skills in spinning threads. Developing even more rapidly, engineering technology-based vocational skills create job specifications for persons with disabilities. The users of these semi-automatic machines must be skilled and understand the machine mechanization system. This research implies that with the existence of assistive technology, the transformation of vocational skills goes hand in hand with developments in technology and science.
