Abstract

The industrial sector has heightened competitiveness as the economy progresses, especially among companies producing similar products. These conditions require companies to adapt to changes in both the social and cultural landscape. This study aims to determine the impact of brand image, price, foreign branding, brand ambassadors, family, and peers on repurchase decisions and to identify which variables wield the most influence among brand image, price, foreign branding, and brand ambassadors. Sampling was conducted using non-probability methods employing purposive sampling techniques, yielding 245 respondents who purchased Geoff Max products at least twice a year. Based on the test, the brand image positively affected repurchase decisions, while price exhibited a negative effect. Similarly, foreign branding showed a negative effect, whereas brand ambassadors, family, and peers all displayed positive effects on repurchase decisions. Other test results show that brand image, price, foreign branding, brand ambassador, family, and peer group collectively positively affect repurchase decisions.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang pesat, teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang semakin penting dalam hampir setiap aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia bisnis dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, perusahaan-perusahaan modern tidak hanya memanfaatkan alat dan sistem untuk meningkatkan operasional bisnis, tetapi juga memperbaiki strategi perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA). Pada dasarnya, perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia adalah bagian integral dari manajemen bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa organisasi memiliki sumber daya manusia yang tepat pada tempat yang tepat dan waktu yang tepat juga. Dengan adopsi teknologi informasi, perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia tidak hanya menjadi lebih efisien, tetapi juga lebih adaptif dan terkini dalam menghadapi tuntutan pasar yang berubah dengan cepat. Rekrutmen merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dari manajemen SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, karena menentukan siapa yang akan bergabung dengan organisasi dan berkontribusi terhadap visi dan misi perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, teknologi informasi memegang peranan sentral dalam memperluas jangkauan rekrutmen, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan lamaran, serta memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terinformasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi telah membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi bias, dan memperluas jangkauan pencarian kandidat.

Abstract

Bungkil inti sawit digunakan sebagai pakan ternak, berpotensi besar menggantikan sebagian bahan pakan pada ransum komesial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi energi metabolis ransum mengandung bungkil inti sawit pada ayam kampung. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan menggunakan sebanyak 16 ekor ayam kampung disusun secara acak menjadi 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah R0= Pemberian pakan komersil tanpa penambahan bungkil inti sawit;  R1= Pemberian pakan komersil dengan penambahan 10 % bungkil inti sawit; R2= Pemberian pakan komersil dengan penambahan 15 % bungkil inti sawit; R3= Pemberian pakan komersil dengan penambahan 20 % bungkil inti sawit. Peubah yang diamati terdiri dari energi metabolis dan kecernaan ransum ayam kampong dengan menggunakan metoda indikator Cr2O3. Hasil penelitian  menggunakan metode indikator menunjukan bahwa tepung bungkil inti sawit tidak erpengaruh nyata   pada energi metabolis, dan  kecernaan ransum. Namun pada kecernaan lemak kasar, menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung bungkil inti sawit sangat berpengaruh nyata (P<0,01).KATA KUNCI: ayam kampung, tepung bungkil inti  sawit, energi metabolis  THE INFLUENCE OF COMMERCIAL FEED SUBSTITUTION FOR CAKE FLOUR BY PALM KERNEL OF ENERGY RATION DIGESTIBILITY AND METABOLIS FREE-RANGE CHICKENABSTRACTPalm kernel for cake which is used as animal feed, potentially replacing big feed ingredients in commercial rations. This research was conducted to evaluate the energy metabolis rations contain palm kernel for cake on a free-range chicken. Draft research using randomized complete design with the use of as many as 16 free-range chickens randomly arranged into 4 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatment used is R0 = feeding a commercial without the addition of palm kernel for cake;  R1 = feeding a commercial with the addition of 10% for cake palm kernel; R2 = feeding a commercial with the addition of 15% for cake palm kernel; R3 = feeding a commercial with the addition of 20% for cake palm kernel. The observed variables are composed of energy and digestibility of metabolis free-range chicken rations using indicators of Cr2O3. The results of research using the method of indicator showing that palm kernel for cake flour has no effect on the real energy ration digestibility and metabolis. However, on a rough fat digestibility showed that the addition of palm kernel for cake flour is very influential real (P < 0.01).

Abstract

This study is aimed to find out: (1) which one of Think-Pair-Share method with Module (TPS-M), Think-Pair-Share (TPS) or direct learning results better performance; (2) which one of students who have high, medium, or low interpersonal intelligence is better in learning achievement; (3) which one of TPS-M, TPS, or direct learning results better learning achievement on high, medium, and low interpersonal inteligence students. This study used quasi experimental method with 3x3 factorial design. The population was the tenth grade engineering students of vocational school in Nganjuk on academic year 2012/2013. Sampling was stratified cluster random sampling method. The size of sample was 302 students with 101 students in the first experimental class, 105 students in the second experimental class and 96 students in the control class. A questionnaire interpersonal intelligence and achievement tests on mathematics were used to collect the data. The trial of questionnaire instrument includes content validity, internal consistency and reliability. Test trials include content validity, level of difficulty, different power and the reliability. The prerequisite of ANAVA test was normality test using Lilliefors test and the test of homogeneity used the Bartlett test. Balance test used one way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. Hypothesis testing used two ways analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. Based on the data analysis, it concluded as follows. (1) TPS-M produces better learning achievement than TPS and direct teaching model. TPS learning model provides better learning achievement than the direct instructional model; (2) High interpersonal intelligence students have better mathematics learning outcomes than medium and low interpersonal intelligence students. Medium interpersonal intelligence students have better mathematics learning outcomes than low interpersonal intelligence students. (3) In each high, medium, and low interpersonal intelligence students have better learning achievement in learning model TPS-M than TPS and direct instructional model; furthermore, the high, medium, and low interpersonal intelligence students have better learning achievement in learning model TPS than direct instructional. Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of the mathematics building card learning media using Augmented Reality technology to improve critical thinking skills. This study uses the design and development stages. The design stage aims to design a prototype of the mathematics building card using Augmented Reality technology. In contrast, the development stage seeks to test the validity and practicality of the mathematics building card using Augmented Reality technology. The subjects involved in the study were seven validators in the expert validation activity and 11 people in the product practicality activity. Data analysis used V Aiken for expert validation, while practicality used the percentage of practicality. The expert validation results showed that the V Aiken calculation results were more than 0.76 for each item. The practicality results obtained a percentage for each statement item of more than 77.27. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the mathematics building card learning media product using Augmented Reality technology can be categorized as valid and practical. The results of this study imply that research products need to be further researched, such as testing the effectiveness of the resulting product.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived price, perceived security, and perceived ease of use on consumer purchase decisions on the Tokopedia application. This quantitative study uses an online survey distributed via Google Forms, targeting 100 respondents who are new and active Tokopedia users in the East Cengkareng area. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings suggest that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived price significantly affect consumer purchase decisions on the Tokopedia platform. This research contributes to understanding how key factors like convenience, security, and pricing perceptions shape online consumer behavior in e-commerce platforms, specifically Tokopedia. The study's results provide insights for e-commerce businesses, particularly Tokopedia, to enhance user experience by focusing on ease of use, improving security measures, and offering competitive pricing to influence purchasing decisions effectively.

Abstract

There is a threat of extreme waves and a moderate risk level of coastal erosion in Bunton Village. Based on the preliminary assessment, there is huge erosion of the shoreline and visible changes in the shoreline temporally. However, there is no statistical data on short-term shoreline change behavior in this area. Hence, this research aims to analyze statistically the short-term shoreline change behavior to understand the conditions and phenomena that occur on the coast of Bunton Village. Landsat images spanning the years 2002 to 2022, with recording intervals of 5 years each, were used to identify the shoreline data, which was later analyzed using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS). Statistical analyses of short-term shoreline change behavior were obtained using the End Point Rate (EPR) and Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) approaches. Over a 20-year period, the Bunton coastal area experiences dynamic changes that are primarily due to erosion, with an average distance change of -255.5 meters and an average speed of -14.6 meters per year (very high erosion). The existence of the electric steam power plant (ESPP) in Adipala, which built a breakwater in 2012, has been proven to increase the erosion process. Shoreline change in this area can affect various landuses and tourism activities as well as trigger environmental problems in the Bunton coastal area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami secara untuh bentuk dan makna istilah yang digunakan kru mekanik di Kecamatan Balaraja. Metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang relevan adalah metode simak dengan teknik lanjutannya menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap, rekam, dan catat. Metode untuk menganalisis data menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik hubung banding. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat istilah jargon dan register berjumlah 5 data, argot ditemukan 2 data, sedangkan ken ditemukan 1 data. Dengan demikian, istilah yang dominan digunakan antara kru mekanik di Kecamatan Balaraja adalah jargon dan register. Selain itu, penggunaan istilah bahasa oleh kru mekanik di Kecamatan Balaraja juga dapat disimpulkan tidak bersifat rahasia. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat diimplikasikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA kelas X semester 1 pada Kompetensi Dasar 3.5 yang membahas teks anekdot dari aspek makna tersirat. Implikasi ini dapat dikaitkan dengan materi menilai isi dan aspek makna tersirat dalam teks anekdot.

Abstract

Diskalkulia dapat dinyatakan sebagai ketidakmampuan untuk menghitung (kalkulia) atau bermasalah untuk melakukan penambahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian yang disebabkan adanya gangguan pada saraf otak yang mampu menurunkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran XyMac sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman matematis pada siswa diskalkulia dengan metode multisensory (2) mengetahui respon pengguna media pembelajaran XyMac sebagaiupaya meningkatkan pemahaman matematis pada siswa diskalkulia dengan metode multisensory (3) mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman matematis pada siswa diskalkulia setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran XyMac dengan metode multisensory. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan yaitu analisis (analyze), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran XyMac memenuhi kriteria kelayakan yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali dan tidak perlu direvisi. Implementasi media pembelajaran XyMac mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif dari pengguna dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman matematis pada siswa diskalkulia setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran XyMac dengan metode multisensory.

Abstract

Study This done for explore elements​​ mathematics (ethnomathematics) in Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya. Method used in study This that is descriptive qualitative with approach ethnography. Data used is the data obtained through studies literature; observation; interview; and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's methods include data reduction, data presentation, as well Conclusion drawing and verification. Aspect culture from Reminiscences of Sri Aji Jayabaya obtained from studies literature and interviews. Aspect mathematical from Reminiscences of Sri Aji Jayabaya obtained from results observations made.​ Documentation Alone used as supporting data that has been obtained through studies literature; interview; and observation. Result of study This is there is elements​​ mathematics (ethnomathematics) in Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya; that is draft mirroring; get up room side flat; get up room side curved; and wake up flat.
