This study aims to create a Decision Support System applications increase rank by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, in order to facilitate Kumafa Shipping Company Limited Lagun Marina to get employees to be promoted, as well as simplify management determines appropriate employees increased rank.Data collection methods used in this thesis pembutan the method of observation and literature. From the results of research by the author, it can be concluded that the application of Decision Support Systems pembutan Increase Employees Rank Company Limited Lagun Marina Kumafa using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Office Access 2003. Can improve the quality of the Limited Liability Kumafa Lagun Marina Bengkulu in Decision Making Increase Rank.

This research is to design an online game based on calculations using Macromedia Flash 8.0so as to help children around the world in online learning multiplication . With the website ofthis multiplication game that people can easily access games multiplication calculations quicklywithout requiring a lot of time .The research method used is the System Development Method . Information obtained by the manual will be developed in the direction of Computerized through the website so that peoplecan directly see and play the online multiplication calculations . The game was implemented to hire a Linux -based Hosting and Domain so that the website can more quickly access and security can be guaranteed .Based on the results of testing the system in the calculation of Multiplication Based GamesOnline Using Flash can assist users in learning multiplication calculations .

As a formal education institution at the first advanced level, SMP Negeri 03 Kota tries to implement all existing computer-based activities, both in terms of preparing subject schedules, making reports and other activities that require the presence of a computer as a tool. To be able to bridge the problems faced by SMP Negeri -3 Bengkulu City in determining the overall class ranking champion for each class increase is to build a program that is built using a programming language. While the method used in the decision making concept is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the decision support system (DSS) is a computer-based information system that produces various decision alternatives to assist management in dealing with various structured or unstructured problems using data and models. The benefits of a decision support system are making the right decisions, according to the type of decision required, making forecasts, comparing alternative actions, making impact analyzes and creating models. The SAW method can solve complex problems, where there are quite a lot of criteria taken, the structure of the problem is unclear, the uncertainty of the decision maker's perception and the uncertainty of the availability of accurate statistical data. Bengkulu found that this program really helped the school in selecting the overall champion at the junior high school. Where the process is very fast, practical and objective because the calculations are carried out in the program.

Hospitals and Community Health Centers or clinics are institutions that operate in the field of public health services. It is very important for hospitals, health centers and clinics to display doctor schedules. This is done so that patients know the Doctor's Practice Schedule at that time more accurately. An information system is a collection of unified data that is properly and correctly informed and the information conveyed can also be received well. The system development method used is the waterfall model. Design analysis includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Multimedia-Based Elementary Level Japanese Language Learning Method Using Macromedia Flash MX (2010). This research aims to create a basic level Japanese language learning method at LP2M El Rahma Bengkulu using Macromedia Flash MX, to make it easier for teachers, pupils and students to learn basic level Japanese so as to increase interest and attraction in learning Japanese. The research was carried out at LP2M El Rahma Bengkulu, whose address is Jalan Kemang Manis No.10 Sawah Lebar Bengkulu Tel. (0736) 22123 Bengkulu. The research was carried out from March to July 2010. The problem in this research is how to create a basic level Japanese language learning method using Macromedia Flash MX. So it can be useful for El Rahma Bengkulu and students of course. Based on the results and discussion as well as the results of system testing, it can be concluded that in creating this Japanese language learning method at LP2M El Rahma Bengkulu, they first created a system design. This software was created using Macromedia Flash MX. So it has an attractive appearance and gets good results.

Raja Computer Shop Bengkulu is a computer shop that provides laptops, computers and computer accessories. The Bengkulu Raja Computer Store still applies manual shopping procedures or customers must come directly to the store. As well as manual systems such as recording data and sales transactions. To solve the problems above, increase sales and reach a wider market share. Raja Computer Shop Bengkulu uses technology in its marketing and sales strategy by implementing E-Commerce. For data modeling, a structured method is used, namely Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to describe the data model and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) to describe the functional model. This E-commerce application can help customers to get information about products offered by the No Way Distro, as well as make it easier for customers to order a product, and can help increase sales for the Bengkulu Raja Computer Store.

Programming languages and databases have a very important role in solving various problems faced by humans. With programming languages and databases, human work can be quickly completed by creating a special application in the form of an information system. Currently, the process of selecting prospective BSM recipients is still influenced by the element of subjectivity of those who choose, so it is felt that there is less support for the process. If there is an inaccuracy by the assessment team, then the results will be feared that the provision of assistance to poor students will not be on target. The criteria used are: Parent's Income, Certificate of Inadequacy, Orphanage, Certificate of Good Behavior, and Living in an Orphanage Dormitory. In this research, the application creation tool uses Visual Basic 2015 and uses a database from Microsoft Access.

The teacher performance appraisal process is carried out through a manual assessment form which will then be given a value according to predetermined criteria. Comparative analysis of the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods on teacher performance assessment data is carried out by comparing the final results obtained from the two methods. The analysis is carried out by looking at the number of criteria used, the processing time and also the ranking results. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the comparison results obtained in terms of processing time, the SAW method is faster than the WP method, and from the ranking results the SAW method and the WP method have the same value.

Abstract Support for internet network infrastructure at the Putra Nusantara S-4 Vocational High School triggers the development of service facilities for students. One alternative is the development of an e-learning system in an effort to improve online learning through the delivery of learning materials, discussions, and other lecture activities conducted through electronic media. The aim of this research is to create e-learning at the Putra Nusantara S-4 Vocational High School using the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). The research method used in this study is the waterfall method with the stages of analyzing the old system, analyzing the new system, designing the system, implementing the system and testing the system. The results of the e-learning made are in the form of a Moodle-based learning application. E-learning displays subject matter in various application file formats in accordance with existing subjects in the competence of food crop agribusiness expertise, online assignments by teachers to students, online discussions through in-app forums and exams (quizzes). carried out by teachers for their students (students) in an effort to improve the professionalism of teacher competencies and student competencies in agriculture.
