Abstract

The development of technology and information today greatly affects data security and privacy. Data, which includes facts or details about an event, can be in various forms and requires reliable management. Cryptography is the main solution to securing information, which involves two main processes: encryption and decryption. The ElGamal method, an asymmetric cryptography algorithm, uses a pair of public and private keys, increasing data security without sharing the secret key. ElGamal's strength lies in the Discrete Logarithm Problem, which provides resistance to brute force attacks. It can also be used for digital signatures, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of dataThe implementation results concluded that ElGamal effectively secures text data by encrypting it into a sequence of unrepresentative characters. This implementation provides an additional layer of security by making the encrypted data unconnected to the original information

Abstract

Abstract: Data and information security and confidentiality are important elements of data and information. A database is a collection of logically related and integrated information that can meet the needs of an organization. Database security is the last line of defense when a system is attacked by an external party after successfully bypassing network defenses, operating system security, and applications. Data security can be protected through the implementation of cryptography. Affine Cipher can make a system feel secure by multiplying each plaintext value by a different number and then adding it to the shift value. From the results of the tests conducted, the contents of the database records are secured, so that the records stored in the database are randomized and the developed application can function as expected. Keywords: Security, Database, Affine Cipher. Abstrak: Keamanan serta kerahasiaan data atau informasi adalah salah satu elemen yang penting dalam sebuah data atau informasi. Basis data merupakan sekumpulan informasi yang saling berhubungan secara logis dan berintegrasi sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan suatu organisasi. Keamanan basis data merupakan benteng terakhir saat suatu sistem diserang oleh pihak luar setelah berhasil melewati pertahanan jaringan, keamanan sistem operasi, dan aplikasi. Keamanan data dapat dilindungi melalui penerapan kriptografi. Affine Cipher dapat membuat sistem terasa aman dengan mengalikan setiap nilai teks biasa dengan angka berbeda dan kemudian menambahkan dengan nilai pergeseran. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan mengamankan isi record database, sehingga yang tersimpan di dalam database record yang telah diacak dan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Keamanan, Database, Affine Cipher

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in healthcare services is very important to pay attention to because it can provide an overview of service quality. Patients will feel satisfied if the healthcare services they receive meet or exceed their expectations, and conversely, patient dissatisfaction or disappointment will arise if the healthcare services they receive do not meet their expectations. KANO is one of the methods used to assess patient satisfaction with service quality and measure service quality by identifying patient preferences and categorizing service attributes. Thus, patient satisfaction is the level of feeling patients experience as a result of the healthcare services they receive after comparing them with their expectations. The system implementation uses PHP programming language, and the method employed in this study is System Development Life Cycle method. From the results of the testing conducted, it can be concluded that patient satisfaction using this method can be achieved effectively and establish high-quality service standards

Abstract

Pneumonia is a serious disease and can threaten human life, pneumonia is most serious when it occurs in infants and children. This study was conducted at the Tebat Karai Health Center, Tebat Karai Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. Given the large number of patients suffering from pneumonia, sometimes the Tebat Karai Health Center has difficulty in handling it. Therefore, an expert system using the Certainty Factor method was designed. With this expert system, it can provide ease of initial consultation if the doctor is not available, although later it will still be consulted directly with the doctor. This expert system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting expert system can provide convenience for users to diagnose early pneumonia online.

Abstract

This 2D Shooter game is an adventure video game where the player plays the character of a Survivor. This game focuses on the Survivor's adventure to kill all the monsters in order to continue to the next level until the end. This game uses the Unity game engine, by implementing the Finite State Machine. Finite State Machine is used on NPCs (Non-Playable Characters), namely characters that appear in the game as monsters in the game such as Enemy and Boss characters.In the tests that have been carried out the results of the FSM (Finite State Machine) in this 2D Shooter game, most of the respondents with an average of 32% answered Very Good, 41% answered Good, 24% answered Moderate, 3% answered Poor.

Abstract

Educational assistance programmes from the government and other parties allow people to focus on education without being burdened by costs. In Indonesia, various aid programmes are available, including Bidik Misi for new students and special programmes for active students in need. These programmes aim to help poor, high-achieving students continue their education. However, there are problems in the determination of aid recipients. Aid funds are often misused by some students for hedonistic lifestyles. This is due to a selection system that is not objective and is still influenced by "insider power". Assessments based on students' economic conditions and achievements are often ignored, and priority is given to students who have connections in related institutions. This practice contradicts the purpose of the educational assistance programme, which is supposed to help students with economic limitations. Therefore, this research uses a Decision Support System (SDM). This study involved 15 students as data samples and used 5 assessment criteria. The selection of data samples was carried out by applying the Combined Compromise Solution method, one of the methods in decision making. From the selection process, 3 students were selected who were entitled to receive assistance. They are Siti Humairoh with a final score of 2.5395, Hafid Bangko in second place with a score of 2.2353, and Syfa Zahra in third place with a score of 2.1629. The three students have fulfilled all the requirements and they can proceed to the initial data validation process.

Abstract

Abstract Talang Empat District is one of the sub-districts in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Every year the Talang Empat District Office will record population data for data archiving and reporting. The economic capacity of each community is different, some have high economic status, some have medium, and some have low.The application of the K-Medoid Method in grouping the economic status of the community in Talang Empat District can help staff/employees of the Talang Empat District Office in managing population data in Talang Empat District, especially with regard to the economic status of the population, and can also help provide information on the results of grouping population data based on status. The economy has been divided into 3 groups, namely high, medium and low. Based on the data used as many as 90 residents in Kembang Seri Village, Taba Pasemah Village, and Nakau Village, Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu Regency, the results showed that the number of residents in Cluster I (High Economic Status) was 14 residents with a percentage of 15.6%, Cluster II (Medium Economic Status) has 44 residents with a percentage of 48.9%, and Cluster III (Low Economic Status) has 32 residents with a percentage of 35.6%.Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the functionality of the application runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of grouping population data into 3 clusters according to the data collection year chosen according to the K-Medoid Method. Keywords: K-Medoid Method, Economic Status, Talang Empat District

Abstract

Technology development is running very fast along with human needs. The rapid development of technology also extends to the world of education. One of the technological developments is educational games which were created as learning media to support teacher teaching and learning activities. This study aims to build a game as a means of increasing students' knowledge of the types and shapes of plane shapes and geometric shapes. This Educational Game was built using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method with the game development stages consisting of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results that can be obtained in this study are to create a game application as a learning media for class 1 of Elementary School in the introduction of  the two and three-dimensional figure for class 1 using  HTML5-based.
