Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest tropical rainforest in the world. This situation causes Indonesia to have the potential to become a country producing herbal ingredients, or spices, which we often encounter in the kitchen. Herbal ingredients are from nature and have many benefits, especially for health. Aside from being consumed, herbs can also be added to products used by the external body, such as herbal soaps. Herbal ingredients in soap can brighten, moisturize, and solve skin problems. The purpose of this community service is to train the community in Bancaran Village regarding making soap from herbal ingredients that are easy to find in the kitchen using simple tools. The methods used are the lecture method and demonstration simulation. The results of the community service show that the people in Bancaran village are very enthusiastic about this training, and the community can make handmade herbal soaps with attractive packaging and then market them.

Abstract

Bandeng fish is a fish that is rich in vitamins and proteins, especially in the region of eastern Java and its surroundings. Fish Bandeng is even available every day in markets and supermarkets so that for the business of fish Bandeng, it can be processed for some purposes of the devotion of society. Fish Bandeng is processed as weed so that it can build an IKM in the village (Kencat) Bancaran Madura. By learning to make a process of weed bandeng fish, it can be meaded into a sales power that is beneficial for the village masyarakat (Kencat) Bancaran Madura.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition in the nutritional status of toddlers who have shorter heights compared to their age. One of the villages in Bangkalan that has a high rate of stunting is Bancaran Village. With the majority of Madurese people having Moringa plants near their homes and gardens, Moringa leaves are used as a source of nutrition at an economical price by being processed into Moringa noodles in an effort to prevent and accelerate the reduction in stunting. The purpose of this activity is a form of community service to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Bancaran Village. The methods used are discussion, practice of making moringa noodles, and training assistance. The result is that community service activities, including discussion, practice, and assistance in making Moringa noodles as an effort to prevent and reduce stunting rates for 2 weeks in Bancaran Village, have gone well and received a positive response.

Abstract

The higher prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is directly proportional to the high cost of treatment. Training on making avocado leaf infusions in Socah Village, Bangkalan Regency, can be an alternative therapy for lowering blood pressure and help the government indirectly handle health and economic issues. This activity uses the lecture method and direct practice, involving ten people from the community who are willing to become participants. The implementation will occur from February 11 to July 16, 2023, beginning with a lecture, followed by direct practice and follow-up activities. Overall, this community service shows good results because of the enthusiasm of the people who are expected to be able to apply it in their daily lives. It was concluded that the people of Socah Village, Bangkalan Regency, could make an infusion of avocado leaves after going through training.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase health knowledge and instill it in everyday life about how to wash rice properly and correctly. Furthermore, the community pays more attention to how to process good staple foods so that nutrient intake becomes optimal. Furthermore, the community pays more attention to how to process good staple foods so that the community's intake of nutrients is optimal. This activity consists of four stages. First, the team conducted a survey and analysis of regional problems. Second, planning includes the formation of performances and the preparation of activity programs. The third is implementation, and the fourth is assessment. This activity was held from March 14 to August 15, 2023. Respondents participated well in this activity.  The respondents' health knowledge and their awareness of caring about the level of nutrients they consume rose.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of consumer loyalty for companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Digital Era. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 consumers using a random sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to consumers. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in the digital era, 2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the digital era, and 3) Service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the digital Era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to increase consumer loyalty, companies must also improve service quality and customer satisfaction in the digital era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a tendency to decrease employee performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of agile leadership and employee job satisfaction in the VUCA era. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via the Google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of this study explain 1) Agile leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) Agile leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance employees in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve agile leadership and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of employee commitment in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee commitmentThe research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample for this study consisted of 100 employees using a random sampling method. Data is collected via surveys distributed via google forms. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. Collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. This is shown by the results of this study 1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, and 3) transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The findings of this study suggest that if companies want to increase employee commitment, companies must improve transformational leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of investment decisions for the millennial generation. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on the investment decisions of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generations who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study explain 1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, 2) Risk perception has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, and 3) Financial literacy and risk perception have a positive effect and significant for the investment decision of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. The findings of this study indicate that if the millennial generation wants to improve their investment decisions in the era of society 5.0, they must improve their financial literacy and risk perception.

The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees using random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to company employees. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that 1) Good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, 2) Individual morality has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, and 3) Good corporate governance and individual morality have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. The findings of this study suggest that if companies want to improve fraud prevention, companies must also improve good corporate governance and individual morality.
