Abstract

This paper introduces small signal modeling of the restructured boost converter (RBC) in continuous conduction mode (CCM) by using the circuit averaging technique. The averaging technique produces linear transfer functions of the converter. The transfer functions relating the duty cycle to output voltage, duty cycle to inductor current, input voltage to output voltage, and input voltage to inductor current are obtained. To validate the converter model, power simulation (PSIM) simulations are developed, and experiments are conducted. The function of RBC is similar to a conventional boost converter, i.e., to level up the input voltage. A comparative analysis between the RBC and conventional boost converter is performed. The results highlight the advantages of RBC over a conventional boost converter.

Abstract

This study investigates the tectonic control on the development of geological structures along the Alo River in Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The research was conducted through geological mapping, structural analysis, and petrographic examination of basalt rock samples. The area is characterized by two major geomorphological units: structural hills and floodplains. Stratigraphically, it comprises basalt units—correlated with the Bilungala Volcanic Formation—and alluvial deposits. Structural analysis reveals two orders of joint structures with dominant orientations of NW–SE and N–S, interpreted as the result of multiple tectonic episodes. Petrographic analysis shows porphyritic and intergranular textures with plagioclase, pyroxene, and minor olivine as dominant minerals. Tectonic stress analysis using Win_Tensor software indicates transtensional regimes characterized by normal faulting and strike-slip faults with extensional components. These structures are associated with tectonic evolution in the North Arm of Sulawesi, transitioning from compressional to oblique-extensional settings during the Late Miocene–Pliocene due to changes in subduction geometry and microblock interactions. This ongoing tectonic activity has implications for regional geological mapping and natural resource management in Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism of itsbat nikah (marriage validation) for underage marriages conducted without a marriage dispensation based on Law Number 16 of 2019 and to formulate effective and implementable legal solutions in handling cases of child marriage without dispensation through the itsbat nikah mechanism. Method This research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach, which combines various legal sources and materials. The primary legal sources used include interview results and statutory provisions. Meanwhile, secondary legal sources were obtained from relevant scientific articles. Data was collected through interviews and then analyzed qualitatively to gain a deeper understanding of the legal issues under review. The novelty of this research is that it analyzes the mechanism of isbat nikah without dispensation and underage marriage without dispensation. The results of the study show that even though underage marriage without dispensation is a violation of laws and regulations, the court still provides room for marriage validation under certain conditions. The conclusion of the study is that more massive legal socialization from the government and the active role of all parties are needed to prevent the practice of child marriage that does not comply with procedures.

Abstract

Sebagaimana Permendesa PDTT Nomor 13 Tahun 2020 Tentang Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa mengenai pencapaian tujuan SDGs pada tingkat desa, termasuk Desa Bukit Raya Di Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara melalui kekuatan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM).
