Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Simulation Method and Student Internship Learning Outcomes at Setu Bekasi High School. To determine the relationship between the Disciplinary Behavior Method and Student Internship Learning Outcomes at Setu Bekasi High School. To determine the relationship between the Simulation Method and Disciplinary Behavior on Student Internship Learning Outcomes at Setu Bekasi High School. The type of research in this thesis is in the form of quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study was 603 students of SMAN Setu, taking random samples so that the sample studied was 85 student respondents. The results show that 1) the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.634 indicates that the relationship between X1 and Y has a strong level of relationship. The relationship between 63.4% of the PKN learning outcomes of students at SMA Setu Bekasi can be influenced by the Simulation Method variable 36.6% from external factors. 2) the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.510 indicates that the relationship between X2 and Y has a strong level of relationship. 3) The simulation method positively affects students' Internship learning outcomes at SMA Setu Bekasi; the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.800 indicates that the relationship between X1, X2, and Y has an extreme level of relationship. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination from the table above shows the value of R square = 0.641; the correlation value implies that 80% of the student learning outcomes of PKN at Setu Bekasi High School (Y) can be explained by the Simulation Method (X1) and Discipline Behavior (X2) so that it can be said that the relationship between the Simulation Method and Disciplinary Behavior together with the PKN learning outcomes of students at SMA Setu Bekasi is 20%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between students' perceptions of curriculum management on Aqidah Akhlak Learning Outcomes. To find out the positive relationship between students' spiritual intelligence on Aqidah Akhlak Learning Outcomes. To find out the positive relationship between students' perceptions of curriculum management and students' spiritual intelligence together with the Aqidah Akhlak Learning Outcomes at Madrasah Aliyah Bekasi Regency. This type of research is a descriptive correlation research. The population is by taking class XI students from three Madrasah Aliyah, namely 30 students of Class X1 Mas Nur Al Ghozy, 30 students of Class X1 Mas Al Ajhariyah, 30 students of Class X1 Mas Plus Roudhotul Muhibbin Bekasi, the sample in this study was 90 people. The analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis technique using the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20 by processing linearity test data, homogeneity test. and statistical hypothesis. The results of the study show that there is a positive relationship between curriculum management and the learning outcomes of Aqeedah Akhlak students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah, Bekasi Regency. There is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and the learning outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah, Bekasi Regency. There is a positive relationship between curriculum management and spiritual intelligence with the learning outcomes of Aqeedah Akhlak students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah, Bekasi Regency..

Abstract

In the context of higher education, work stress is an important issue faced by lecturers; work stress is a challenge faced by lecturers in higher education and can have a negative impact on the quality of teaching and human resource development. This study aims to develop a constellation model of influence between variables that contribute to reducing the work stress of lecturers at XYZ Private Higher Education. The research method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, including surveys, interviews, and path analysis, to identify the relationship between independent and dependent variables. In addition, this study applies the Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Research in Education Management (SITOREM) method to find the optimal strategy for reducing the work stress of lecturers. The results of the study indicate that several variables have a significant influence on the level of work stress of lecturers, including workload, social support, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. High workload tends to increase stress, while social support from colleagues and leaders, as well as high job satisfaction, can reduce stress levels. SITOREM analysis found that job security policies, fairer workload management, and increased social support and welfare facilities can be strategic solutions to reduce the work stress of lecturers. The conclusion of this study confirms that optimizing positive factors such as social support, work anxiety, and work-life balance can effectively reduce lecturers' work stress. The implications of these findings are expected to be the basis for university policies to improve lecturers' welfare and quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the process of electronic transfer of freehold title in land transaction at Bogor Regency Land Office. The main objective of this research is to identify the processes, constraints and benefits associated with the implementation of an electronic transfer of title system in land sale transaction. The research method is a descriptive analytical approach by collecting data through interviews with relevant parties and analyzing documents. The results show that the implementation of electronic transfer of freehold title has made a positive contribution to the process of land transaction, especially in Bogor Regency. It was found that the use of electronic system has improved administrative efficiency, reduced data input errors, and accelerated the processing time of transferring name. Nevertheless, there are still some obstacles related to access to technology. Therefore, the Ministry of Land and Spatial Planning and Bogor Regency Land Office should continue to update the system regularly to speed up the land services. In addition, the process of registering the transfer of rights/reversal of name of certificate is declarative or administrative, not constitutive. This means that the registration of a transfer of title is aimed at giving broader evidentiary powers to third parties in general, but it is not used to establish the validity of the transfer itself. The transfer of rights has occurred since the deed of transfer was signed by the PPAT. This is in contrast to the constitutive function of registration in Western law, where registration creates a new legal situation by determining when the transfer of rights occurs.

Abstract

The quality of education in 3T areas (lagging, leading and outermost) cannot be equated with education in other areas. Because the 3T area needs to be given different treatment in order to catch up with the lag from other regions. This research discusses the strategy conducted by the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah Sorong Regency in improving the quality of education for Islamic educational institutions located in the 3T area. The method used in this study is a qualitatively discrete method with a type of field research that is direct researchers to the location of research to obtain concrete data that has to do with the problem to be discussed. The method used is descriptive-qualitative analysis, data sourced from in-depth interviews, observations and documentation, After the data collected will be analyzed with the analysis model Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) consisting of: condensation of data, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The scalpel used in this study using Sudarwan Danim's theory (2007:56) says that an institution wants to improve the quality of its education, so it must involve at least five dominant factors, namely: Leadership of the Principal, Teacher, Curriculum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara secara bersama-sama antara metode tutor sebaya dan pendidikan karakter dengan hasil belajar PJOK siswa pada permainan sepak bola siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa di sekolah SMP Negeri 35 Kota Bekasi yang terdiri dari 130 siswa, SMP Negeri 34 Kota Bekasi yang terdiri dari 140 siswa, dan SMP Negeri 53 Kota Bekasi berjumlah 140 siswa sehingga total populasi terdapat 410 siswa. Pendekaan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian metode Survey dengan Teknik Regresi dan Korelasi. Tehnik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu instrument yang dimana terdiri dari tiga instrument yakni 1). Instrument untuk mengukur pemanfaatan metode tutor sebaya yaitu angket dengan skala likert, 2). Instrument untuk mengukur pendidikan karakter yaitu angket dengan skala likert 3) Dokumentasi Hasil Belajar PJOK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara metode tutor sebaya dan pendidikan karakter secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar PJOK siswa pada permainan Sepak bola di SMPN Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis fenomena campur kode dan alih kode dalam video YouTube Ueno Family Japan yang berjudul "Makan Malam di Restaurant India." Fokus penelitian adalah interaksi antar anggota keluarga Ueno selama makan malam di Restaurant India. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik simak catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya campur kode dalam bentuk penyisipan kata, frasa, dan klausa dari bahasa berbeda dalam satu tuturan, serta alih kode yang terjadi saat penutur beralih dari satu bahasa ke bahasa lain. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya fenomena ini meliputi latar belakang multikultural keluarga, situasi tutur, topik pembicaraan, dan keberadaan penutur ketiga. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa campur kode dan alih kode tidak hanya sebagai strategi komunikasi, tetapi juga mempererat hubungan keluarga serta membangun keakraban dan identitas kolektif dalam konteks lintas budaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the Make a Match learning model in improving basic culinary learning outcomes and the quality of student learning after applying the Make a Match learning model in the Basic Culinary subject. This research involved 35 class X Catering 1 SMKN 3 Bekasi City students. The research approach used is classroom action research, which aims to apply learning strategies to natural situations. This research uses the spiral model from Kemmis and Taggart, which consists of two cycles, each using four action components: planning and acting. Observation and reflection. The data collection procedure was carried out in 3 cycles, where each cycle carried out learning using the Make a Match method. The instruments used in this classroom action research were observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation regarding the application of the Make a Match learning model, which can improve student learning outcomes in basic culinary subjects in class.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation strategy of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 28 of 2024 in optimizing tax and customs facilities to support the development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). This policy aims to create a conducive investment climate by providing various fiscal incentives, such as income tax reductions, VAT exemptions and Luxury Sales Tax, as well as import duties. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach, which relies on primary data from interviews with tax consultants and construction commissioners as well as secondary data from literature studies. The results of the study show that although this policy has great potential in attracting investment and accelerating the development of IKN, there are a number of challenges and obstacles in its implementation. Some of the main obstacles include lack of socialization, administrative complexity, and regulatory barriers. The digitalization of the tax and customs administration system is identified as a strategic step in overcoming these barriers. Therefore, stricter supervision is needed in the field of fiscal administration and operations. The evaluation focused on the effectiveness of the realization of fiscal incentives in increasing investment and the compliance of facility recipients with applicable regulations. The Government of Indonesia is advised to strengthen bilateral relations with investor countries through investment protection agreements, harmonization of international tax standards, and more intensive technical and diplomatic cooperation to build trust and increase foreign capital flows that support the development of the IKN.
