Abstract

Elderly rehabilitation is one of the programs made by the government to provide services to people who are 60 years and over but have welfare problems. This research aims to analyze the use of the UPT of the Elderly Rehabilitation Social Home and Rehabilitation of the Disabled Mulia Dharma as an effort to improve the welfare of the elderly. This research uses a qualitative method that takes a descriptive approach. The data taken for this study uses observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. From the research results of the UPT Elderly Rehabilitation Social Center and Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities Mulia Dharma has been said to be optimal because the services and facilities provided can improve the welfare of the elderly who live there.

Abstract

This report documents the results of an interview with the owner of the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) "Seblak Teh Windy." As a producer of traditional Indonesian cuisine, Seblak Teh Windy introduces a unique innovation by combining the flavors of seblak, a traditional dish from Bandung, with a special touch of tea. The interview was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the business journey, marketing strategies, challenges faced, and the contribution of Seblak Teh Windy to the local community. The results of the interview highlight the crucial role of MSMEs in supporting the local economy and preserving local wisdom through innovative culinary products. As a successful venture, Seblak Teh Windy serves as an inspiration for other MSMEs to continue growing and innovating in response to market dynamics. This report provides a holistic overview of Seblak Teh Windy's contribution to supporting the growth of MSMEs and sustaining Indonesia's culinary heritage.

Abstract

Batang Regency is one of the areas located on the north west coast of Central Java province. Batang Regency is located in a strategic position, this area is traversed by primary arterial roads that connect West Java and DKI Jakarta with cities in Central Java and East Java Provinces. Batang Regency is divided into 15 sub-districts consisting of 239 villages, 9 sub-districts, 936 hamlets, 3,680 neighborhood units (RT) and 1,009 community units (RW). The total area of Batang Regency is 78,864.16 Ha. The widest sub-district is Subah District, which is 83.52 Ha (10.59%), while the smallest is Warungasem District, which is 23.55 Ha (2.99%) of the total area of Batang Regency. The Central Government's program to encourage the sector to strengthen the industrial sector in Indonesia, namely one of the developments in the Batang industry. The Government provides supporting facilities in the development of the Batang Industrial area through APBN financing. The Batang Industrial Estate has around 4,300 hectares of land to develop, for the first phase it will develop a land area of 450 hectares. To support the supply of drinking water in this area, PERUMDA of Sendang Kamulyan Drinking Water, Batang Regency will supply drinking water which will take water from the raw water source of the Bangkangan spring at 100 liters/second and will be supplied to the Industrial Area at 80 l/s. For the analysis of the drinking water supply system in this industrial area, the Epanet 2.2 program will be used by comparing the hydraulic analysis of the use of HDPE, PVC and iron pipe types/materials, residual pressure and diameter as well as calculating the amount of investment based on the type of pipe material. The results of running Epanet 2.2 on HDPE, Iron and PVC pipes with remaining water pressure at the end of the pipe at the KITB Junction, the remaining pressure is more than 10 meters, meaning that the water has flowed with sufficient criteria in the service area. Based on the analysis taking into account efficiency, the selected pipe is HDPE with an investment value of Rp. 20,273,230,410. The recommendations given for SPAM KITB, can use HDPE pipes, apart from lower costs HDPE pipes have a better roughness coefficient than PVC pipes and iron pipes and can also minimize pipe leaks. Lessons from this study with Epanet Software can calculate water hydraulics in the piping system such as water velocity, the furthest remaining water pressure can be known quickly, can determine the type and specifications of pipes used for the study area and known cost efficiency based on the type of iron, PVC and HDPE pipes.

Abstract

The company’s value reflects investors expectations of potential future profits, as well as the risk associates with investing in the company. This studi aims to empirically examine the effect of Debt to equity ratio (DER), Return on asset (ROA), and Growth opportunity both partially and simultaneously on the value of compaines that use price to book value (PBV) in registered food&beverage companies. On the indonesia stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. There were 12 samples that met the criteria and 36 observation data. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by taking data from annual financial reports. The hypothesis testing method used in thisa study is the multiple linear regresion analysis method. The result of this study prove that partially there is no effect of the Debt to equity ratio variable on firm value, the Return on assets variable has a positive effect on firm value, and the Growth opportunity variable has a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan dasar keterampilan interpersonal pengembangannya merupakan komponen penting sehingga memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif agar terbentuk individu yang mampu berinteraksi secara baik. Menurut Howard Gardner sesuai dengan teorinya, pengasumsian penelitian ini memaksimalkan berbagai kemampuan kecerdasan siswa seperti: linguistik, logis-matematis, spasial, kinestetik, musikan, interpersonal, intrapersonal dan naturalis. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan adalah dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk dalam meningkatkan interpersonal skill siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 234 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen hasil belajar siswa. Setelah diadakan penelitian hasil yang didapat adalah menunjukkan penerapan pendekatan kecerdasan majemuk yang didalamnya terdapat berbagai tipe kecerdasan seperti linguistik, logis-matematis, spasial, kinestetik, musikal, interpersonal, intrapersonal, dan naturalis, tipe-tipe kecerdasan ini berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan interpersonal siswa terutama siswa kelas 5 SDN 234 Palembang. Dalam penerapan pendekatan ini dibuat juga laporan perubahan positif dan partisipasi siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk adalah strategi yang efektif untuk mengembangkan interpersonal skill siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi media terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman jambu biji kristal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2014, Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri dari 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah a1 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 1 : 0), a2 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 2 : 0), a3 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 0 : 1), a4 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 1 : 1), a5 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 2 : 1), a6 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 0 : 2), a7 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi = 1 : 1 : 2), dan a8 (tanah podsolik merah kuning : pupuk kotoran kambing : sekam padi =1 : 2 : 2). Variebel yang diamati yaitu jumlah daun (helai), pertambahann panjang tunas (cm), diameter batang atas (cm), dan jumlah tunas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi media berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun (helai) dan pertambahan panjang tunas (cm). Kata Kunci : Media Tumbuh, Tanaman Jambu Biji Kristal.

Abstract

Family Medicinal Plants (Tanaman Obat Keluarga / TOGA) are widely cultivated and used for household self-care across Indonesia. Despite established national promotion programs, the cultural beliefs, intergenerational practices, and social dynamics sustaining TOGA use at the community level remain insufficiently understood. This study explored community members’ lived experiences of TOGA as household self-care, focusing on the cultural knowledge, social relationships, and health-seeking behaviors shaping this practice in Terjun Village, Medan City, Indonesia. An interpretive (hermeneutic) phenomenological design was employed. Twenty-one participants were recruited through purposive maximum-variation sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, household garden observations, and document review. Thematic analysis was guided by the lifeworld dimensions of embodiment, temporality, relationality, and spatiality. Trustworthiness was ensured through member checking, peer debriefing, and reflexive journaling. Four themes emerged: (1) intergenerational transmission of plant knowledge through practice and observation; (2) the home garden as an accessible, trusted, and affordable source of remedies; (3) family and community social norms reinforcing TOGA use; and (4) growing uncertainty when traditional knowledge encounters biomedical guidance regarding dosage, safety, and herb–drug interactions. TOGA self-care reflects a culturally embedded and intergenerationally transmitted household health practice with important implications for community health programming. Public health programs should provide culturally sensitive education regarding herbal safety, herb–drug interactions, and dosage using household measures through existing community health cadre networks to support the safe integration of traditional practices into primary health care.
