Abstract

This article is the result of community service activities. The focus of this activity is an effort to bridge the learning of Malay Arabic script / jawi / khat at Tijarah Pintar Gallery, Johor Bahru - Malaysia. This model is one of the experiential learning that provides learning experiences in the form of providing services to the community. The hallmark of this model is the learning process that is integrated with field experience and the existence of a reflection process. The method used in this activity is a participatory method by involving partner students to formulate and analyze their writings and campus needs in accordance with the course. The results of the service show that service learning in learning Malay / Jawi / Kha Arabic writing has an impact on mastering better knowledge. This is due to the experience of direct observation at Tijarah Pintar Gallery, Johor Bahru - Malaysia related to the phenomenon that is the focus of the theory. In addition, critical and analytical thinking skills are also more trained through the process of reflection. Another thing that is also well developed, is a caring attitude and sensitivity to problems on campus.

Abstract

This study seeks to explore the influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance, with a focus on how individual innovation capability plays a mediating role. A sample of 88 employees was analyzed using a quantitative research method. Data was collected through both library and field research, utilizing a 36-item questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to analyze the data, with SmartPLS software assisting in the process. The findings reveal that knowledge sharing positively affects individual innovation capability, which, in turn, enhances individual performance. However, knowledge sharing does not directly impact individual performance, with its influence being partially mediated by individual innovation capability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Band Sensor Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 224 orang konsumen Band Sensor Indonesia. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan dengan menghasilkan 144 konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaf. Objek penelitian yang diambil oleh peneliti merupakan salah satu Band yang ada di Kota Tanjungpinang yaitu Band Sensor Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, dan strudi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Band Sensor Indonesia atau hipotesis (Ha) diterima dengan nilai thitung variabel kualitas pelayanan yaitu 17,970 > 1,963 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,050. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 dalam penelitian ini yaitu 0,680 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan Band Sensor Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan sebesar 68%. Sedangkan sisanya 32% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkanya kualitas pelayanan, maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan Band Sensor Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen kerja, seleksi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Berdasarkan analisis data maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan rekrutmen kerja, seleksi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

In the development of the digital era, digital-based marketing has become a significant tool for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness. This study focuses on the implementation of digital marketing strategies for cassava chips businesses managed by the Joint Business Group (KUBE) Melati in Tembeling Village. The community service activities carried out included training on the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, and the creation of digital promotional content. The methods applied consisted of observation, initial interviews, practical training, and the process of monitoring and evaluating implementation. The results of this program indicate an improvement in the understanding and skills of SMEs in utilizing digital media, such as creating business accounts on Instagram and Facebook, as well as optimizing Google Maps to facilitate consumer access. The implementation of digital marketing has proven effective in increasing product visibility and sales potential, contributing positively to the local economy. These findings highlight the importance of digital empowerment for SMEs as a key strategy to drive sustainable growth

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan UMKM berbasis literasi digital bagi pelaku usaha Kelurahan Sei Jang Kota Tanjungpinang. Salah satu umkm yang berada di kelurahan Sei Jang kecamatan Bukit Bestari adalah UMKM Arni’s Kitchen. Metode dalam pengabdian ini survey, pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung dilapangan dengan tujuan pemilik UMKM memiliki pengetahuan baru tentang digitalisasi UMKM yang seharusnya setiap UMKM sudah melakukan dan menggunakan literasi digital ini, yang bisa didapatkan dengan biaya murah dan biaya gratis

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital para pelaku usaha di Kelurahan Sei Jang Kota Tanjungpinang yang bergerak di bidang usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Kelurahan Sei Jang Kecamatan Bukit Bestari adalah UMKM CV.ADA. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini antara lain melakukan survei, memberikan pelatihan, dan memberikan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Tujuannya adalah untuk membekali pemilik UMKM dengan pengetahuan baru tentang cara mendigitalkan bisnis mereka, sebuah praktik yang harus diterapkan oleh semua UMKM. Literasi digital ini dapat diperoleh dengan biaya rendah atau tanpa biaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Desa Teluk Bakau dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif akan memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pengalaman dan perspektif pengusaha UMKM terkait dengan pelatihan SDM dan peningkatan produktivitas penjualan. Peneliti akan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM, mengamati interaksi di lapangan, dan menganalisis data dalam bentuk narasi dan tema yang muncul. Metode penelitian kualitatif akan memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana pelatihan SDM dapat berdampak pada produktivitas penjualan UMKM di Desa Teluk Bakau.

Abstract

This study focuses on a culinary business in Tanjungpinang City, investigating the application of a business model canvas for UMKM Fortunate Boba, renowned for its signature boba-topped cold beverages. With the aim to enhance competitiveness amidst similar ventures, qualitative analysis employing the business canvas model approach was conducted through interviews with UMKM Fortunate Boba's owner. The results of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis unveil strategic utilization of social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok, e-money transaction systems, and collaborations with delivery services such as Go-Jek and Maxim to streamline order deliveries. This research underscores the practical implementation of a business model canvas to optimize the operations of UMKM Fortunate Boba, highlighting key strategies for thriving in the competitive culinary market. Highlight: UMKM Enhancement: This study examines the application of a business model canvas for UMKM Fortunate Boba, specializing in boba-topped cold beverages, to enhance competitiveness in a competitive culinary market. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Interhotel Transfer training on Aston Tanjungpinang Hotel & Conference Center employees. This study used a sample of 5 informants using a non-probability sample technique, namely purposive sampling. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. With the object of research Aston Tanjungpinang Hotel & Conference Center. Data collection is done in two ways, namely interviews and documentation. Where the informant answers as many as 9 statement items related to the variables measured. The results of the interview will be processed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and data conclusion. After that, it will be analyzed by testing the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique. The results of research on the effectiveness of Interhotel Transfer Training on Aston Tanjungpinang Hotel & Conference Center employees are said to be quite effective, because the training can provide changes in thinking patterns, better work motivation to develop their careers
