Abstract

The Ladang Peris Village Office, Bajubang District, has not used the computerized system and complaint process used by the village office by taking notes. In delivering information to the community, the Ladang Peris Village Office, Bajubang District, still uses the information board placed in the village office. In addition, to serve public complaints, the Ladang Peris Village office uses the complaint counter to be submitted directly to village officials regarding the village agenda, rural development plans, information on damaged roads, disaster-prone locations. In addition, there is no media to introduce rural tourism to outsiders, and there is no media information regarding fundraising from donors. The existing constraints cause the performance of village officials at the Ladang Peris Village Office to be relatively long, the information that should be conveyed to the community is not channeled properly and makes it difficult for the community to make complaints, it is necessary to use website technology to support the reporting process that can be used by village officials and the community in Peris Farm Village, Bajubang District. The application of technology, especially the public complaint information system, will facilitate the device by reducing limitations in providing services to the community

Abstract

This research aims to explore and implement Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the Beat Saber game at Game Blink Padang. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines the real world with virtual objects to create an immersive interactive experience for users. Beat Saber is a musical rhythm game that is popular among game lovers, where players have to cut incoming blocks according to the rhythm of the music being played. It is hoped that the implementation of AR in this game can improve the playing experience by adding more interesting and realistic visual and interaction elements. This research involves evaluating the user experience of the AR version. Research methods include data collection through surveys and direct observation by playing the Blink Padang Game. The research results show that the use of AR in Beat Saber significantly increases player satisfaction and engagement. Players report a more fun and challenging gaming experience, as well as improvements in immersion and interactivity. The implementation of AR technology opens up new opportunities in the development of music rhythm games and can become a model for the integration of AR in other games in the future.

Abstract

Poetry is an artistic expression that uses words creatively and rhythmically. It is a way to convey feelings, thoughts, or experiences through specially selected language to create an aesthetic impression, rhythm, and beauty. Poetry can be an expression of deep feelings, a picture of nature, a narrative about life, or simply a reflection of various aspects of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the connotative meaning in Sundanese poetry entitled Do'a Untuk Guru by Kustian. The method in this study is a qualitative method, with data collection through reading, understanding, and translating. The result of this study is 1 type of associative meaning found in the poem entitled "Prayer for the Teacher" namely connotative meaning, social meaning, affective meaning, reflective meaning, and colloquial meaning. There are 3 lines of poetry containing connotative meanings, 2 lines of poems containing social meanings, 4 lines of poems containing affective meanings, 4 lines of poems containing reflective meanings, and 4 lines of poems containing colloquial meanings according to Leech's theory. AbstrakPuisi adalah ungkapan seni yang menggunakan kata-kata secara kreatif dan berirama. Ini adalah cara untuk menyampaikan perasaan, pemikiran, atau pengalaman melalui penggunaan bahasa yang dipilih secara khusus untuk menciptakan kesan estetika, ritme, dan keindahan. Puisi bisa berupa ekspresi perasaan yang mendalam, gambaran alam, narasi tentang kehidupan, atau sekadar refleksi dari berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna konotatif dalam puisi bahasa Sunda yang berjudul “Do’a Pikeun Guru” karya Kustian. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui membaca, memahami, dan menerjemahkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jenis makna asosiatif yang ditemukan dalam puisi berjudul “Doa Pikeun Guru” yaitu makna konotatif, makna sosial, makna afektif, makna reflektif dan makna kolokatif. Dalam puisi tersebut, terdapat 3 baris puisi yang mengandung jenis makna konotatif, 2 baris puisi yang mengandung jenis makna sosial, 4 baris puisi yang mengandung jenis makna afektif, 4 baris puisi yang mengandung jenis makna reflektif, dan 4 baris puisi yang mengandung makna kolokatif menurut teori Leech.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan hasil belajar peserta didik pada ranah kognitif dalam pembelajaran matematika yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan terkait volume bangun ruang kubus dan balok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bangun ruang kubus dan balok di kelas V-B SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Bandung, serta bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif (PTKK), instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal tes yang terdiri dari 10 butir soal. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mencari nilai rata-rata dan  presentase ketuntasan belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V-B yang berjumlah 27 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi volume bangun ruang kubus dan balok dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas V-B. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil prasiklus diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 58,52 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 26%, meningkat pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 71,33 dan ketuntasan belajar 56% termasuk pada kategori cukup. Penelitian dilanjutkan pada siklus II dengan peningkatan yang diperoleh pada nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,22 dengan persebtase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 81% yang berada pada kategori tinggi dan sudah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yakni model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika volume bangun ruang kubus dan balok.

Abstract

Information Systems are a combination of hardware components and devices. Information Systems are a collection of integrated hardware and software components and have the task of collecting, storing and processing data so as to produce digital products for the availability of information for an organization. PT. Multi Citra Rasa is a B2B company operating in the F&B sector for the food service category. One of the problems that occurs in this company is the long follow-up between departments in the customer order process, this is due to the limited information obtained. System analysis was carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language) on the Use Case Diagram. Use Case Diagram is used to generally describe the weaknesses of the system currently running at PT Multi Citra Rasa. Data was collected through an observation process in the field, then conducting questions and answers with the users involved and looking for several references that support this research. At the system design stage, researchers also used UML in Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. UML is an object-oriented system modeling, where these objects will be realized on application pages that are synchronized with user needs. Meanwhile, Class Diagrams are designed to make it easier to realize database designs into basic forms of physical data, so that in the end data processing can run optimally and the information displayed is in accordance with user requirements. This research meets the needs of company management and provides convenience to all users involved so that operational activities become more effective and efficient in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to determine the level of physical fitness of Deaf Children with Special Needs at Marloso State Special School, Buru Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 65 students with special needs. From a population of 65 children with special needs at SLB Negeri Marloso and the sample used in the study the researcher used the porpusive sampling technique by taking samples for certain considerations, namely 11 deaf children out of 65 children with special needs. Samples were taken based on consideration, namely 11 students with special needs level 2 girls totaling 7 students and boys totaling 4 students. The data collection technique in this study used the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) test norm. Based on the results of the above research, we can conclude that the level of physical fitness of children with special needs deaf SLB Negeri Marloso Buru Regency on average has a poor level of fitness. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Dari populasi 65 anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Marloso dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian peneliti mengunakan teknik sampling porpusive dengan mengambil sampel atas pertimbangan tertentu yakni anak tunarunggu berjumlah 11 orang dari 65 anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sampel diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan yakni 11 siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus tuanrungu level 2 putri yang berjumlah 7 siswi dan putra berjumlah 4 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini mengunakan norma tes Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu SLB Negeri Marloso Kabupaten Buru rata – rata memiliki tingkat kebugaran yang kurang baik.Kata Kunci: Kebugaran Jasmani, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Tunarungu

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan realitas sosial secara objektif kehidupan panti asuhan yang terdapat dalam novel Kado Terbaik karya J.S. Khairen. Pendekatan dalam penelitian yakni sosiologi sastra. Ada pun teori yang digunakan yaitu realitas sosial objektif menurut George Ritzer. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik membaca dan mencatat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: (1) membaca dan memahami karya sastra, (2) menginterpretasikan satu per satu data hasil temuan, dan (3) membuat simpulan berdasarkan data dan interpretasi sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian realitas sosial objektif dalam novel tergambar melalui beberapa aspek yaitu: (1) aspek ekonomi realitas sosial berupa penelantaran, (2) aspek penindasan berupa kekerasan, penganiayaan, penculikan dan penjualan organ tubuh, (3) aspek kebudayaan berupa pulang kampung dan baju lebaran, (4) aspek agama berupa mengaji, salat, dan puasa, (5) aspek moral berupa pencopet, maling kotak amal masjid, dan pengirim obat-obatan, dan (6) aspek pendidikan berupa tidak mengenal pendidikan dan putus sekolah. Realitas sosial dalam novel Kado Terbaik karya J.S. Khairen ialah cerminan terkait kehidupan anak-anak di panti asuhan ilegal.Kata Kunci: Novel Kado Terbaik, Realitas Sosial, Sosiologi Sastra

Abstract

Implementing the "Kurikulum Merdeka" emphasizes the importance of student-centered learning, meaning that teachers must understand student characteristics, including their developmental task profiles. Teachers can use Windows-based applications called ITP and ATP to achieve this understanding. These applications help teachers gain insights into student development, especially in elementary schools, as a way to apply the principles of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) in learning. This activity aims to enhance elementary school teachers' abilities to use the ITP and ATP applications to understand students as an initial implementation of DAP. The methods include online sessions to strengthen teachers' understanding of the philosophy of student-centered learning, DAP concepts, elementary student development characteristics, and the introduction and installation of the ATP application. Teachers then simulate data collection and processing with the application, followed by in-person meetings for discussion and reinforcement. Twenty-six elementary school teachers from Sukabumi Regency participated in this activity, which took place from June 15 to July 3, 2024. The results show an increased understanding of the philosophy of student-centered learning, DAP concepts, and the use of applications to comprehend student characteristics. The conclusion is that mastering these applications and underlying concepts can enhance elementary school teachers' competencies in applying DAP principles for student-centered learning.

Abstract

Writing requires a complex skill, and thus students need to regulate themselves in employing the appropriate strategies to achieve good writing performance. The present research investigated Self-Regulated Writing (SRW) strategies used by EFL (English as a Foreign Language) university students. It contrasted the students' strategies related to the complex structure of the texts (i.e., paragraphs and essays) and students writing performance. The data information came from two separate sets of self-regulated learning strategy questionnaire, as well as writing outcomes of the students. Descriptive statistics and the Mann-Whitney U test were utilized to evaluate the data. The six dimensions of SRW strategies were extensively utilized in paragraph and essay writings. The six dimensions include motive, method, time, performance, physical environment, and social environment. Interestingly, the social environment dimension had the highest mean score, showing that the students needed assistance from their peers and available learning resources. Meanwhile, the motive dimension obtained the lowest mean in both paragraph and essay writings. Furthermore, the analysis showed no significant statistical difference in using SRW strategies in writing paragraphs and essays except in the method dimension. The difference in strategy use based on achievement was also not significant. The results indicate that the students applied similar SRW strategies in paragraph and essay writings regardless of their proficiency levels. Pedagogical implications and recommendations for future research are also further discussed in the article.
