Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun kesadaran tentang dampak smart classroom terhadap kualitas pembelajaran serta literasi digital mahasiswa FKIP UMS, serta pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, desain survei, alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa angket, dan metode analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan dukungan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4.0. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 126 mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Angkatan 2021 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan smart classroom berkontribusi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan literasi digital mahasiswa. Disamping itu, motivasi belajar berperan sebagai variabel mediasi untuk memperkuat hubungan antara penggunaan smart classroom dengan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan literasi digital. Integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran membantu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan memikat, mendorong ketertarikan mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif, bahkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam memperoleh informasi digital. Dengan demikian, implementasi smart classroom di perguruan tinggi dapat menjadi pendekatan yang ampuh untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di zaman digital. Bagaimana proses optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi serta peningkatan literasi digital mahasiswa diperlukan agar terjadi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dibahas dalam naskah ini.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology (IT) has redefined the way schools manage their resources and administrative processes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of IT in improving administrative management in schools and identify its significant impact on the efficiency of school organizations. The research method used in this study is the literature method. The results of this study show that IT plays a crucial role in easing the daily operations of schools, such as automated attendance, scheduling, financial administration and student performance tracking. The use of SIS has provided a strong foundation for schools to manage big data more effectively, facilitating data-driven decision-making and transparency in communication. Furthermore, the LMS and online collaboration tools have improved communication between staff, students and parents, enabling a more inclusive and responsive learning environment. Despite significant improvements, challenges related to data privacy, cybersecurity, as well as the need for proper training for staff remain obstacles.

Abstract

The quality of learning is expected to continue to improve, but supervision management continues to decline. This research aims to identify strategic factors involved in implementing supervision at the elementary school level. Quantitative methods were applied in this research using a census design, where 250 teachers were asked to fill out a questionnaire via the Google Form platform. However, because some teachers were unfamiliar with technology, only 213 teachers responded. The collected data was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings from this research show that there is a direct influence between supervision planning, IT-based communication and implementation of supervision on supervision follow-up. while supervision planning and IT-based communication influence supervision follow-up through the implementation of supervision
