Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, lifestyle, and promotion variables on the purchasing decision of Ventela shoes at the Gorilla Market Bululawang Store simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all consumers of  Toko Gorilla Market Bululawang. Samples were taken using the formula from Maholtra's theory, in order to obtain 100 respondents who met the requirements as a sample. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a simultaneous influence between Brand Image, Lifestyle and Promotion variables on Ventela Shoe Purchase Decisions at Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores consumers (2) Brand Image variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores (3) Lifestyle variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores and (4) Promotion variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores. Keyword : Brand Image, Lifestyle, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia has many natural resources in abundance. Indonesian people are required to take advantage of existing natural products, by making food or other products and can be a source of community income. With the revolution era that is constantly rolling, all aspects of human needs are assisted by sophisticated technology so that it is easier to sell a product. MSME are examples of businesses that utilize natural products. Armed with quality service and good quality, so that it can create purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Village MSME Product Purchase Decisions. The case study in this research is MSME UD. Tiga Saudara consumers. The sample in the study used purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 respondents could be obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical technique used in this study. This research shows that there is a simultaneous influence between service quality and product quality which has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And also partially service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Purchase Decisions, Service Quality, Produk Quality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of electronic word of mouth, on interest in buying Smartphone Iphones which is mediated by brand image, and brand trust, both direct and indirect influences study FEB Unisma students. This research is an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is study the Preacher & Hayes approach, which is the recommended method using the bootstrapping technique.. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 80 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis. The results in this study indicate that the eWOM variable has a direct effect on the brand image and brand trust of the Iphone Smartphone. However, eWOM does not directly affect buying interest. Although the indirect effect or mediation effect is said to be proven if there is a direct relationship between the eWOM variable on buying interest, but based on the results in this study there is no direct relationship between eWOM and buying interest, it can be concluded that there is an indirect relationship between eWOM and buying interest. through brand image and brand trust, it is indicated that there is no mediating effect. Keywords: electronic word of mouth, brand image, brand trust, and purchase intention

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, price, service quality on purchasing decisions. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using a survey of consumers who visited Kevan Photography, Pasuruan. there were 72 consumers as a population. using purposive sampling technique with criteria.The results in this study indicate that there is a simultaneous effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions, service quality affects purchasing decisions Keywords: Promotion, Price, Service Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality of UNISMA's academic information system (SISFO) on student satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 875 students (at FEB Malang Islamic University Students, Class of 2016) and the sample in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with a total of 90 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires online using google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of service simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction while the partial quality of the system and the quality of information are not significant on student satisfaction, while the quality of service has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.Keywords: system quality, information quality, service quality, student satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis aim of study are to portray effect of experiential marketing and emotional branding partially on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang. To determine the effect of experiential marketing and emotional branding simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan Malang. The population of this research is Malang Gacoan Noodle Consumers, amounting to 2,800 while the sample in this study is 100 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that experiential marketing and emotional branding partially had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang. experiential marketing and emotional branding simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang.Keywords: experiential marketing, emotional branding, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This aims of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance CV. Mulia Abadi Pasuruan City. The type of analysis used is explanatory research and using quantitative methods. Collecting data using questionnaires from population with 45 employees, the sample used is as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the study showed that:(1) the transformational leadership style and organization culture has a simultaneous significant effect on the employee performance CV. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and promotion on the purchasing decision of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java, simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain 85 respondents who met the requirements as samples. The type of data used is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a simultaneous influence between price and promotion variables on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow consumers in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java (2) Price variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java ( 3) Promotional variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of menu diversity, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions at Warung Ketan Ibu'e Amik, Tulungrejo Village, Pare District, Kediri Regency. The population in the study were 900 consumers, and the sample of this study used a purposive sampling technique totaling 90 consumers of Warung Ketan Ibu'e Amik. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially menu diversity has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously menu diversity, prices, and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. .Keywords: Menu Diversity, Price, Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test the training on employee performance through the work ability of PDAM Malang City Jl. Sentani Lake Canal No. 100, Madyopuro. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. The analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results of the study state that (1) Training has a significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) training has a significant direct effect on work ability, (3) work ability has a significant direct effect on employee performance, (4) training has an indirect effect on employee performance through ability work as an intervening variable.  Keywords: Training, Work Ability and Employee Performance
