Abstract

AbstractThis study is to find out the perception of risk, convenience, benefits and price to purchasing decisions. This study sample consists of 116 FEB University Islamic of Malang students in 2021. Method of data collection by collecting primary and secondary data. To find out the data that will be studied, this study uses how to spread questionnaires online.  The study used the SPSS version 16measurement tool to test data in the form of instrument testing, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study produced several conclusions that mention that variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and prices simultaneously or together have an effect on purchasing decisions. Partially variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Risk Perception, Benefit, Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of career development, competence, and motivation on employee performance at PT Cubiespot Pilar Data Nusantara in Pasuruan City. This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique of this research is using purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a data sampling technique based on certain considerations. If the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all of them. On the other hand, if the subject is greater than 100, it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-25%. From this explanation, the researcher took 35 samples of all respondents. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of the influence of career development, competence, and motivation had an effect on employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the variables of career development, competence, and motivation on employee performance. Keywords: Career Development, Competence, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline on employee performance at the PR Factory DD Tajinan Malang. The population in the study who were recorded as permanent employees was predominantly male with an average high school education. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The influence of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PR factory DD Tajinan Malang. Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Performance (Study at RSIA Puri Bunda Malang). In this study there are independent variables, namely workload and transformational leadership style, the dependent variable is performance, and the mediating variable, namely job satisfaction. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using path analysis, direct influence test and single test The results of this study are: (1) Workload Variables have a direct significant effect on the value of Job Satisfaction, (2) Transformational Leadership Style have a direct significant effect on the value of Job Satisfaction, (3) Workload Variables do not have a significant direct effect on performance, (4) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant direct effect on performance, (5) Job satisfaction variables have a direct significant effect on performance, (6) Workload Variables has an indirect effect on performance mediated with job satisfaction, (7) Transformational Leadership Style has an indirect effect on performance mediated with job satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, transformational leadership style, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

Abstract          Klinik Rumah Luka Sidoarjo is a center treatment of wounds and circumcision modern located in Sidoarjo and has been equipped with power medical professional, but there are obstacles that cause employees home Luka Sidoarjo less than optimal in be work that is permasalahn salary. One of them is late payroll and often times the calculation of salaries are not appropriate between the salaries of the principal and salary overtime . The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salary and intensified towards the performance of the employees inKlinik Rumah Luka. This study is using a type of quantitative research associative with the method descriptive. The population that used as many as 36 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression (multiple regressions). The results of this study are salaries and incentives have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at the Klinik Rumah Luka Sidoarjo . Keywords: Employee Salary; Employee Intensive; Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractWith the development of the world of industry and technology in human life, it can facilitate the movement of goods and information from one place to another. Along with the development of an increasingly broad market, companies need expedition services to expand their business reach. One of the most important factors in an organization is human resources, therefore the utilization of human resources is needed. In general, employees work because to meet their daily needs, so that employees will work harder if the work they do gets a reward or remuneration, one of the policies that companies can do to improve employee performance is to provide compensation. Performance is the result of the work done and has a strong relationship to the company's strategy. Performance is about how to get the job done and about what to do next. Reward is one of the factors that employees work in an organization. Reward is one of the motivators used by managers to create productivity and increase employee motivation at work. Incentives are a form of payment associated with employee performance, as well as distribution of income to employees. Incentives are compensation provided by the company, which is linked between pay and productivity. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of carrying out research is to analyze the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics on employee performance at the MR.M4T restaurant. The population in this study were 37 employees of the MR.M4T restaurant. With a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled. Using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon that occurs at this time work motivation, work environment and wages become the main topics in the world of work because it is able to make a major contribution to the performance and even employee productivity so as to minimize existing unemployment. This research was conducted at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment and wages on employee productivity partially or simultaneously, the variables used were work motivation, work environment and wages as independent variables, while productivity employee work as the dependent variable. The sample used was employees in each place of work at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk District, with 60 respondents using a survey method. The method used is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is test instrument, classic assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS 14.0 software. The results showed that Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Wages (X3) had a joint (simultaneous) effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Wages And Employee Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the partial influence of tourism motivation on visiting decisions, the partial influence of destination image on visiting decisions, and the simultaneous influence of tourism motivation, destination image on visiting decisions. The population of the study were students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2016 who had visited the Angkut Batu Museum whose numbers were unknown, so the sample calculation using the Malhotra method resulted in 100 samples. The data analysis technique used instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 25.0 multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of brand image and lifestyle on OPPO Smartphone purchasing decisions on FEB Unisma 2017 students. The type used is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach to 90 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques.  The results of the study show that brand image has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. Second, Lifestyle has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. And thirdly, the influence of brand image and lifestyle together has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Purchase Decisions, Brand Image And Lifestyle.
