Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Kerupuk Lomang Ubi Bersinar Kuok in Kuok District, Kampar Regency, faces priority problems in the aspects of production and business management. From the production side, product quality has not yet been standardized due to the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), while the use of manual tools limits production capacity and makes it difficult to compete with other SMEs that are more modern. From the management side, KUBE is still run informally, without a proper financial recording system, and applies marketing strategies that only focus on local markets without utilizing digitalization. This community service program was carried out using a sociopreneurship and participatory empowerment approach. The implementation methods included technical production training (quality control, SOP preparation, and product certification assistance), facilitation of modern production equipment, training on business management and financial recording using applications, as well as training on digital marketing strategies and product branding. The activities were supported by multi-stakeholder collaboration, including the village government, sub-district authorities, and the University, while also involving students through the MBKM program. The results of the program showed significant improvements in production quality and capacity, the establishment of better-organized financial records, and the development of digital-based marketing strategies that expanded market access. The social impact was evident from the increased role of women as KUBE members who became more economically independent, while the economic impact was reflected in improved productivity, members’ income, and the competitiveness of products based on local potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, kesehatan dan PDRB perkapita terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan program SPSS 28. Data-data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, variabel kesehatan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, dan variabel PDRB Pekapita memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indragiri Hilir. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independent pendidikan dan kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan PDRB Perkapita berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

The problem in this study, despite the Covid-19 pandemic at the end of 2019, in Bangko Rokan Hilir District, the food industry has not decreased according to industry and trade service data for 2021. One of the food industries that has become a typical souvenir in Bangko is shellfish rendang, so did the clam rendang home industry experience a difference between the period and before Covid-19. The research variables are income, total production, profit, number of workers. And the purpose of this research is to analyze income, production amount, profit, number of workers of clam rendang production before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this study is a quantitative method, with the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The calculation method uses the T-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the amount of production, income and profit in the mussel rendang home industry before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Province Riau. This is evidenced by the paired T-test that for the 3 variables Ho is rejected, which means that there is a difference in before and during the Covid-19 period. While the variable, namely the number of workers before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, were not influenced by circumstances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKMP). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKMP) yang berjumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 147 peserta TKMP. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 Peserta TKMP dengan metode probability Sampling yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha, Motivasi Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha, dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha
