PT ABC is in charge of verifying the industries. The verification process uses an information system that has been instructed by the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. But the low level of acceptance of information systems in PT ABC becomes an obstacle. This study aims to explore the causes of low levels of acceptance of information systems in PT ABC by using the acceptance model UTAUT. From UTAUT model, it can be identified factors that influence low acceptance level. The end result of this research is a recommendation for PT ABC regarding the improvement of industrial verification information system. This research propose four items: policy to users, formalizing business processes and increasing awareness about the importance of using information system to user level.

Teknologi informasi merupakan bidang yang berkembang cukup pesat di akhir dekade ini. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi. Salah satu bagian dari proyek teknologi informasi yang berkembang cukup pesat adalah proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mempunyai ketidakpastian tinggi dengan tingkat kesuksesan yang rendah. Kualitas dan kecepatan proyek perangkat lunak sangat tergantung pada faktor sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah strategi dan kriteria dengan mengelompokkan perilaku tim pengembang sehingga metode kolaborasi yang akan dilakukan dapat disesuaikan dengan susunan tim yang terlibat dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Pengelompokan perilaku programmer dalam kolaborasi tim pengembang perangkat lunak dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kluster dengan melihat lima variabel, yaitu usia, gender, interaksi dan komunikasi, kondisi psikologis, dan pemrosesan informasi. Pengujian diambil dari 35 programmer yang berasal dari industri perangkat lunak yang terdapat di Bandung dengan menyebar kuisioner pada tim pengembang secara online maupun offline. Hasil pengolahan data dengan software SPSS menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kluster perilaku programmer dalam kolaborasi tim pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dengan diketahuinya pengelompokan perilaku programmer diharapkan tim pengembang yang dibentuk dapat menghasilkan perangkat lunak dengan kualitas yang lebih baik.

Based on data from the Ministry of Social Affairs, there are 7,000 more orphanages in Indonesia and 500-600 thousand people are living in the orphanage. To make efficient operational activities and monitoring activities of the orphanage and to facilitate the provision of assistance, the orphanage uses the PantiKu application. The PantiKu application currently does not have an optimal business model so that the right strategy is needed to develop the business model. The objectives of this study are (1) To map the current PantiKu business model; (2) Analyze SWOT of current PantiKu business model; (3) Formulate and determine the strategy for developing the PantiKu business model. The method used in this study is the Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT Analysis. This research produces strategies for each BMC element including element (1) customer segment: serving orphanage volunteers by adding special volunteer features; (2) value proposition: providing ease of logistics processes and transactions by developing IoT technology and Fintech features; (3) channels: adding application tutorials using e-learning; (4) customer relationship: take advantage of opportunities for grants and business incubation and work together in CSR programs; (5) revenue stream: utilizing the use of digital financial instruments; (6) key resources: adding relationship development staff; (7) key activities: developing a data management dashboard and evaluate expenses; (8) key partners: adding strategic partner & collaborate with competitors; (9) cost structure: cost of research.Keywords: pantiku, business model, business strategy, bmc, application development

In the age of a global competition environment, accurate costing measurement is essential for every company. The more accurate allocation process to final outputs indicates the potential impact a company's decision has on costs. Activity-based costing is a technique for allocating organizational costs to activities that utilize the organization's resources and then tracing the costs of these activities to products, consumers, or distribution channels that generate profits or losses for the business. With a large number of cost allocations in the business processes, it makes it difficult for companies to identify the number of costs that have been allocated, especially if the data that must be processed is in large quantities. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to require cost mapping for the business process from resource to cost center to compare the number of costs that have been allocated. This research discusses the application of monitoring reports by using ALV customization in XYZ Ltd. This report was created using an iterative and incremental model approach. The simulation results show a 50% reduction of the time to execute the customization monitoring report, and it only takes one step to generate reports and analyze data. The results of this research are expected to be used as a study to provide the right solution in facilitating the process of checking the cost allocation on ABC to objectively monitor and analyze each business process (resource, activity, and cost object) and support the decision-making process.

Perum Perhutani is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) that focus on forest management. One of the Perum Perhutani’s main businesses is Agroforestry. To achieve the business goals of Agroforestry, Perum Perhutani requires an information system that is capable of supporting its management activities. In developing IT, Perum Perhutani has a reference, that is the SOE Regulation Number: PER-03 / MBU / 02/2018 regarding the Information Technology Management Preparation Guide that every BUMN must align business strategy with the IT strategy. So, Perum Perhutani requires the design of Enterprise Architecture. The framework that will be used in designing Enterprise Architecture is the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output of this design is a blueprint and IT Roadmap for 5 years that can be used as an implementation guide.

Posyandu adalah wadah pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diprakarsai oleh masyarakat dan dikelola oleh masyarakat bersama Pemerintah Desa/Kelurahan untuk memberikan kemudahan memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Banyaknya sistem pelaporan dari Posyandu terkadang menjadi data yang tidak dianalisa secara baik. Hal ini dikarenakan rekapitulasi dan pengumpulan datanya terkadang tidak tepat waktu. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki hal tersebut adalah diwujudkan melalui sistem teknologi informasi. Sistem ini, dikenal dengan istilah digitalisasi, membantu analisa dari data secara cepat sehingga petugas kesehatan dimudahkan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bekerjasama dengan PT Mahawangga Winaya Indonesia melakukan digitalisasi pengisian data kader posyandu dan pengumpulan data bayi dan balita. Pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga kegiatan utama yang berurutan, yaitu pembuatan program, pengujian, dan pelatihan. Kegiatan pembuatan program dan pengujian sudah dapat dilaksanakan, namun untuk kegiatan selanjutnya, yaitu berupa kegiatan pelatihan belum dapat dilaksanakan.

The objective of this paper is to compare two PHP frameworks with execution time, peak memory usage and throughput metrics. This performance comparison was done for Laravel and Yii2 frameworks using MySQL employee database [26] which freely downloaded for testing necessary. The database provided a large amount of data included million entry records. Using a large amount of record, we try to give some view to another developer for considering when choosing the PHP framework for their development. The result in this paper give Laravel has better performance in execution time and throughput measurement but not in memory usage. This result can be affected by many factors including the testing environment in when comparison process implementation. Keywords—Laravel, Yii2, PHP Framework, Performance Comparison.

The textile industry needs an e-commerce platform to facilitate purchase of textile goods and to improve connectivity between industries. The textile industry has distinct characteristics from other industry, from its supply chain characteristics to the details of goods sold. Therefore, Indonesia Smart Textile Industry Hub (ISTIH) as a textile e-commerce platform needs to implement different strategy from e-commerce in general. Different strategies will affect the design of user experience or user experience in e-commerce. This journal will discuss how to design e-commerce specifically for textiles using the five planes method. The strategy plane produced the objectives and user needs of e-commerce, the scope plane produced the list of the required features, the structure plane produced detailed flow of user activities, the skeleton plane produced layout designs and information organization in the form of wireframes, and the surface plane produced the design up to the level of interface detail. The interface detail is also designed to meet eight golden rules of interface design. The output produced in this study is the design of the textile e-commerce interface on the alpha version of the website.

Activity based costing process is a process to accurately manage the cost allocation process for a product. With the development of technology, the activity-based costing process has been integrated with the ERP system so that it can relate to all business processes as a whole and can reduce expenses to manage the flow of information systems within the company. It is necessary to determine a fast business process for the allocation of these costs so that a product can be produced. A standard hierarchy is needed which serves as the center of the business process for determining the activity-based costing process. This process is still done manually so that it slows down the business determination process in the activity-based costing process. This research will implement the search function in the ABC system by creating a reporting system that can search business processes in the standard hierarchy in SAP S/4HANA. This research will use SEEM embed with SDLC method where this method pays attention from the perspective of the user and the company to produce an efficient ABC process with the company's objectives.

Data is one element that is considered important in a business. If the processing is carried out correctly and as needed, the data has high quality. High data quality can have a positive impact, that is, it can create information and knowledge to support decision-making. In fact, many organizations accumulate data without a good data storage or management system and cause the data to become large so that it is difficult to understand and produce information in it that cannot be conveyed properly which makes a decision not have a maximum positive impact. Data Quality Management (DQM) is considered to be able to assist in maintaining quality in the data and ensure that no data is lost or damaged. Quality data is obtained by one of the stages in DQM, namely data profiling, which performs the process of checking the available and stored data to determine a content structure and data quality. The research focuses on implementing the DQM module data profiling feature on the Data Governance website application. This research produces data profiling features that can help people in data processing where the modules produced are value distribution, data completeness, clustering, value similarity and data deduplication.
