Abstract

The aim of this study was to observe the form of seaweed marketing chain, the amount of margin in each marketing chain, and seaweed marketing efficiency in each marketing chain. Respondents selected as sample were seaweed farmers and a trader. Samples of seaweed farmer were chosen by using simple random sampling method. There were 25 respondents interviewed from the total of 50 population. Sample of trader respondent was chosen by using tracing sampling method, and there was 1 trader respondent interviewed. The total number of respondents interviewed was 26 respondents. Result of marketing analysis showed that marketing margin observed in chain I was IDR 4.500; and no marketing margin was observed in chain II because seaweeds were directly sold to cunsumers. Marketing chain of seaweed in Lalombi village consisted of two chains, namely:1. Seaweed Farmer → Trader→ Consumer.2. Seaweed Farmer → Consumer.In the first chain, selling price received by seaweed farmers was 60% with the efficiency value was 40%. In the second chain, selling price received by seaweed farmers was 100% with the efficiency value was 0%; and therefore seaweed marketing chain more efficient was the second marketing chain.Key Words: Marketing analysis, seaweed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of revenue and oyster mushrooms in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. The research was conducted on oyster mushroom businesses located in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. Respondents consisted of 1 employee that business owners oyster mushrooms. The results showed that the income earned on oyster mushroom business in October IDR. 2,217,732 oyster mushroom businesses gain and deserve to be developed with a value of R/C of 1.73 indicates that any expenditure of IDR. 1.00 will earn revenue of IDR. 1.73. Key Words : Feasibility Analysis, Oyster Mushroom, Village Mpanau.

Abstract

The purposes of the research wereto determine the revenue, the expended cost, and the number of products at breaking event point, and to determine the margin of safety (MoS) for sustaining profit in honey bee ‘Jaya Makmur’ farming of Jono Oge village, Sigi Biromaru sub district, Sigi district.  It was carried out in June to July 2015 with two respondent who was the owner and a worker of the farming.  The research showed that the revenue generated were IDR 2,860,000/month for a bottle of 850 ml honey with the production cost of IDR 1,684,267/month and the profit of 1,175,733/month; and IDR 3,055,000/month for a bottle of 400 ml honey with the production cost of IDR 1,699,130/month and the profit of 1,355,870/month.  The break event point achieved were 11bottles for the 850 ml product at the price of IDR 130,000/bottle and the sold price of IDR 1,495,000/month; and 23 bottles for  the 400 ml product at the price of IDR 65,000/bottle and the sold price of IDR 1,430,00/month.  The MoS were 50% for the 850 ml product and 51% for the 400 ml product indicating that the maximum disparity limit for decreasing sale permitted for both products is not larger than the MoS ratio at the level of sale expected in July. Keywords: Analysis Of  Break Event Point, Budidaya Lebah Madu, and Jono Oge Viilage,

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the best places for rice commodities in sub-districts of Morowali Regency based on its production. This research was conducted by using secondary data for 2 months starting from January 20, 2017 until March 20, 2017 in Morowali Regency. The respondents in this study were determined intentionally (Purposive). Data were analyzed by using Location Quotien (LQ) analysis. The result shown that average LQ value in morowali district from 2011 until 2015 is 0,85157. Result from LQ analysis of sub-districts showed there were three regions superior in field of rice commodity in 2015. That is West Bungku Sub District  1.08124, Bumi Raya Sub District 1,18688, and Wita Ponda Sub District 1,212402. Keywords: Base Production, and Nonbase, Paddy Rice

Abstract

The objective this research is to analyze financial feasybility to Tofu Home Industrian ‘Talise” based on criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This research was conducting on March to April 2015, respondent in the research choose by porpusive. Respondent in this research consist of 4 people, a leader and three employes, two of them work in production and one else work as marketing. Method of analysis use in this research is analysis finansial feasybility. The result of this research show that value Net Present Valueis Rp13,927,446, Net B/C Rasio 1.40, and Internal Rate of Return25.72 %. The result indicate that “Talise” Tofu Home Industry is feasible.   Key words : Feasibility of  Finansial, Home Industry, Tofu.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine maximum production, maximum profit and resource allocation used to maximize the benefit of solid organic fertilizers in Farmer Natural community in Oluboju village Sig iBiromaru sub-districtof Sigi Regency. The research was conducted in February-March 2017. Types of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained by means of observation and direct interviews with the respondents i.e. the Chairman of the Farmers Natural Community, its treasurer, its secretary and one of its members, while the secondary data obtained from several literatures, journals as well as from related agencies that support this research. Analytical tools used in this research were the Linear Programming and Sensitivity analyses. The results showed that the maximum profit obtained from the solidorganic fertilizer businessby the farmer Natural Community was IDR 2,804,144 withthe maximum production of 4,307 kg.The allocation of the resources used to achieve the maximum profits was 22 daily hoursworked per labor, raw materialsof 5,027 kg, and capital of IDR 3,217,659. The production generated by the community was 3,000 kg per month at the rate of raw material used was 3,500 kg per month.

Abstract

Copra is one of the processing coconut which cultivated by people in Indonesia. This commodity is generally used as a raw material for the manufacture of coconut oil is produced from the flesh of the coconut. Copra is a endoaperm of coconut which has been dried through a process of drying, the moisture content in endosperm about 50% was reduced to only 5-6%. Copra quality can be improved by performing storage the whole fruit in certain time before coconuts processed into copra. The purpose of this research is to know the revenue obtained in the processing of Copra Farmers in Pusungi Village Ampana Tete Sub-District Tojo Una-Una Regency. This research is determined by simple random method (simple random sampling) and Farmer copra populations as much as 102 people and the number of samples obtained as many as 31 respondents.The data used the primary and secondary data. Data analysis is an analysis of income used π = TR-TC. Production data is data processing of Copra in April-July 2016. The results of the analysis showed that the average income of farmers in Pusungi Village Ampana Tete Sub-District Tojo Una-Una Regency is Rp. 4,064,917. Income amounting to Rp. 4,064,917 retrieved from a reduction of between Rp. 9,393,947 reception with total cost amounting toRp. 5,329,030.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income and feasibility in managing coconut into copra. This research has been conducted in Lembomawo village, South Poso City district of Poso regency. Determining the location of the research is done intentionally (Porposive) with the consideration that Lembomawo Village is one of coconut production center. The timing of the research starts from January to February 2017. The analysis used is income and Feasibility Analysis. The results showed that the average income earned by copra farmers was Rp 6,945,484/harvest season. The average variable cost used by copra farmers in their activities was Rp 1,110,890.32 / harvest season and fixed cost of Rp 45,616.62 The result of research indicates that the activity of copra business is Rp. 5,788,976.93 and the copra business feasibility indicates 5.78.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the income of Vennamei shrimp fishpond business in Boyatongo Village South Parigi Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research was conducted on May to July 2017 in Boyatongo Village South Parigi Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency. The location of the research was selected by purposively  through consideration that this village is one of area that produce Vennamei shrimp with extensive harvested area and high production in Parigi Moutong. Sample of respondent was determined through census. Sample taken was all community who cultivate the Vennamei shrimp. The total number of respondent were 12 people of Vennamei shrimp farmers. Analysis used was income analysis. The result of analysis showed that the average production I is 372.5 kg/3ha or 124.1 kg/ha with selling price of Rp. 45.000/ kg, the average production of II is 85 kg/3 ha or 28 kg/ha and the selling price is Rp. 40.000/kg. The average of income earn by the farmer is Rp. 20.179.167/3ha or Rp. 6.726.389/ha. The permanent cost is Rp. 2.922.428/3ha or Rp. 974.143/ha and the average of variable cost is Rp. 7.679.833/3ha or Rp. 2.559.944/ha. The average of outcome is Rp. 10.602.262/3ha or Rp. 3.534.087/ha. Therefore, the average income of farmer is Rp. 9.576.905/3ha or Rp. 3.192.302/ha.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know how appropriate alternative strategies to be applied inthe development of ground coffee on Bumi Mutiara Industry in the city of Palu. The research was conducted on ground coffee Bumii Mutiara Industry located at Jalan Mutiara Palu Palu Nagaya II No.29-30. Number of respondents 5 people consisting of 1 leader, 2 employees, 1 customer, and 1 person perindakop employees. The analysis method is the SWOT analysis. The results showed the total value obtained in the amount of 3.34 IFAS table with a score of 2.20 and the power of weakness score of 1.14 while the total value obtained EFAS, which amounted to 3.08 with a score of 1.80 opportunities and threats score of 1 , 28. Based on calculations of the value of the rating and weighting factors internal business development strategies Bumi Mutiara ground coffee as the X-axis is 1.06, while external factors as the Y-axis is 0.52. The alternative strategy is the right strategy SO. SO strategy is a strategy that can be used ground coffee industry Bumi Mutiara in creating strategies to use force to take advantage of existing opportunities.
