Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies for strengthening spiritual and social attitudes during the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution at SDIT Bina Bangsa. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The subjects of this research are the School Principal, Islamic Education Teacher, 5th Grade Class Teacher, and 5th Grade Students. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher used triangulation of sources and methods to ensure data validity. The results of the study are as follows: (1) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through learning; (2) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through school activities; (3) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through extracurricular activities; (4) strategies for strengthening social attitudes through learning; (5) strengthening social attitudes through school activities; and (6) strengthening social attitudes through extracurricular activities. In conclusion, the research findings suggest that spiritual and social attitudes can be enhanced through learning, relevant school activities, and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui mengenai transformasi peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui program sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik untuk pengumpul data, yakni: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dalam penelitian di salah satu sekolah yang berada di Kota Serang yaitu SDN Rawu bahwa sekolah tersebut telah melakukan pendaftaran sebagai sekolah penggerak pada tahun 2021. Sekolah penggerak bukan berarti sekolah besar dengan sarana prasarana yang lengkap namun sekolah penggerak merupakan sekolah yang dipimpin oleh seorang kepala sekolah yang telah lulus pelatihan dan pembekalan sekolah penggerak tentunya kepala sekolah tersebut mau melakukan perubahan di bidang pendidikan. Di bawah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik sekolah kecil akan menjadi maju, bahkan sekolah yang peneliti kunjungi boleh dikatakan sekolah yang kecil dengan lahan yang sangat terbatas. Tetapi sekolah tersebut mampu menjadi agen perubahan yang tentunya memacu orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak-anaknya ke sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan paparan data dari hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan sekolah yang mempunyai semangat bergerak menuju perubahan yang lebih baik. Program sekolah penggerak seperti yang dirumuskan oleh Kemendikbudristek merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dapat mempercepat peningkatkan mutu kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The profile of Pancasila students as part of the independent learning curriculum in the process of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile is important for the role of a teacher. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the teacher as strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in the Independent Learning Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research conducted, the role of the teacher is very important because the teacher is not only transferring knowledge but also motivation and character in children. In an effort to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, teachers must have the main ability, namely as an example / role model for children. Have a learning plan that focuses on the formation of Pancasila values. Make learning based on the local wisdom approach. Building students' awareness through project-based learning models. making learning interesting and not limited to space, place and time. Learning models that utilize IT developments. Creating a learning evaluation centered on the scientific approach.

Abstract

If all teachers carry out as explained by Ki Hajar Dewantara, there will be an increase in quality of learning. Learning to be of quality if in process changes occur in students which include cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To cover these three aspects requires teacher expertise as a class manager.This research was conducted examine how classroom management strategies be implemented as alternative solution to improve quality learning in educational environment. By understanding important role of classroom management, this research also make a concrete contribution to development of more efficient learning methods. This research uses a qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Where the researcher collecting data by conducting observations and interviews to obtain information about essential phenomena from the participants experiences. Based on the results of interviews and observations linked to indicators and supporting theories, it can be concluded that the resource as the teacher already has good classroom management skills, she really pays attention for comfort of his students so that learning and teaching activities in the classroom run well. Then from the research it also be seen that there is commitment and sincerity from VI A class teacher in educating students and maintaining the quality of learning so that the quality of learning can improve..

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap kegiatan dan proses pembelajaran tidak lepas dengan keterkaitan guru yang mempunyai peran besar terhadap serangkaian proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Pada proses pembelajaran bukan hanya sekadar rangkaian transfer ilmu pengetahuan dari guru kepada peserta didik saja, melainkan terdapat juga peran guru professional dalam proses penanaman sikap dan karakter peserta didik sehingga pencapaian hasil belajar menjadi lebih optimal. Peran guru professional dalam proses pembelajaran ini sangat penting dan tidak bisa digantikan meskipun perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju seperti teknologi, tetapi secanggih apapun teknologi tidak bisa menggantikan peran guru professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya peran guru professional dalam pencapaian hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menjelaskan permasalahan dan fokus penelitian. Pendekatan studi kasus dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai situasi atau permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru professional dapat menjadi penentu keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, tentunya menjadi seorang guru professional harus memiliki standar serta kualitas tertentu yang harus dipenuhi agar hasil belajar peserta didik dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

School and community relationship management is a management of the relationship between the school and the community in order to create a good and harmonious relationship and the establishment of cooperation between the two parties. In this study, the implementation of school and community relationship management is reflected through a local wisdom-based activity program. The local wisdom-based activity is the commemoration of the Prophet's maulid or called Panjang Mulud. This study describes how the process of school and community relationship management based on local wisdom is precisely local wisdom in Banten Province at SDN Serang 21. By using qualitative research methods with descriptive qualitative approach type. The results obtained in this study are the existence of good relationship management between schools and local wisdom-based communities by adopting positive values in Pajang Mulud activities. So as to be able to provide good and positive learning for students and provide benefits to the surrounding community for the existence of these activities

Abstract

Self-confidence is an essential character dimension for elementary school students because it supports communication, social interaction, and active participation in learning. Preliminary observation at SDN 2 Bayah Timur showed that several grade II students were still shy, passive, and hesitant to express ideas in front of the class. This study aimed to describe the process of strengthening students’ self-confidence through the Cooperative Learning model of Think Pair Share, identify implementation challenges, and analyze the success of the strengthening process. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews with the principal and the grade II teacher, and documentation of learning activities. The subjects consisted of 15 grade II students, the grade II teacher, and the principal. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that Think Pair Share strengthened students’ self-confidence through three gradual learning experiences: individual thinking, paired discussion, and sharing discussion results in front of the class. Students became more willing to ask questions, answer teacher prompts, discuss with peers, and present group ideas. The main challenges were differences in students’ characteristics, limited learning time, classroom noise, and the need for continuous teacher support for shy students. Teachers addressed these challenges through balanced pairing, role assignment, positive reinforcement, adaptive questioning, and simple learning media. The study concludes that Think Pair Share is relevant for strengthening self-confidence among lower-grade elementary students because it provides a safe, structured, and participatory learning space.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan minat belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Banjar Agung 4 Kota Serang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode eksperimen (Quasi Eksperiment). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat belajar antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control dengan nilai signifikansi 0,029. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model TGT memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik dibandingkan model PBL.
