Abstract

Latarbelakang penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu oleh guru kurang optimal sehingga menimbulkan rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik kelas V SDN 19 Ambacang Anggang Kabupaten Pasaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaparkan penggunaan model Mind Mapping di kelas V SDN 19 Ambacang Anggang Kabupaten Pasaman demi kemapuan tematik yang dicapai peserta didik. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) memakai pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dijalankan dua siklus, meliputi tahapan prosedur penelitian perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Mengumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan dokumen analisis, observasi, tes serta nontes. Olahan penelitian memperlihatkan keadaan meninggi dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata Perencanaan untuk siklus I sejumlah 80,55% (B) hingga 94,44% (SB) untuk siklus II. Pelaksanaan dari siklus 1 pada kegiatan guru rata-ratanya 82,30% (B) siklus II 96,87% (SB) dan siklus I aktivitas peserta didik sudah terlaksana yaitu 79,68% (C) dan meningkat 96,87% (SB) pada siklus II. Rerata hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I adalah 79,34 (C) menjadi 91,55 (B) di siklus II. Bersumber pada olahan data dirangkum bahwa penggunaan model mind mapping mampu menaikkan tingkat penguasaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu yang dicapai peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Abstract

Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu pasifnya kegiatan pembelajaran yang terjadi di dalam kelas sehingga berpengaruh pada nilai peserta didik, oleh karenanya peneliti melakukan riset dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu menggunakan model kooperatif tipe make a match (MAM) di SDN 07 Koto Panai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan tepatnya di kelas V. Penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas atau biasa disingkat PTK dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru dan  peserta didik di kelas V yang terdiri dari 26 orang peserta didik dan 1 orang guru kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus sehingga diperoleh hasil berikut: a) Persentase ketuntasan penilaian RPP pada siklus I 76,14%, dan siklus II 97,7%. b) Persentase ketuntasan aspek guru siklus I 79,54%, dan siklus II 97,7%. c) Persentase ketuntasan aspek peserta didik pada siklus I 79,54%, dan pada siklus II 97,7%. d) Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I 70,69%, dan siklus II 83,03%. Data tersebut bukti bahwa dengan menerapkan model make a match di sekolah dasar dapat menunjang hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi meningkat.

Abstract

More than half of students get learning outcomes under the Minimum Learning Mastery that has been set, this is due to the monotonous learning process, the lack of teacher innovation in developing learning models, and teacher-centered learning. To get optimal learning results, the cooperative learning model of the Team Game Tournament type is used which is student center, educative and fun. This study aims to describe the use of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade students. This research is a Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles. Cycle I consisted of 2 meetings and cycle II consisted of 1 meeting. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. There was an increase in the lesson plan assessment, namely 87.45% in cycle I and 95.4% in cycle II. The activities of teachers and students in cycle I obtained a score of 80.3% and 73.2% respectively and scored 92.8% and 89.2% in cycle II. In integrated thematic learning, students' learning outcomes obtained a score of 72.52 in the first cycle and obtained a score of 83.19 in the cycle II.

Abstract

Language Experience Approch is an approach to learning to improve elementary school students' reading skills. This study aims to determine the extent to which the Language Experience Approach (LEA) approach improves students' reading skills in lower grades. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Ladang Cakiah. The research uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques as a data collection tool. The research sample consisted of elementary school teachers who teach in lower grades. The results of the data analysis show that the students' experiences in learning with the LEA approach are very positive. Teachers revealed that learning with the LEA approach made them more interested in reading because they were given the opportunity to use their own language in learning. In addition, learning with the LEA approach encourages active participation of students in learning. This study shows that the LEA approach is very effective in improving students' reading skills in lower grades. Therefore, the LEA approach can be used as an effective alternative learning method in improving students' reading skills in low grades.

Abstract

.The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the image media is to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The study time was in April 2023 and took approximately 2 weeks. The subject of this study is elementary school teachers in Bukittinggi. Research is conducted by formulating research problems, tracing the research results of relevant and similar journals for analysis of their data. The benefits of image media are the explanation and delivery of various information, messages, ideas, and so on by giving the impression of being visible using verbal language. Based on the results, studies have shown teachers agree that the use of image media in the learning process can improve students' learning outcomes. Because more than 50% to 60% of respondents agreed to this.

Abstract

Arah dari observasi ini yaitu untuk menguraikan hasil penerapan membaca serta menulis di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Desain deskriptif kuantitatif memberikan angka dalam penggunaan metode dan teknik dalam pelaksanaan MMP di kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Menurut hasil observasi ini yaitu cara yang dipakai pendidik  pada saat prosedur menuntut ilmu di kelas, metode abjad/huruf sebanyak 35.7%,  28.6% metode global, 21.4% menggunakan metode suku kata, dan 14.3% menggunakan metode bunyi. Teknik yang guru gunakan untuk memperkenalkan membaca permulaan di kelas memiliki 50% responden dalam penggunaan teknik latihan, 28.6% dalam menggunakan teknik demonstrasi, 14.3% dalam teknik tanya jawab, dan 7.1% menggunakan teknik tugas. Dalam penggunaan teknik menulis permulaan di kelas sebanyak 78.6% guru menggunakan teknik latihan, 14.3% menggunakan teknik demonstrasi, dan 7.1% menggunakan teknik tugas.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the most crucial things for every student and must be developed since elementary school as a social attitude that becomes an example for the next generation. In this case, every student in elementary school must have discipline character towards the code of conduct in their elementary school. This study is researched to find out how the level of discipline of the students in elementary school. This will also find out about how student attitude towards the code of conduct. This study is using quantitative descriptive with survey method. Study method that will be used for this study is questionnaire with google form as the technique to gain the data. Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui hambatan yang ditemui oleh guru Sekolah Dasar pada pembiasaan literasi di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena ditemui bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa di sekolah terutama Sekolah Dasar masih tergolong rendah. Rendahnya kepandaian literasi anak sekolah dasar terjadi karena adanya hambatan yang dialami oleh guru maupun siswa dalam penerapannya. Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengetahui hambatan yang dialami oleh guru dalam pembiasaan literasi di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Adapun penelitian ini tergolong ke dalam jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini yang akan menjadi subjek yaitu guru Sekolah Dasar yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar yang berada di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa pedoman hasil Google form yang telah disebarkan. Analisis data yang diolahuntuk penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif yaitu merangkum hasil data dari Google form yang sudah dideskripsikan. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat bebrapa hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan literasi di sekolah dasar, yaitu berupa kurangnya fasilitas, kurangnya minat siswa serta kurangnya sokongan dari orang tua siswa.

Abstract

This research aimed to discover the difference in the increase of students' mathematical concepts understanding using Lasswell communication model and conventional model. This was quasi-experimental research. Data were collected through a test of mathematical concepts understanding. The sample of this research was Public High School 4, where class X.1 and class X. 2 as an experiment and control class respectively. Inferential statistics was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the increase of average of students' mathematical concepts understanding ability of experimental class was 0.733, while in the control class was 0.550. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the t-test with significance level were 5%, showed that t score>T-table, meaning H0 was rejected. The conclusion was that there was a difference in the increment of students' mathematical concepts understanding using Lasswell Communication model and conventional model. Therefore, increasing the students' ability of mathematical concepts understanding using the Lasswell Communication Model was better than the conventional model.

Abstract

The background of this research because the activities of providing material in schools many students are less active and cause their learning outcomes not to be maximized. This study uses research methods for planning, actions, observations, and reflections, and also by applying the discovery learning model. This study used 28 fifth grade students at SDN 12 Tanah Sirah Padang City as subjects. Data collection techniques through observation, non-test and test. This study produces data that shows an increase of learning activities and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model increases the level of integrated thematic learning outcomes from students.
