Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes and personality on financial management behavior (study at Lazismu Umsida). This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 40 Lazismu Umsida volunteers. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Financial Literacy has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, Personality has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. In addition, Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Personality have a simultaneous effect on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial factors on bond ratings with earnings management as an intervening variable.This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data as a data source. In this study the population data used are all PT. Pefindo listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation period was from the 2017-2020 period. In this study, non-probability sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. There are 15 companies PT. Pefindo used as a sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial performance has an effect on bond ratings. Non-financial factors affect bond ratings. Financial performance has an effect on earnings management. Non-financial factors affect earnings management. Earnings management has an effect on bond ratings. Financial performance affects bond ratings through earnings management. Non-financial factors affect bond ratings through earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm growth, firm size, and investment decisions on firm value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 72 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 10 with the aim of testing Company Growth (X1), Company Size (X2), and Investment Decisions (X3) Against Firm Value (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between company growth, company size, and investment decisions on firm value. While partially, the variables of firm growth and firm size have no significant effect on firm value, while the investment decision variable has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This descriptive research employs quantitative methods to investigate the intricate interplay between brand awareness, price, and product innovation in shaping smartphone purchasing decisions among 96 respondents in Sidoarjo. Employing a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, the study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS version 26 for data analysis. The findings underscore the pivotal roles of brand awareness, price, and product innovation in influencing smartphone purchase decisions in the studied region. This research contributes valuable insights into consumer behavior, offering implications for marketers and policymakers alike in understanding and leveraging these determinants to enhance the appeal and competitiveness of smartphone products. Highlights: Consumer Influence: The study reveals the significant impact of brand awareness, price, and product innovation on consumer decision-making processes when purchasing smartphones in the Sidoarjo region. Quantitative Analysis: Employing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26, the research provides a rigorous quantitative examination of the relationships between brand awareness, price, and product innovation in the smartphone market. Abstract

Technological advancements have enhanced information access, leading to innovations in financial technology such as e-payment systems. This study investigates the impact of a less cash society, perceived convenience, and trust on MSMEs' (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) intention to adopt e-payment in Sidoarjo. Using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula, data were collected from 100 respondents and analyzed with SEM-PLS. Results show that all three factors significantly influence the adoption of e-payment systems. These findings highlight the benefits of e-payment services and emphasize the need for service providers to promote ease of use and security, and for policymakers to establish protective regulations to encourage adoption. Highlight: Impact Factors: Key factors include less cash society, convenience, and trust. Methodology: Data from 100 MSMEs analyzed using SEM-PLS. Abstract

This study explores the interplay between financial literacy, financial behavior, and employment status in relation to investment decisions. Conducted in Singopadu Village, Indonesia, the research employed a quantitative associative design with a sample of 100 participants selected through random sampling. Primary data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The findings reveal significant influences of financial literacy, financial behavior, and employment status on investment decisions. The study emphasizes the importance of promoting financial literacy and cultivating positive financial behaviors to enhance investment choices, providing valuable insights for researchers and policymakers alike. Abstract

Desa Suko yang berada di kabupaten Sidoarjo, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan UMKM, khususnya sektor makanan dan minuman. Namun, pelaku UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM melalui pelatihan digitalisasi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan praktis tentang digital marketing yang diikuti oleh mitra di wilayah Suko. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan rata-rata literasi keuangan peserta sebesar 42 persen, meningkat menjadi 78 persen pada post-test. Selain itu, 85 persen peserta berhasil menghitung HPP secara tepat, serta 70 persen peserta membuat akun media sosial usaha baru (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, atau TikTok) untuk memasarkan produknya. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini terbukti memberikan dampak empiris dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan profesionalitas UMKM di desa Suko. Secara akademik, hasil kegiatan ini memperkuat literatur tentang efektivitas pelatihan praktis berbasis digitalisasi dan keuangan sederhana sebagai strategi pemberdayaan UMKM. Kegiatan ini juga mendukung pencapaian SDGs, khususnya pengentasan kemiskinan (SDG 1) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif (SDG 8)

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the effect of organizational culture, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of PT Aerofood ACS Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The location of the research conducted by the author to test the hypothesis is at PT Aerofood ACS - Surabaya which is located on Jl. Raya Juanda Airport Sidoarjo - East Java with a zip code of 61253. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. This study uses questionnaire primary data with a Likert scale which is processed using SmartPLS with validity and reliability tests. The results obtained are employee engagement and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational commitment, while organizational culture has no significant effect.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diupayakan menjadi baik, dengan kinerja yang baik maka para pemegang saham punya keinginan membeli saham, bila yang dibeli banyak maka semakain banyak keuntungan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan . Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua perusahan dalam kumpulan Index LQ 45 tercatat di Pasar Modal di Indonesia, teknik penentuan sampel yaitu porposiv sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dalam study ini ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistic ditemukan bahwa TATO, Firm Size dan current ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perisahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, dan Motivasi Inves­tasi terhadap Minat Investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo. Pene­litian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan meto­de pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggu­nakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan pur­po­sive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan Generasi Z berusia 18 hingga 28 tahun yang berdomisili di Sidoarjo dan berstatus sebagai mahasiswa atau pekerja muda. Data yang diperoleh diukur menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan bukti empiris terkait sejauh mana Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, dan Motivasi Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Minat Investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo.
