Abstract

Terdapat beberapa Faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung. Dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada Produk, Harga, Tempat dan Promosi terhadap keputusan berkunjung karena keputusan berkunjung membawa kemajuan bagi pengelola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh produk terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang, menjelaskan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang, menjelaskan pengaruh tempat terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang, menjelaskan pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang dan menjelaskan pengaruh bersama-sama variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Uji model, uji hipotisis sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang. Harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang. Tempat tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang. promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang. Produk, harga, tempat dan promosi bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Desa Wisata Kandri Semarang.

Abstract

The rapidly growing demand for business actors to always make improvements in all fields, especially the improvement in the service sector and menu innovations that are varied and acceptable to customers. All of these are natural things considering the excellent service implemented by the restaurant, tends to be a comfortable place, good views and cheap menus can attract many customers. A careful planning needs to be done to anticipate the development of existing competitors. Conduct an analysis of the existing market including determining who the competitors are, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, as well as analyzing the restaurant itself. This research method uses quantitative descriptive, namely collecting, compiling, processing and analyzing data in the form of numbers which in practice are given certain treatment which is studied in it, it is known that the sample size in this study is 96 customers at Eden Daily International Food Semarang. The level of customer satisfaction can be seen from the value of excellent service and product quality, if excellent service can be provided properly and can meet customer expectations and is supported by good product quality and can provide satisfactory customer satisfaction, visiting customers will feel satisfied.

Abstract

Tarian selamat datang merupakan tarian tradisional yang menarik dan disajikan kepada wisatawan ketika berkunjung ke salah satu daya tarik wisata. Tarian selamat datang memiliki ciri khas masing-masing daerah. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menyambut hangat kedatangan tamu baik dari luar kota, luar suku atau bahkan tamu penting yang dianggap terhormat dalam ketadangannya. Maka pentingnya membuat tarian welcome dance. Kegiatan pengemasan tari kreasi welcome dance ini menjadi salah satu kreasi baru yang menampilkan gerakan yang lebih bebas, namun tetap dalam kaidah tari yang estetis. Sehingga ungkapan jiwa dari imajinasi penciptanya akan tetap tersalurkan melalui gerakan yang estetis. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini di lakukan di desa Kedungboto yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, khususnya perempuan dalam pertunjukan tari welcome dance. Metode yang digunakan yaitu identifikasi potensi, kemudian diskusi dan pelatihan kreasi seni. Desa kedungboto menjadi lokasi untuk pelatihan kreasi tari, karena kurangnya SDM dalam pengembangan seni tari khususnya tari welcome dance bagi perempuan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Grand Dian Hotel Brebes which aims to analyze and explain the influence of service quality, image and function of OTA (online travel agent) which is in poor condition due to lack of updates from OTA (Online Travel Agent) about hotel information, and prices from OTA (Online Travel Agent) is unstable. Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study were 94 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and before doing the test, the validity and reliability tests were carried out first. The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in guest decisions to stay is directly influenced by the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent). The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination adjusted R2 square of 0.610. This shows that the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent) significantly influence the decision of guests to stay together with a close relationship of 61.0%. This shows that to improve the decision of staying guests, it is necessary to improve the quality of service, as well as the image and function of a good OTA (online travel agent) in the eyes of the community, it will increase the decision of guests to stay in the next period.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is the duty and responsibility of both the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Regional Governments in accordance with the division of government affairs. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village, Central Java, which aims to understand and analyze the coffee-based agro-tourism development model as a tourist attraction in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village. And analyze what obstacles are experienced by the Colo Kudus Tourism Village Agrotourism. The data of this study were obtained through observation and interviews, the informants used in the study were 5 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for coffee activists, the Colo Coffee community. The data obtained were processed using descriptive qualitative. Qualitative analysis uses data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Arowisata Colo Tourism Village has a strategy model such as Coffee Education Tourism, training for farmers.

Abstract

Kampung Prailiu merupakan Kampung Wisata Digital yang baru saja diresmikan pada tanggal 24 Februari 2020. Salah satu alasan peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti kampung ini karena kampung ini merupakan Kampung Wisata Digital pertama di Sumba. Oleh sebab itu kajian terhadap aspek kesiapan masyarakat dan penggunaan digital enabler merupakan hal menarik untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi antara lain masyarakat belum siap dengan penetapan sebagai Kampung Wisata Digital, perubahan pola transaksi dari tradisional ke digital, penggunaan perangkat digital untuk transaksi dan kesiapan sarana prasarana penunjang. Dalam penelitian ini, yang dimaksud dengan pemanfaatan digital enabler adalah penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking Bank NTT, penggunaan EDC (Electronic Data Capture) serta scan kode QRIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu melalui studi kasus tunggal (single-case study) dengan teknik cuplikan purposive sampling (non probability sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek kesiapan masyarakat, mengacu pada Tahapan Model Kesiapan Masyarakat yang dikembangkan oleh Stanley (2014), Kampung Wisata Digital Prailiu masih berada pada tahapan persiapan. Pemanfaatan digital enabler masih sangat terbatas pada penggunaan aplikasi EDC (Electronic Data Capture) dan scan QRIS. Melalui upaya edukasi, monitoring dan evaluasi, peningkatan infrastruktur, penataan kelembagaan desa, pengembangan potensi kampung serta pemanfaatan website dan social media sebagai sarana promosi, Kampung Wisata Digital Prailiu diharapkan akan berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to build a new conceptual model based on the novelty produced by previous researchers called Transformative Interaction capability. Transformative interaction capabilities are expected to resolve the results of research between frequent and team performance. Structural study methodology was adopted in this study and a sample of 260 samples was taken from analysis units spread throughout Indonesia as a Merchant marine college. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The findings in this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve the performance of the public organization team at the Merchant marine College. There are two ways to improve team performance. The strategy includes transformative interaction capabilities to improve team performance. The results of this study bring benefits for theoretical and practical development.

Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy encourages the growth of economic communities in tourism villages based on the creative economy. Since being declared as a creative village in 2022, Bojong village, Kuningan Regency has been encouraged to develop. The problem faced by the creative economy community is that it is not yet popular, product packaging has not met the criteria of the creative economy. This community service activity aims to help increase the popularity of Bojong creative village and standardize MSME products towards creative economy products. The service method is carried out through socialization, FGD, and training. This activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the economy community from 50% to 80%, increasing popularity through TV and online media coverage, improving the quality of packaging, export packages and promotional fliers, and obtaining two achievements, namely the district level and provincial level in the culinary field.

Abstract

Sebagai hotel yang sudah menjadi pemain lama dalam industri dan bertahan hingga kini umumnya karena telah memiliki reputasi yang baik di tengah masyarakat. Derasnya persaingan usaha perhotelan memperketat persaingan, sehingga perlu diuji apakah reputasi saja dapat mempengaruhi niat pemesanan tamu hotel, atau membutuhkan kuatnya keterikatan pelanggan dengan hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor reputasi sebagai penyebab terjadinya niat pemesanan tamu hotel dengan keterkaitan (attachment) sebagai faktor yang memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Untuk dapat menjawab tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan SMART PLS sebagai alat analisisnya untuk menguji outer model maupun inner model agar dapat menentukan penerimaan atau penolakan hipotesis pada sampel 100 tamu yang telah melakukan pemesanan di Hotel Patra Bandung sebagai responden. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa Reputasi berpengaruh terhadap niat pemesanan hotel baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keterikatan tamu. Hal ini memberikan konfirmasi bahwa hotel yang telah bermain lama dalam industri perlu mempertahankan reputasi yang dapat menguatkan keterikatan pelanggan sehingga menghasilkan niat tamu untuk melakukan pemesanan layanan hotel.
