Abstract

At present in the life of the nation and state increasingly experiencing mental crises, morals, and behavior such as brawl problems, student fights that have been entrenched, corruption that has become a tradition, using drugs or liquor. This study aims to find out 1). the formation of student character values through extracurricular activities, 2). Factors that support and inhibit the formation of student character values through extracurricular activities in pondok al-Islam and 3. character values formed through extracurricular activities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Documentation is used to schedule extracurricular activities, the number of students participating in extracurricular activities and the name of the supervising teacher. While the technique of analyzing researchers data uses miles and huberman model analysis, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. the results of research at Pondok Al-Islam joresan showed that the formation of student character values through extracurricular activities at Pondok Al-Islam had a strategy, the strategies used were habituation and exemplaryness. 1). Habituation Strategy in the form of the first policy of the lodge in designing mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. Secondly, there are regulations to create discipline in carrying out extracurricular activities. 2). The first exemplary strategy is the example of the supervising teacher. The two officials are opmi. while supporting factors for the formation of student character values through extracurricular activities in Pondok Al-Islam, namely: 1). school policies in extracurricular implementation, 2). guidebook for student activities, 3). availability of competent supervisors. 4). family support or student guardian. The inhibiting factors are 1). the facilities and infrastructure of extracurricular activities are not yet complete. 2). lack of extracurricular tutor teacher. 3). Character values that are formed through extracurricular dipondok al-Islam, namely: Religious characters, Honest, Tolerance, Discipline, Hard Work, Creative, Independent, Curiosity, Friendly/Communicative, Peaceful Love, Social Concern and Social Responsibility.

Abstract

Darussalam University Gontor is a university that requires students to speakarab and english in all activities. The university has a special class for studentswhose low language ability is the matriculation class. Arabic language learning inmatriculation class includes four skills, including: maharatul istima, maharatulkalam, maharatul qira'ah, and maharatul kitabah. This study aims to improve resultsof students on maharatul istima' lesson using power point media in arabiyah bainayadaik in the matriculation class A of Darussalam University Gontor. The object ofresearch is a student matriculation A University Darussalam Gontor whichamounted to 16 students. This type of research is a classroom action research(PTK). This classroom action research is collaborative, since researchers work withmaharatul istima 'teachers to teach in Matriculation class. This study has 2 cycles,and in each cycle there are four core components, including: planning,implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used areobservation, interview, test and documentation. Data analysis technique used ismixed method analysis, that is approach with qualitative and quantitative. And thesuccess criteria in this study is 70%. The results of this study indicate that the powerpoint media can improve results of students on maharatul istima' lesson in thematriculation class A of Darussalam University Gontor. Data analysis on cycle Iproves as many as 12 students achieve the expected learning results with 75%complete percentage, and increased again in cycle II as many as 14 students achievethe expected learning results with 87,5% mastery percentage.

Abstract

There were several terms of new student of  Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor. It might be shocked and unfamiliar with the boarding school, from all kinds of regulations and activities that are felt to be endless. It could be found various  problem that experienced by new student such public speaking. Public speaking or speech presentation training is new activity that they just met. it was considered quite difficult which was filled with kinds of regulations. However, without realizing the existence of Public Speaking, it could build and form good characters accordance with the expectations and ideals of Darussalam Modern Islamic Institution Gontor, especially the character of self-confidence. This research was descriptive. It was analyzed using qualitative methods. To collect the data, the researcher used Interview, Observation, and Documentary. The data technical  used analysis Miles and Huberman those are: Reduction DATA, Display Data and Conclusion Drawing &Verification. The result of this research describe that: (1) Public Speaking in Darussalam Modern Islamic Institution Gontor starts with: preparation in writing speech papers, correcting and justifying papers, corrected and evaluated by close friend when practicing speech, delivering speech in public, cheered on by cheers from the audience, and judges by supervisor of public speaking. (2) Public Speaking can foster and shape the confidence with the practice of speech that is continuous, sequential, repeated. With the great preparation, special speech training for a new students, division of public speaking room, and the support also motivation of various parties.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students reading skills of the ninth-grade students in Madrasah I'dadiyah Muhammadiyah. This research is research and development Borg & Gall study used to obtain a specific production, know the effectiveness of its implementation, and verify its validity for scholars, using the qualitative and quantitative approach to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. The methods used in it consisted of interviews, Tests, questionnaires, and written documents. In analyzing the data, this research used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, version 25 SPSS 25 method T-Test, and the Wilcoxon Signed. The developed educational aids come in the Android program by choosing the appropriate material, exercises, and teaching methods. The effectiveness is obtained from the results of the pre and post-tests by implementing: descriptive statistical analysis, conditional testing, and inferential testing in the extended experiment, and the result indicates that there is progress in their language proficiency, especially in reading skills. These teaching aids are attractive and exciting and help students learn Arabic, especially reading Arabic.

Abstract

Darussalam Modern Gontor Islamic Institution is one of the Islamic educational institutions that pay great attention to language development and places it in an essential position through the creation of a formal and natural language environment. Moreover, it is used as the official language for students in daily communication. Besides, this language was implemented for activities and movements with an Arabic environment. This study aims to determine the formation of the language environment and its role in language acquisition for students of class 5 Darussalam Modern Gontor Islamic Institution for girls Campus 1 Sambirejo Mantingan Ngawi, East Java, especially in speaking skills. description. This research shows that the quality of a good, interesting, and abundant language environment plays a pivotal and effective tool in language learning, for this reason, the practice of using Arabic in daily life communication in both formal and natural environments should be considered. So that students of class 5 Darussalam Modern Gontor Islamic Institution 1 for girls Campus Sambirejo Mantingan Ngawi, East Java, can gain the goal of learning the language, namely the acquisition of a second language, especially in speaking skills.

Abstract

The Arabic language is difficult for students, especially for reading Arabic texts. This study aims to develop and produce teaching aids for the Arabic Language book in reading skills on PowerPoint Android programs for the ninth-grade preparatory school and show the effectiveness of its implementation using the qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection using tests and student observations. The researcher used Borg and Gall’s proposed research and development (RD). The effectiveness of this method is obtained from the development of students’ Arabic text reading skills visible after using the Android PowerPoint. The result indicates progress in their language ability, basically in reading skills. These teaching aids are attractive and exciting PowerPoint Android programs and help students learn Arabic. Especially reading Arabic, appropriate material, exercises, and teaching methods are chosen to have an essential role in the education process, and it is the most excellent helper in facilitating and clarifying problems in lessons and paying attention to the needs of students and teachers. Hence, the researcher saw that the developed methods are practical, easy, and exciting in the educational process.

Abstract

Guru yaitu orang yang digugu dan ditiru segala tindak tanduknya, guru sebagai Qudwah Hasanah ditintut untuk memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang baik. Hal tersebut menjadi sangat sensitif dan sangat penting apabila yang menilai, memperhatikan dan meniru adalah peserta didik taraf MI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan qudwah hasanah bagi guru melalui pendidikan profetik di MI Nurussalam Ngawi, dan untuk mengetahui apasajakah kendala guru MI Nurussalam Ngawi dalam menerapkan pendidikan profetik untuk menjadi qudwah hasanah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research) sebagai metodenya, dan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah teknis analisis data yang digunakan. Melalui wawancara, hasil yang didapatkan oleh peneliti dengan beberapa guru adalah bahwa guru MI Nurussalam Ngawi telah menerapkan Qudwah Hasanah dengan menerapkan karakteristik profetik seperti yang Rasulullah SAW ajarkan seperti sidq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah. Sedangkan kendala yang ditemui oleh para guru dalam menerapkan Qudwah Hasanah tersebut adalah pemantapan pelajaran aqidah akhlak yang kurang mendalam pada tingkatan dasar, pemberian contoh yang tidak hanya cukup sekali atau dua kali, dan Qudwah Hasanah yang belum didapatkan oleh peserta didik di luar jam sekolah

Abstract

Kata ‘al-fathu’ berasal dari Bahasa Arab ‘fataha’ yang berarti kemenangan atau rizki. Dalam Bahasa Indonesia sering diartikan sebagai buka, atau pembuka, yang mana arti tersebut mengacu kepada makna sifat. Adanya penerjemahan sebuah kata ke dalam Bahasa lain sudah tentu menyebabkan distorsi makna, termasuk makna al fathu ini sendiri. Kebanyakan orang hanya akan memahami makna al-fathu ini cukup sebagai makna sifat saja, dan melupakan hakikat makna dari kata serapan tersebut. Kehidupan manusia takkan pernah lepas dari sebuah usaha, yang mana usaha tersebut yang akan mengarahkan pada sebuah pencapaian, atau hasil dari apa yang telah diusahakan. Pada dasarnya, pencapaian tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, banyak sekali tahapan yang harus dipikirkan dan ditata agar setiap individu dapat menuju kepada suatu hal yang kita sebut “pencapaian”. Pun suatu pencapaian akan mudah didapatkan dengan usaha keras dan do’a, entah hasil tersebut berwujud atau hanya sekedar rasa yang dapat kita nikmati setelah jeda waktu yang dibutuhkan. Pada dasarnya seluruh umat manusia khususnya umat islam akan selalu diiringi oleh Allah SWT untuk menggapai suatu kemenangan atau pencapaian tersebut, tergantung seberapa banyak do’a yang dipanjatkan dan seberapa keras usaha yang dikerahkan. Kalimat al-Fathu tertulis sebanyak 8 kali dalam Al-Quran, yang mana jika disandingkan dengan semua kalimat yang ada seluruhnya tertuju kepada satu makna, yaitu kemenangan. Salah satu contoh yang dapat kita ambil adalah waqiah ghazwah khandaq, yang mengandung banyak sekali hikmah kehidupan di dalamnya. Berkat teladan yang Rasulullah SAW contohkan dan ajarkan, persatuan, kegigihan, serta tekad yang kuat yang tertanam dalam tiap diri umat islam, menjadikan kemenangan yang telah dijanjikan terwujud.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahuibagaimana ketentuan prosedur pemberian grasi da nbagaimanakah bentuk kekuasaan Presiden dalampemberian grasi kepada para narapidana dalam sistem keta-tanegaraan di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakanadalah Yuridis-Normatif. Dengan merujuk pada peraturanperundang-undangan tentang grasi dan putusan kekua-saan eksekutif tentang pemberian grasi. Hasil Penelitianini adalah, prosedur dalam mengajukan grasi mengalamiperkembangan dan adanya pertimbangan- pertimbangandari Instansi terkait, sebelumnya grasi diajukan denganbatas paling lama 1 (satu) tahun, setelah adanya putusanMahkamah Konstitusi grasi dapat diajukan kapan saja, yangditerima atau ditolak oleh Presiden. Kemudian, penelitimenemukan beberapa hal yang dapat diajukan sebagaikriteria/tolak ukur Presiden dalam memberikan grasi, yaitudalam ketentuan menimbang yang dapat dipakai untuktolakukur/kriteria.

Abstract

Perkembangannya zaman telah banyak membawa perubahan pada dunia, salah satunya adalah Pendidikan. banyak penyesuaian yang telah dilaksanakan untuk menghadirkan solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan Pendidikan. salah satunya dengan menghadirkan metode-metode pembelajaran terbaru yang diharapkan mampu untuk menandingi banyaknya perubahan yang kian tak terbendung. Namun di tengah tengah perubahan tersebut, dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab penggunaan metode klasik masih banyak dipertahankan untuk digunakan dalam mengingkatkan kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik. Adapun salah satu metode klasik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang masih banyak digunakan pada institusi-Institusi Pendidikan pada saat ini adalah metode kaidah dan tarjamah. Untuk mencapai hasilnya penelitian ini menggunakan metode library reaserch yaitu merupakan suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan sumber-sumber informasi yang tersedia di perpustakaan atau lembaga-lembaga dokumentasi lainnya. Metode ini juga dikenal dengan nama deskriptif atau penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode kaidah dan tarjamah memiliki efektifitas yang cukup memuaskan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, terkhusus pada materi Maharatul Qira’ah dan meteri Kaidah seperti Nahwu, Shorf dll.
