Abstract

Abstrak: Workshop peningkatan kompetensi guru ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran deep learning serta pemahaman terhadap keamanan digital di lingkungan pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan teori dan praktik yang mencakup pemahaman konsep deep learning, penerapannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, serta pentingnya menjaga keamanan data digital di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktik langsung. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran deep learning dan menjaga keamanan digital di kelas. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap teknologi sekaligus aman secara digital. Kata kunci: peningkatan kompetensi guru, fasilitator deep learning, keamanan digital, keahlian.

Abstract

Community Service focuses on the importance of empowering teachers in Mental Health Education within schools, particularly in Timika, a remote area in Eastern Indonesia. The frequent and unstable power outages cause difficulties in accessing the internet, and the region’s remote location makes it challenging for school teachers in Timika to obtain information about mental health. The goal of this Community Service initiative is to provide Mental Health Training in Schools Towards Quality Education, which will be implemented to enhance teachers' competencies in handling mental health issues. The ultimate objective is for teachers to become mentally healthy and skilled. As a result of this initiative, a learning environment that supports the emotional and psychological well-being of both teachers and students is created. The method used in this program includes training on children's mental health in the digital era, developing school vision and mission to support mental well-being, conducting social research and innovation, and providing parenting education. Mental health training strengthens the prevention of negative behaviors, thereby influencing the development of quality learning. The results of this program indicate that the training successfully formed a group of teachers who are concerned about mental health. Teachers became more proactive in raising awareness of the importance of mental health in schools. Additionally, this training initiative successfully facilitated educational outreach programs for parents and the surrounding community, both individually and in groups.

Abstract

Responding to the growing demand for interactive, digital-based learning environments, this community service program was designed to strengthen the capacity of secondary school teachers to design visual learning media using Canva. Many teachers in the target areas previously relied on conventional methods and lacked exposure to digital design tools, resulting in monotonous teaching delivery and low student engagement. Through structured stages—including socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and sustainability efforts—participants were equipped with the knowledge and skills to produce infographics, presentations, worksheets, and other teaching materials. Observations during implementation showed increased teacher confidence and creativity, improved student responsiveness, and improved media alignment with curriculum objectives. Teachers also informed to form a peer-to-peer digital community to ensure ongoing support and resource sharing. The program successfully addressed gaps in digital literacy and instructional design, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among educators. The results demonstrate that scalable, context-based interventions can make a meaningful contribution to educational transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran IPA di UPTD SDN 72 Pakalu II Kabupaten Maros, setelah menerapkan media pembelajaran Wordwall. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 28 responden, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif data, perbandingan nilai rata-rata peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media pembelajaran Wordwall. Implementasi media Wordwall dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran tambahan selama II siklus, pembelajaran yang terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Wordwall dalam proses pembelajaran IPA berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sebelum penerapan Wordwall tercatat nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 75. Setelah penerapan Wordwall, tercatat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV mata pelajaran IPA dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87, peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV sebelum penerapan dan sesudah penerapan Wordwall sebesar 15%. Observasi peneliti juga mencatat bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar pada Siklus I di pertemuan pertama memperoleh hasil persentase 50% dan pertemuan kedua memperoleh hasil persentase 80%, sementara itu pada pertemuan ketiga memperoleh hasil persentase 85%. Kemudian pada Siklus II di pertemuan pertama memperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 90%, pada pertemuan kedua memperoleh hasil persentase 100% dan pada pertemuan ketiga diperoleh persentase yang konsisten dengan pertemuan kedua yaitu sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Three-phase induction motors are widely used in industrial applications. The performance of these motors heavily depends on the stability of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and power factor. Imbalances or fluctuations in these parameters can significantly affect the motor’s operational lifespan and may even lead to equipment failure. Therefore, periodic monitoring of these parameters is essential. This study aims to design and develop an electrical power monitoring system for a three-phase induction motor using LabVIEW, integrated with the Modbus RTU protocol and a power meter. Methode of this research is an experimental method. The result of this research is that the current will fluctuate along with the increase in motor load. When unloaded, the current was measured at 0 A. Upon applying one load, the R/S/T phase currents increased to 0.1107 A, 0.1173 A, and 0.1107 A, respectively. With two loads, the currents rose to 0.1357 A, 0.1424 A, and 0.1317 A. When the load increased to three, the R/S/T phase currents further increased to 0.1581 A, 0.1654 A, and 0.1526 A, respectively. Voltage and frequency were observed to remain stable at approximately 238 V and 50 Hz. Inter-phase voltage also remained relatively stable, ranging from 408 V to 413 V. This study is practically aimed at providing an accurate, validated, and real-time monitoring system for three-phase induction motors, which is highly relevant for predictive maintenance in industrial environments. Compared to previous works that relied on low-cost sensors or microcontroller-based monitoring, this research emphasizes higher measurement accuracy, validated results, and seamless integration with industrial communication protocols. In summary, the developed system successfully demonstrated its ability to monitor electrical parameters of three-phase induction motors in real-time with high accuracy, validated measurement results, and stable performance across different load conditions. Its practical contribution lies in offering an industrially applicable monitoring solution that supports predictive maintenance, reduces downtime, and extends motor lifespan. The main scientific contribution of this work is the integration of LabVIEW and Modbus RTU with a validated measurement scheme, overcoming the accuracy and reliability limitations of previous studies.
