The problem in the research is the low social skill of the learners. The problem in this research is "what is group guidance service with effective discussion technique to improve low social skill to class XII student of IPA 2, IPA 5 and IPS 1, IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung academic year 2016/2017?". The purpose of this research is to know that group counseling service with an effective discussion technique to improve low social skill in class XII student of IPA 2, IPA 5 and IPS 1, IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung academic year 2016/2017. The method used in this research is quasi experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design design. Subjects in the study amounted to 20 students class XII IPA and IPS SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung who have low social skills. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire (scale of social skills). The results obtained in this study indicate that social skills can be improved using group counseling services with discussion techniques, it is shown from the results of data analysis using t-test, from the scores obtained experiment and control class that is tcount = 2.678> ttable = 2.101 then, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means group guidance services with effective discussion techniques to improve low social skills. Brief conclusions in this study that group guidance services with effective discussion techniques to improve the social skills of student class XII SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung academic year 2016/2017

By using reality counseling techniques and previous research findings on sibling rivalry, individual counseling reality techniques aim to identify sibling rivalry in early childhood. One form of sibling rivalry is sibling rivalry, where brothers and sisters compete for parental attention and affection. Each child has a different personality and needs. In this literature review, the concepts of counseling and reality theory are used to discuss sibling rivalry behaviors that occur in early childhood. WDEP is a stage of reality counseling where counselors help counselees describe what they want, their desired behavior, self-evaluate, and plan their desired behavior. This can help reduce brother-sister rivalry behavior in early childhood. This study applied a qualitative descriptive approach. with a literature review. Interpersonal communication skills play a crucial role in helping students navigate social interactions effectively. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between interpersonal communication skills and positive conformity among 7th-grade students at MTS Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Using a quantitative method with a correlational design, the study involved a sample of 41 students selected through probability sampling. The instruments included a scale for interpersonal communication skills and a positive conformity scale. The findings revealed that the average level of interpersonal communication skills among students was high, while their positive conformity levels ranged from moderate to high. Data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of R = 0.574 with a significance level of p < 0.00, indicating a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication skills and positive conformity. Psychological Well-being adalah keadaan bahagia, kepuasan hati yang menyenangkan yang timbul bila kebutuhan dan harapan tertentu individu terpenuhi. Kebutuhan dan harapan tersebut dapat terpenuhi apabila seseorang mendapatkan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitarnya dan menanamkan rasa syukur terhadap dirinya sehingga kondisi psychological well-being dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan rasa syukur dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun sejumlah 41 subjek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling total kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan rasa syukur dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun dengan koefisien korelasi (R)=0,756 dan F=25,309 dengan p=0,000. Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun, hasil analisis yang diperoleh yaitu nilai rx1y=0,597 dengan p=0,000. Selanjutnya, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara rasa syukur dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan dengan nilai rx2y=0,656 dengan p=0,000.

Group learning methods during online learning are still applied with the aim of making it easier to do the tasks given. However, there are negative effects that arise from completing tasks in groups, one of which is the tendency of group members' behavior to reduce effort or also known as social loafing behavior. One way to minimize social loafing behavior is to increase academic self-efficacy in each individual. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and social loafing in student study groups.The population in this study were students of the Islamic Study Program of UIN Raden Intan Lampung batch 2019 which consisted of five classes with a total of 154 students. The researcher used a quantitative research method with a sampling technique in the form of cluster random sampling and obtained a sample of 62 students from the population of class D and E. The data collection technique used the academic self-efficacy scale (α= 0.900) and the social loafing scale (α= 0.859). The data analysis technique used in this study is a correlation analysis technique with the help of the JASP 0.14.1.0 program. The results showed the value of r = -0.693 with a significance of p < 0.001, which means that there is a negative and significant relationship between academic self-efficacy and social loafing. Public speaking is an unpleasant situation accompanied by feelings of fear, worry, and  discomfort that will make a person feel unable  to convey his message properly and correctly in front of a crowd. This study aims to determine the relationship between  k omunikasi  d alam  k eluarga and citra tubuh with kecemasan berbicara  d i depan umum.  The population in the study was 80 students of the Mathematics Education Study Program class of 2021, Raden Intan State Islamic University, Lampung.  The method in this study is quantitative with cluster sampling technique.  The data collection technique used a public speaking anxiety scale of 34 aitems (ɑ = 0.892) a family communication scale of 30 aitems (ɑ = 0.826) and a body image scale of 40 aitems (ɑ = 0.876). The analyst technique used is multiple regression analysis  with Sofware JASP version 0.15.  The results of the first study showed that there was a significant relationship between communication in the family and body image with anxiety about speaking in front of youmum in first-year students  with a value of R = 0.420 and a value of F = 8.269 with a significant degree of p < 0.01 (p <0.01). Secondly, there was  a significant negative relationship between communication in the family and public speaking anxiety in first-year students with a grade (Rₓ₁-y) = -0.353 with a significant level p = 0.001 (p < 0.01) with an effective contribution (SE) of 5%.  Third, there was a significant negative  relationship between body image and public speaking anxiety in first-year students with a grade (Rₓ₁-y) = -0.325 with a significant level p = 0.003 (p < 0.01) with an effective contribution (SE) of 10%. Creativity has a negative impact if children's basic abilities are not developed early. Children's activities that still tend to be monotonous cause children to get bored easily. This study aimed to determine the level of creativity in early childhood through constructive games at Mutiara Hati Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. The activities can positively influence children's creativity, so the happier children are in play, the better their creativity will be. This research is a case study research involving three teachers and 15 students. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis to be analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, display, and concluding. The results showed that children's creativity could be increased through constructive games where they can imagine carrying out these activities so that their creativity develops according to their age. Furthermore, constructive games give children the freedom to explore their potential. The concept of School-Based Management (SBM) has emerged as a key strategy for improving the quality of education in the context of regional autonomy. It offers potential solutions to various challenges faced by educational institutions. A systematic literature review was conducted to analyze the components of school-based management that have been discussed, researched or evaluated at the early childhood education institution level over the past decade (2019-2024). A total of nine studies were included in this review and it was found that principals' professionalism, teachers' performance, curriculum development, learning methods and innovations, learners' potential, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, control of school operational costs, school programs, school and community partnerships and school culture and character were discussed aspects in the implementation of school-based management. This review also shows positive views and evaluations of the implementation of school-based management elements. In addition, the results show that the implementation of the components of school-based management improves the quality of the education unit. However, more in-depth studies will be needed in the future to provide authors with clear guidelines for assessing the implementation of school-based management at the specific education unit level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) berbasis Concept Attainment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis ditinjau dari gaya belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis eksperimen, menggunakan metode quasy experimental design dengan penelitian factorial 2 x 3. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik acak kelas. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan angket gaya belajar peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan uji liliefors dan uji homogenitas dengan uji barlett. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama. Menurut hasil penelitian dan pembahasan perhitungan uji analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama diperoleh ditolak dan diterima dan diterima. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) berbasis Concept Attainment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) berbasis Concept Attainment dengan gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis.

Low resilience in students is a problem that hinders their ability to cope with life pressures and academic challenges. This condition is exacerbated by a negative mindset that makes it difficult for them to get up from difficulties. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual counseling with Cognitive Restructuring techniques in increasing the resilience of SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung students. This technique helps individuals recognize, evaluate, and replace negative thoughts with positive, realistic mindsets. The study uses a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires, structured interviews, and nonparticipant observations. The sample was purposively selected from 33 students of class X of DKV, with three students meeting the criteria of low resilience. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant increase in the level of resilience after the provision of individual counseling services with the Cognitive Restructuring technique. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed Z = -2.670 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.008 (< 0.05). The average resilience score increased from 96.67 (pretest) to 144 (posttest), then 156.67 (follow-up 1), and 169.33 (follow-up 2), indicating a high resilience category. Thus, individual counseling using Cognitive Restructuring techniques has been proven to be effective in helping students increase resilience, change negative mindsets, and strengthen mental resilience in the face of various pressures and challenges.
