Abstract

Research on green entrepreneurship behavior is still leaving questions related to the support against the grand theory that has been already acknowledged by academicians or practitioners. This article serves as a literature review of recent findings related to green entrepreneurship behavior variables reviewed from the underlying theories. Using content analysis from previous research articles, the researchers conducted a study that focused on the underlying theories and antecedents of the green entrepreneurship behavior variable. The article selection process is based on internationally reputed journals published over the past five years (2017-2021), searches on the Science Direct web, using the keywords 'green entrepreneurship', 'sustainable entrepreneurship', 'ecopreneurship', environment entrepreneurship, and 'antecedents'. The results showed that there are various theoretical concepts that can be used to explain and determined the antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. This includes psychological, personality traits, and contextual factors that were identified as antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. For further research, there are many related issues that can be analyzed, such as the decision-making process to become green entrepreneurs, the implementation of green entrepreneurship practices, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of computer use and understanding of information technology on improving the abilities of students in the Information Technology Study Program at the Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung Institute of Technology and Science. The main problem identified is the still low utilization of practical computer technology in the learning process, even though universities have made large investments in providing facilities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a data collection method through a questionnaire distributed to 102 students from the 2021 to 2024 intake. The results showed that most students preferred practice-based learning methods to theory, and more than half of respondents used computers or laptops in their daily activities. In addition, most students already had basic knowledge of technology, information, hardware, software, and networks before entering college. The conclusion of this study is that educational background, experience using computers, and practice-based learning methods significantly affect the improvement of students' abilities in the field of information technology. These findings reinforce the importance of implementing practice-based learning methods and optimizing computer laboratory facilities in order to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perusahaan beralih dari penyusunan dan penyajian anggaran secara konvensional menuju format yang lebih visual dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk penyajian anggaran yang digunakan pada PT X dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan grafik dan dashboard keuangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara terbatas dengan pihak terkait. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk menggambarkan bagaimana visualisasi anggaran digunakan dalam proses perencanaan, pemantauan, dan pengendalian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyajian anggaran dalam bentuk grafik dan dashboard mampu meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen terhadap kondisi keuangan perusahaan secara lebih cepat dan akurat. Visualisasi informasi anggaran memudahkan manajemen dalam memantau realisasi anggaran secara periodik, membandingkan antara rencana dan aktual, serta mengidentifikasi penyimpangan yang memerlukan tindak lanjut. Selain itu, dashboard membantu menyajikan indikator kinerja keuangan secara ringkas sehingga manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan strategis secara tepat waktu, terutama ketika terjadi perubahan kondisi operasional atau kebutuhan penyesuaian alokasi anggaran. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan anggaran berbasis visual di PT X merupakan alat yang efektif untuk mendukung fungsi perencanaan dan pengendalian manajemen. Implementasi visualisasi anggaran juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas informasi bagi manajemen, mempercepat proses evaluasi, dan memperkuat dasar pengambilan keputusan perusahaan secara lebih responsif dan terarah.

Abstract

This study discusses the process of contextualization and actualization of Islamic education in the contemporary era from the perspective of the philosophy of Islamic education, particularly based on Abdul Wahid’s thought. The era of globalization, digitalization, and secularization of values demands that Islamic education remain relevant without losing its foundational principles. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach through philosophical literature review, this study examines the ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects of Islamic education. The results show that Islamic education can be contextualized through the reinterpretation of Islamic values to suit modern social and technological dynamics and actualized through the application of moral, spiritual, and social values in educational practice. This process positions Islamic education not merely as knowledge transmission but as a means of forming insān kāmil—a complete human being who is civilized, knowledgeable, and able to balance modernity with spirituality. Thus, Islamic education serves as a transformative force in developing creative, adaptive, and competitive Muslim generations
