Abstract

PT Elco Prima Sejahtera is a company established in 1998 and based in Palembang, engaged in providing products and services to National Oil and Gas Companies, with a total of 41 employees. The existing system at PT. Elco Prima Sejahtera is less than optimal because it still uses paper, Microsoft Word, WhatsApp, and email, making searches time-consuming, prone to errors, and even resulting in lost documents. In the development of the system, the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method was used, involving interviews and literature studies. The system design is built using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The Employee Information System will record employee data consisting of attendance data, recruitment, leave, rewards and punishments, promotions, and demotions. With the presence of the employee information system, it can address the issues at PT Elco Prima Sejahtera.

Abstract

PT Navia Persada Abadi operates in the field of fuel oil distribution and transportation services, facing obstacles in managing personnel data which is still manual, such as absenteeism recaps, leave applications and recruitment. This leads to processes that are inefficient and prone to errors. To overcome this problem, a web-based personnel information system was designed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. This system includes features for managing employee data, attendance, recruitment, leave, reward & punishment, promotion and demotion. The implementation of a PHP and MySQL based system is expected to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in personnel management in the company. With this system, PT Navia Persada Abadi can increase operational productivity and provide better service to employees.

Abstract

Company XYZ is a distributor of motorbike spare parts that faces challenges in utilizing transaction data to improve marketing strategies. This research aims to apply the Apriori algorithm in analyzing transaction data to find product purchasing patterns that often occur simultaneously. The Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method is used for the analysis process, starting from understanding data, data transformation, to pattern discovery and evaluation. The interactive dashboard was designed using Python to present analysis results in an easy-to-understand visual form. The research results show that the application of the Apriori algorithm can identify significant association patterns between products, help companies improve sales strategies and optimize stock management. Thus, this research contributes to data-based decision making to support company business growth.

Abstract

PT Bumi Kaya Kuliner is a company operating in the culinary sector which every day stores a lot of transaction data in Excel format containing sales of food and beverage products. The company wants to utilize the stored transaction data to provide future strategy suggestions. So data mining analysis can be carried out using an a priori algorithm using the CRISP-DM method. The results obtained from this research are in the form of menu combinations that are often ordered simultaneously and the output of this research is also in the form of a dashboard application which is implemented using Visual Studio code and the Python programming language with the aim of being able to be used by companies to see calculation results directly.

Abstract

PT Selaras Simpati Nusantara is a company engaged in Heavy Equipment Rental Contractor Services and Construction Services in Palembang, Indonesia. The company is located at Komplek Sapta Indah Town House, Jl. Seduduk Putih No.F9, 8 Ilir, Ilir Timur II District, Palembang City, South Sumatra 30164. PT Selaras Simpati Nusantara has 52 employees, consisting of 20 permanent employees and 32 contract employees. The company is divided into several main divisions, including the Finance Division with 6 employees, the Operations Division with 3 employees, the Engineering Division with 5 employees, and the General Division with 2 employees. Currently, the company still uses a manual recording system for various HR administrative processes, such as attendance, recruitment, leave applications, permits, and employee data recording. This manual system causes several issues, including a high risk of data loss, inaccurate recording, delays in administrative processes, and difficulties in searching and managing employee data. This study aims to develop a web-based HR information system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and ease of HR data management. The method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which consists of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The result of this study is a web-based application capable of automating HR administrative processes, accelerating workflows, and making them more efficient, transparent, and well-organized.

Abstract

PT Indo Global Cemerlang faces challenges in identifying customer purchasing patterns, which impacts marketing strategies and inventory management. This research aims to analyze purchasing patterns using the FP-Growth algorithm and present the results in a data visualization dashboard. Transaction data for the period August-October 2024 was processed using the CRISP-DM approach, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The FP-Growth algorithm was applied with a minimum support of 0.003 and confidence of 0.6, resulting in 24 association rules visualized in an interactive dashboard. The test results show that this method is effective in identifying purchasing patterns, and the dashboard developed is able to present information comprehensively and easily interpreted, thus supporting business decision making.

Abstract

PT Garam is one of the largest salt producing companies in Palembang. PT Garam has several obstacles related to the problem of selecting the best employees, namely the criteria for determining the best employees which is currently by determining the best a bsences which are selected by supervisors and admin only. So the best employee appraisal system currently available is considered less effective and unfair. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting the best employees which can he lp PT Garam in determining the best employees. The system built can manage employee data, criteria data, assess and store assessment data, and calculate assessments using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The system development method uses the Waterfall method. The result of this research is a decision support system that provides a ranking of the best employees based on assessments calculated using the Weighted Product (WP) method .
